The hotel is really good, and the facilities inside are just as described. When my wife and I arrived, it was already late at night in the local area. We took the room card but could not open the door. The hotel attendant found out that the door lock battery was exhausted, so we could only enter with the key and rest for a while. At night, when we entered the toilet, we were greeted by the dead body of a little boy next to the tissue box next to the wash basin. We had no choice but to wrap it in tissue and throw it into the toilet. When we went to bed at night, we heard the noise of water leaking from the air conditioner. We had no choice but to use earplugs. The next day, my wife found double eyelid tape stuck to the toilet mirror and notified the front desk. Fortunately, the problem was cleared up in one go. In addition to the above problems, the breakfast in the hotel is good. The restaurant has a pleasant view facing the sea. The hotel staff are polite and friendly. Except for the lack of attention to detail, everything else is worthy of praise.

I moved here from the city center, and initially, it took a little getting used to. However, after just one night, I found myself loving it. The rooms were a step above other hotels – nicer and more appealing – and the facilities were excellent. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always fulfilling my requests, and all our interactions were very pleasant. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it's easy to get a taxi or ride-share to the city center. This location was perfect for me as I had a busy schedule packed with activities during the day.

As advertised, this is a two-star hotel with a great location. Check-in was easy and friendly. The room was accurately described and pictured. The room was quiet, but the curtains did not block the sunlight. If the bathroom door is kept closed, the air conditioner cools the room extremely well. Next time, I would bring slippers for the wet bathroom. Parking was difficult because the roads are under construction, but that is not controlled by the owners. There's a common area with a fridge, TV, and water cooler—a pleasant surprise. I would stay here again. It was a great location and very safe.

The hotel is located in the mountains. We arrived in the early morning and woke up to a stunning ocean view the next morning. Every morning, we could see the long coastline and tropical vegetation. The owner provided free transportation to and from the city, restaurants, and various activities. Any room needs or adjustments were promptly addressed. The owner recommended restaurants and helped with bookings (these recommendations weren't marketing; they were incredibly helpful to us). Airport transfers were also very convenient and quick. Almost all the food on the island was delicious. We are very grateful for the owner's hospitality during the National Day holiday. Saipan is beautiful, charming, and very safe. We hope everyone has a wonderful time at Secret Garden!

You know, when you buy a bottle in Saipan, it costs around $ 1 or $ 2. Lu and Tian sent us every day without asking for money. I almost chose the Kensington when I was doing my research online, but then I saw reviews mentioning they have two different price structures for guests from different countries, so I immediately dropped it. I then decided to go for something with good value for money, and I saw many people recommending this place, all praising the owner for being exceptionally kind, so I booked it. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, far from the city center, requiring a car, and it's halfway up a mountain. However, the owner's excellent service makes up for it; they provide shuttle service to and from the city center at fixed times every day, which is truly a lifesaver for those without a car! When I first contacted the owner, they mentioned that airport transfers are free for stays of three nights or more. Since I was only staying two nights, the transfers were supposed to be charged. But after I made my booking, the owner still proactively offered complimentary airport transfers, which was incredibly kind of them! Especially since the flight times to and from Saipan are often inconvenient, either very early in the morning or in the middle of the night, hats off to the owner for their hard work! Pau Pau Beach is just across the road downhill from the hotel, very close. So even when it wasn't during the fixed shuttle times to the city, the owner still drove us there and back, which we really appreciate! Saipan's tap water is incredibly salty and not drinkable. Bottled water is provided on the first day of check-in, but not starting from the second day. However, there's a water dispenser at the front desk where you can fill your own cups. The owner also prepared fresh water for brushing teeth in each room. The owner can help book various tours and activities. We chose the Tinian Island day trip, and the owner helped book the small plane tickets, contacted the local tour operator on Tinian, and even handled airport transfers, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. The owner is from Guangdong, so communication was very easy!

Furthermore, the time for my return airport transfer was incorrect, so I had to confirm it multiple times, which was a hassle. Amenities: Toothbrushes, hand soap, etc. were provided (the hand soap pump was broken), and a hair dryer was also available. The shower water was lukewarm, almost cold.

Korean chicken restaurant on the ground level of the hotel. Hot/cold water refill available in the lobby along with a microwave. Lift and stairs to access the floors to the hotel. Aircon was ok, WiFi worked very well, mini fridge in room. Can get noisy from other travelers if you’re staying on the same level but to be expected I guess. One thing to note is that a US outlet was only available in the bathroom so you need an adapter to plug your phone next to the bed, which is minor, but worth noting. Overall friendly owner/host, he speaks English and I was able to have an early check in which was more than accommodating and appreciated! I can recommend staying here and would stay again!

I almost chose the Kensington when I was doing my research online, but then I saw reviews mentioning they have two different price structures for guests from different countries, so I immediately dropped it. I then decided to go for something with good value for money, and I saw many people recommending this place, all praising the owner for being exceptionally kind, so I booked it. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, far from the city center, requiring a car, and it's halfway up a mountain. However, the owner's excellent service makes up for it; they provide shuttle service to and from the city center at fixed times every day, which is truly a lifesaver for those without a car! When I first contacted the owner, they mentioned that airport transfers are free for stays of three nights or more. Since I was only staying two nights, the transfers were supposed to be charged. But after I made my booking, the owner still proactively offered complimentary airport transfers, which was incredibly kind of them! Especially since the flight times to and from Saipan are often inconvenient, either very early in the morning or in the middle of the night, hats off to the owner for their hard work! Pau Pau Beach is just across the road downhill from the hotel, very close. So even when it wasn't during the fixed shuttle times to the city, the owner still drove us there and back, which we really appreciate! Saipan's tap water is incredibly salty and not drinkable. Bottled water is provided on the first day of check-in, but not starting from the second day. However, there's a water dispenser at the front desk where you can fill your own cups. The owner also prepared fresh water for brushing teeth in each room. The owner can help book various tours and activities. We chose the Tinian Island day trip, and the owner helped book the small plane tickets, contacted the local tour operator on Tinian, and even handled airport transfers, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. The owner is from Guangdong, so communication was very easy!

We had no choice but to wrap it in tissue and throw it into the toilet. When we went to bed at night, we heard the noise of water leaking from the air conditioner. We had no choice but to use earplugs. The next day, my wife found double eyelid tape stuck to the toilet mirror and notified the front desk. Fortunately, the problem was cleared up in one go.
