We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Crowne Plaza Resort! Highly recommend it for anybody going to Saipan. Here are a few highlights! Fostered culture: From the moment we walked in to check in after our red eye flight, we were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. Throughout our stay, staff throughout the entire hotel were welcoming, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Having had multiple touch points between staff and ourselves be such a positive and genuine experience needs to be attributed to fostered culture and environment built by the staff. Cleanliness: The entire hotel is kept very clean and tidy. The attention to detail was noticeable from the hotel room to the public spaces. Still, the hotel balanced this will a friendly environment welcoming guests to enjoy all the public spaces. I enjoyed working in the early hours in these public spaces while my family slept in. Pools were clean, beach well kept, chairs were comfortable and accessible. Value for money: It is clear that everything needs to be imported. Literally, everything! Considering all of the amenities available, staff to guest ratio, quality of goods and pristine condition of the hotel-- it was an incredible value for money. Thank you for welcoming our family! We greatly enjoyed our stay and have already recommended it to friends.

The staff there were so nice and friendly, one of the lady greeted us at the door, and explained and suggested where I should travel in Saipan. The location of the hotel is very convenient, because its in Garapan, the really downtown Saipan, only few minutes walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The staff treated us like locals, and we had lots of chats. It was such a great experience for us, and we will definitely stay with this hotel again when I visit Saipan in the near future.

The hotel is really good, and the facilities inside are just as described. When my wife and I arrived, it was already late at night in the local area. We took the room card but could not open the door. The hotel attendant found out that the door lock battery was exhausted, so we could only enter with the key and rest for a while. At night, when we entered the toilet, we were greeted by the dead body of a little boy next to the tissue box next to the wash basin. We had no choice but to wrap it in tissue and throw it into the toilet. When we went to bed at night, we heard the noise of water leaking from the air conditioner. We had no choice but to use earplugs. The next day, my wife found double eyelid tape stuck to the toilet mirror and notified the front desk. Fortunately, the problem was cleared up in one go. In addition to the above problems, the breakfast in the hotel is good. The restaurant has a pleasant view facing the sea. The hotel staff are polite and friendly. Except for the lack of attention to detail, everything else is worthy of praise.

The hotel's suite was very comfortable. It's incredibly close to the beach, which was surprisingly uncrowded. Just a short walk south, you can find a great spot for snorkeling. Nearby, there's also a beachfront sunset restaurant with a fantastic ambiance. During our stay, the service from the staff, especially one particular lady, was incredibly warm and made us feel right at home.

I didn't clean the room during my stay, but when I put out the trash can and put it away properly, I was able to bring a towel change. The first floor is always boiling hot water at the supermarket, so you can eat cup noodles immediately, and it was very convenient because there were lunch boxes, bakery soup and porridge. The view was the best hotel I've ever been to. I really can't forget the beautiful view. Also, I felt that the distance from the airport was close, and when I got off the early morning flight, an employee came to pick me up by car, so I checked in so comfortably. It was very convenient to eat from the surrounding malls! Mainly the boss Lu Ge is very enthusiastic and very good. Explain patiently with us. Every day when we go out to play, we will be given 2 bottles of mineral water. We are afraid that we will not have water to drink outside, and it will be hot to buy water. You know, when you buy a bottle in Saipan, it costs around $ 1 or $ 2. Lu and Tian sent us every day without asking for money. Two days later, I changed hotels and lived in another one, because it was 5.50 in the morning, and Lu went to another hotel where I stayed. I booked to go to the airport after resting before the last morning flight. Honestly, the price was so cheap that I didn't expect anything, but it was so neat and comfortable than expected. The boss doesn't speak English, but he is very kind. If you have a lot of tours and have a short stay at the hotel, and you are not interested in vacation, I highly recommend it here. Good service. There are many Korean staff, so it's very convenient. They also help me to store luggage and make appointments for sanding taxis before and after check-in. They are very kind. However, the amount of sanding taxi fare introduced by the hotel and the amount paid to the taxi driver were twice as different, so it was strange, but I couldn't confirm it. Breakfast is delicious, but the menu changes every day, so Bokbulbok. The room condition and bed sheets were unfortunate due to the aging of the facilities. It's a good place to go for a variety of activities and water play.

I almost chose the Kensington when I was doing my research online, but then I saw reviews mentioning they have two different price structures for guests from different countries, so I immediately dropped it. I then decided to go for something with good value for money, and I saw many people recommending this place, all praising the owner for being exceptionally kind, so I booked it. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, far from the city center, requiring a car, and it's halfway up a mountain. However, the owner's excellent service makes up for it; they provide shuttle service to and from the city center at fixed times every day, which is truly a lifesaver for those without a car! When I first contacted the owner, they mentioned that airport transfers are free for stays of three nights or more. Since I was only staying two nights, the transfers were supposed to be charged. But after I made my booking, the owner still proactively offered complimentary airport transfers, which was incredibly kind of them! Especially since the flight times to and from Saipan are often inconvenient, either very early in the morning or in the middle of the night, hats off to the owner for their hard work! Pau Pau Beach is just across the road downhill from the hotel, very close. So even when it wasn't during the fixed shuttle times to the city, the owner still drove us there and back, which we really appreciate! Saipan's tap water is incredibly salty and not drinkable. Bottled water is provided on the first day of check-in, but not starting from the second day. However, there's a water dispenser at the front desk where you can fill your own cups. The owner also prepared fresh water for brushing teeth in each room. The owner can help book various tours and activities. We chose the Tinian Island day trip, and the owner helped book the small plane tickets, contacted the local tour operator on Tinian, and even handled airport transfers, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. The owner is from Guangdong, so communication was very easy!

I had planned to stay for 2 days before I arrived. I lived here for the next few days. The hotel room and environment are quite good. It is very convenient to walk a few minutes from Mike Beach. Cleanliness: Fairly average, but there were a few stains on the pillow. Location: About a 17-minute drive from the airport (free pick-up available). Located on a main road within walking distance, it's easy to reach convenience stores, supermarkets, museums, and the beach. Service: All the staff were very friendly. However, when I made an additional taxi reservation, I was told it would cost $40. While I thought that was expensive, when I went to pay, I found out that the reservation itself hadn't been communicated to them and they had to rebook it for $25, which left me feeling a little unsure. Furthermore, the time for my return airport transfer was incorrect, so I had to confirm it multiple times, which was a hassle. Amenities: Toothbrushes, hand soap, etc. were provided (the hand soap pump was broken), and a hair dryer was also available. The shower water was lukewarm, almost cold.

It’s in the pedestrian street, only three to five minutes away from Yuetai Hyatt, and it’s $30 by taxi from the airport to the hotel. The room is very large, there is hot water in the lobby without a kettle. It seems to be a Chinese hotel, so you don’t have to worry about language problems. I met many people in Saipan and they were all kind, but the most fun and kind person was the owner of Saipan Shining Star Hotel! He answered my questions and requests right away, recommended Korean taxis, and told me about good restaurants!! Also, the hotel offers pick-up/drop-off service, and most importantly, the view from the room was so good, and the ocean was right behind me, so I could go see the ocean whenever I wanted!!! Plus, there was a market right next door, so I could buy what I needed right away, and it only took 10 minutes to get to Garapan, so there was no reason not to choose this hotel~ And the interior of the room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was comfortable! It was an environment that I just wanted to stay in Saipan, so I was sad to go back to Korea!! This is a hotel that I would definitely recommend to my friends if they go to Saipan!!

I almost chose the Kensington when I was doing my research online, but then I saw reviews mentioning they have two different price structures for guests from different countries, so I immediately dropped it. I then decided to go for something with good value for money, and I saw many people recommending this place, all praising the owner for being exceptionally kind, so I booked it. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, far from the city center, requiring a car, and it's halfway up a mountain. However, the owner's excellent service makes up for it; they provide shuttle service to and from the city center at fixed times every day, which is truly a lifesaver for those without a car! When I first contacted the owner, they mentioned that airport transfers are free for stays of three nights or more. Since I was only staying two nights, the transfers were supposed to be charged. But after I made my booking, the owner still proactively offered complimentary airport transfers, which was incredibly kind of them! Especially since the flight times to and from Saipan are often inconvenient, either very early in the morning or in the middle of the night, hats off to the owner for their hard work! Pau Pau Beach is just across the road downhill from the hotel, very close. So even when it wasn't during the fixed shuttle times to the city, the owner still drove us there and back, which we really appreciate! Saipan's tap water is incredibly salty and not drinkable. Bottled water is provided on the first day of check-in, but not starting from the second day. However, there's a water dispenser at the front desk where you can fill your own cups. The owner also prepared fresh water for brushing teeth in each room. The owner can help book various tours and activities. We chose the Tinian Island day trip, and the owner helped book the small plane tickets, contacted the local tour operator on Tinian, and even handled airport transfers, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. The owner is from Guangdong, so communication was very easy!

The view was the best hotel I've ever been to. I really can't forget the beautiful view. Also, I felt that the distance from the airport was close, and when I got off the early morning flight, an employee came to pick me up by car, so I checked in so comfortably. I think it was a great place to go sightseeing in Saipan. The hotel was so clean and I was so grateful for the amenities and water that they took care of. All the staff are so kind and the boss takes care of me so well that I only make a lot of good memories for my trip. 😭☺️😊 It was the best hotel I've ever been to, with only good memories. I came to Saipan to participate in the Saipan Marathon and stayed here because I wanted to explore the northern part of the island. Since the marathon meeting was early in the morning, I moved accommodations on the day of the run. However, the weather turned bad after that, and I was unable to participate in the activities I had planned. Cindy, who looked after me, felt sorry for me and suggested other ways to enjoy the day. She also continued to help me with transportation around the island and made reservations for me. I'm so grateful for her hospitality!

The hotel is really good, and the facilities inside are just as described. When my wife and I arrived, it was already late at night in the local area. We took the room card but could not open the door. The hotel attendant found out that the door lock battery was exhausted, so we could only enter with the key and rest for a while. At night, when we entered the toilet, we were greeted by the dead body of a little boy next to the tissue box next to the wash basin. We had no choice but to wrap it in tissue and throw it into the toilet. When we went to bed at night, we heard the noise of water leaking from the air conditioner. We had no choice but to use earplugs. The next day, my wife found double eyelid tape stuck to the toilet mirror and notified the front desk. Fortunately, the problem was cleared up in one go. In addition to the above problems, the breakfast in the hotel is good. The restaurant has a pleasant view facing the sea. The hotel staff are polite and friendly. Except for the lack of attention to detail, everything else is worthy of praise.

The staff there were so nice and friendly, one of the lady greeted us at the door, and explained and suggested where I should travel in Saipan. The location of the hotel is very convenient, because its in Garapan, the really downtown Saipan, only few minutes walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The staff treated us like locals, and we had lots of chats. It was such a great experience for us, and we will definitely stay with this hotel again when I visit Saipan in the near future.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Crowne Plaza Resort! Highly recommend it for anybody going to Saipan. Here are a few highlights! Fostered culture: From the moment we walked in to check in after our red eye flight, we were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. Throughout our stay, staff throughout the entire hotel were welcoming, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Having had multiple touch points between staff and ourselves be such a positive and genuine experience needs to be attributed to fostered culture and environment built by the staff. Cleanliness: The entire hotel is kept very clean and tidy. The attention to detail was noticeable from the hotel room to the public spaces. Still, the hotel balanced this will a friendly environment welcoming guests to enjoy all the public spaces. I enjoyed working in the early hours in these public spaces while my family slept in. Pools were clean, beach well kept, chairs were comfortable and accessible. Value for money: It is clear that everything needs to be imported. Literally, everything! Considering all of the amenities available, staff to guest ratio, quality of goods and pristine condition of the hotel-- it was an incredible value for money. Thank you for welcoming our family! The hotel's suite was very comfortable. It's incredibly close to the beach, which was surprisingly uncrowded. Just a short walk south, you can find a great spot for snorkeling. Nearby, there's also a beachfront sunset restaurant with a fantastic ambiance. During our stay, the service from the staff, especially one particular lady, was incredibly warm and made us feel right at home.

Good service. There are many Korean staff, so it's very convenient. They also help me to store luggage and make appointments for sanding taxis before and after check-in. They are very kind. However, the amount of sanding taxi fare introduced by the hotel and the amount paid to the taxi driver were twice as different, so it was strange, but I couldn't confirm it. Breakfast is delicious, but the menu changes every day, so Bokbulbok. The room condition and bed sheets were unfortunate due to the aging of the facilities. It's a good place to go for a variety of activities and water play.
