The room offered a beautiful sea view and was very clean. We were lucky enough to see rainbows three times during our 8-night stay, and one was even a double rainbow – a first for me! A special thanks to James, the kayak attendant. My daughter injured her leg on the shallows, and I needed to borrow a kayak to get her. It was my first time using one, and James was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful in teaching me. The front desk staff were also excellent, with seamless communication in both English and Chinese!

I almost chose the Kensington when I was doing my research online, but then I saw reviews mentioning they have two different price structures for guests from different countries, so I immediately dropped it. I then decided to go for something with good value for money, and I saw many people recommending this place, all praising the owner for being exceptionally kind, so I booked it. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, far from the city center, requiring a car, and it's halfway up a mountain. However, the owner's excellent service makes up for it; they provide shuttle service to and from the city center at fixed times every day, which is truly a lifesaver for those without a car! When I first contacted the owner, they mentioned that airport transfers are free for stays of three nights or more. Since I was only staying two nights, the transfers were supposed to be charged. But after I made my booking, the owner still proactively offered complimentary airport transfers, which was incredibly kind of them! Especially since the flight times to and from Saipan are often inconvenient, either very early in the morning or in the middle of the night, hats off to the owner for their hard work! Pau Pau Beach is just across the road downhill from the hotel, very close. So even when it wasn't during the fixed shuttle times to the city, the owner still drove us there and back, which we really appreciate! Saipan's tap water is incredibly salty and not drinkable. Bottled water is provided on the first day of check-in, but not starting from the second day. However, there's a water dispenser at the front desk where you can fill your own cups. The owner also prepared fresh water for brushing teeth in each room. The owner can help book various tours and activities. We chose the Tinian Island day trip, and the owner helped book the small plane tickets, contacted the local tour operator on Tinian, and even handled airport transfers, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. The owner is from Guangdong, so communication was very easy!

My flight was in the early morning, and after failing to reach an agreement, they said my reservation was non-refundable. The environment was very nice, mostly frequented by Koreans, so the food was Korean-style. Although the menu changed every night, on East Moon, it was drastically different – ​​what a misunderstanding of Chinese food! The only drawback was the cleanliness. It wasn't cleaned every day. When I asked the front desk, they said it was because I didn't press the bell, but they said it would be cleaned the next day upon check-in. It was quiet and had a great resort atmosphere. Personally, I was much more satisfied here than at Kensington, where I stayed before. The pool didn't have any facilities like a resort, but it felt like a luxurious hotel pool and there weren't many people, so it was very comfortable. The buffet was reasonably priced and the best I've had in Saipan. I was disappointed because there were a lot of restaurants in the city that were expensive and not very good (don't trust the reviews), but the food here was really delicious. The downside was that the water pressure was weak and the bathroom was a bit shabby. And unlike other resorts, the beach isn't connected, so you have to go separately to get to the beach. We didn't feel any inconvenience because we had already played enough at the beach at our previous accommodation, but if it's your first time here or you don't have a rental car, you should consider this. Truly loved staying here! The landlady waited to greet me until my 330am delayed flight arrival at her accommodation. Although only Chinese speaking we were able to communicate via google translate. Hotel was simple, clean, newly renovated, quiet, completely safe, main entrance door locked at all times. Room was clean, modern/updated, comfortable, safe. I had a bit of a sea view too! Tea kettle in room, aircon worked great, WiFi was strong and refill water station in the lobby. Nice seating areas by the pool, and the pool was sparkling clean. I had the entire hotel to myself when I visited my two nights. Walkable to several grocery markets and a limited number of restaurants. I would recommend hiring a car as the beach across the street is beautiful but was not for sunbathing and being a small island, a car isn’t necessary but helpful to go out and explore. There’s a perfect beach walkway along the main road steps away from the hotel. She was able to call a taxi for me to my next hotel in Saipan and her hospitality was lovely! Very cost effective hotel, I would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

The room was quiet, but the curtains did not block the sunlight. If the bathroom door is kept closed, the air conditioner cools the room extremely well. Next time, I would bring slippers for the wet bathroom. Parking was difficult because the roads are under construction, but that is not controlled by the owners. Nice, cost effective, clean hotel to stay. Just a minutes walk to my favorite beach in Saipan. Room was large, clean and modern, had a balcony. Would recommend hiring a car but you can manage without one for a few days as well. Positioned off a side street off the main road, there’s a very limited number of restaurant choices and a few grocery markets just a few minutes walk away. Korean chicken restaurant on the ground level of the hotel. Hot/cold water refill available in the lobby along with a microwave. Lift and stairs to access the floors to the hotel. Aircon was ok, WiFi worked very well, mini fridge in room. Can get noisy from other travelers if you’re staying on the same level but to be expected I guess. One thing to note is that a US outlet was only available in the bathroom so you need an adapter to plug your phone next to the bed, which is minor, but worth noting. Overall friendly owner/host, he speaks English and I was able to have an early check in which was more than accommodating and appreciated! I can recommend staying here and would stay again!

I booked to go to the airport after resting before the last morning flight. Honestly, the price was so cheap that I didn't expect anything, but it was so neat and comfortable than expected. The boss doesn't speak English, but he is very kind. If you have a lot of tours and have a short stay at the hotel, and you are not interested in vacation, I highly recommend it here. When you go with a couple or a friend, not a family unit! I regret staying at the crown for four times the price.

It was my first time using one, and James was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful in teaching me. The front desk staff were also excellent, with seamless communication in both English and Chinese!

My flight was in the early morning, and after failing to reach an agreement, they said my reservation was non-refundable. The environment was very nice, mostly frequented by Koreans, so the food was Korean-style. Although the menu changed every night, on East Moon, it was drastically different – ​​what a misunderstanding of Chinese food! The only drawback was the cleanliness. It wasn't cleaned every day. It was quiet and had a great resort atmosphere. Personally, I was much more satisfied here than at Kensington, where I stayed before. The pool didn't have any facilities like a resort, but it felt like a luxurious hotel pool and there weren't many people, so it was very comfortable. The buffet was reasonably priced and the best I've had in Saipan. I was disappointed because there were a lot of restaurants in the city that were expensive and not very good (don't trust the reviews), but the food here was really delicious. The downside was that the water pressure was weak and the bathroom was a bit shabby. And unlike other resorts, the beach isn't connected, so you have to go separately to get to the beach. We didn't feel any inconvenience because we had already played enough at the beach at our previous accommodation, but if it's your first time here or you don't have a rental car, you should consider this. Still, I think I'll definitely come back here next time.

I almost chose the Kensington when I was doing my research online, but then I saw reviews mentioning they have two different price structures for guests from different countries, so I immediately dropped it. I then decided to go for something with good value for money, and I saw many people recommending this place, all praising the owner for being exceptionally kind, so I booked it. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, far from the city center, requiring a car, and it's halfway up a mountain. However, the owner's excellent service makes up for it; they provide shuttle service to and from the city center at fixed times every day, which is truly a lifesaver for those without a car! When I first contacted the owner, they mentioned that airport transfers are free for stays of three nights or more. Since I was only staying two nights, the transfers were supposed to be charged. But after I made my booking, the owner still proactively offered complimentary airport transfers, which was incredibly kind of them! Especially since the flight times to and from Saipan are often inconvenient, either very early in the morning or in the middle of the night, hats off to the owner for their hard work! Pau Pau Beach is just across the road downhill from the hotel, very close. So even when it wasn't during the fixed shuttle times to the city, the owner still drove us there and back, which we really appreciate! Saipan's tap water is incredibly salty and not drinkable. Bottled water is provided on the first day of check-in, but not starting from the second day. However, there's a water dispenser at the front desk where you can fill your own cups. The owner also prepared fresh water for brushing teeth in each room. The owner can help book various tours and activities. We chose the Tinian Island day trip, and the owner helped book the small plane tickets, contacted the local tour operator on Tinian, and even handled airport transfers, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. The owner is from Guangdong, so communication was very easy!

Good location! The hotel is opposite I LOVE SAIPAN and there is a parking lot on the first floor. A lot of food nearby, the famous Bubba Gump Shirmp. Hard Rock, etc... The view was the best hotel I've ever been to. I really can't forget the beautiful view. Also, I felt that the distance from the airport was close, and when I got off the early morning flight, an employee came to pick me up by car, so I checked in so comfortably. I think it was a great place to go sightseeing in Saipan. The hotel was so clean and I was so grateful for the amenities and water that they took care of. All the staff are so kind and the boss takes care of me so well that I only make a lot of good memories for my trip. 😭☺️😊 It was the best hotel I've ever been to, with only good memories. The owner is very kind. First off, since you will likely be renting a car when you go to Saipan, the location of the accommodation isn't an issue. It is very close to the Kensington Hotel, but it is a bit far from the city center, so a car is absolutely essential if you plan to go out late at night. *At night, the neighborhood road dogs drive you crazy. They don't get startled; they chase you around happily, as if they are enjoying it. Since you are driving a rental car, your heart might skip a beat. If you are looking for resort-style conditions, this is not the place. The bathroom is fairly clean, but if facilities are important to you, it might not be suitable. Every morning, you don't need a separate wake-up call because the neighborhood chickens squeal loudly. If you are looking for an affordable, ordinary place to stay, this is the best option.

100팀의 가족이 있다면 그 중 98팀이 한국팀이네요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 한국인 직원도 상주해 있고 소통이 원활한 여행이었습니다. 직원분들도 아주 친절하셔요 연식이 느껴지지만 관리를 잘 하시는게 느껴집니다. 일단 아이가 워낙에 물놀이를 좋아해서 선택한 리조트에요. 우리나라 워터파크를 기대해서 사실 조금의 실망은 있었습니다. 상시로 운영되는것이 아니라 시간이 정해져 있고 유수풀은 어느 구간만 속도감이 느껴지는 ... 수영장에 딸린 작은 슬라이드는 직원이 앉아 있을때 눈치 껏 올라가야 하는 ;; 여튼 우리나라 워터파크를 기대하지는 마세요 ㅋㅋ 점심에 수영하다 까페갤리에서 밥 먹었는데.. 가능하시면 옷 갈아입고 마젤란 가세요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 전 개인적으로 마젤란 조중석식 중 중식이 가장 먹을게 많았어요 ㅋㅋㅋ 체크아웃하고 알게되서 안타까웠네요 암튼 골드카드있으니 수영밥 수영밥... 제대로 놀고 왔네요 ♡

Nice, cost effective, clean hotel to stay. Just a minutes walk to my favorite beach in Saipan. Room was large, clean and modern, had a balcony. Would recommend hiring a car but you can manage without one for a few days as well. Positioned off a side street off the main road, there’s a very limited number of restaurant choices and a few grocery markets just a few minutes walk away. Korean chicken restaurant on the ground level of the hotel. Hot/cold water refill available in the lobby along with a microwave. Lift and stairs to access the floors to the hotel. Aircon was ok, WiFi worked very well, mini fridge in room. Can get noisy from other travelers if you’re staying on the same level but to be expected I guess. One thing to note is that a US outlet was only available in the bathroom so you need an adapter to plug your phone next to the bed, which is minor, but worth noting. Overall friendly owner/host, he speaks English and I was able to have an early check in which was more than accommodating and appreciated! I can recommend staying here and would stay again!
