Good:
1. The staff are attentive and proactive, following up with calls to confirm late check-ins or arrivals.
2. A wide variety of breakfast options is available.
3. The price is reasonable—around RM287.98 per night including tax for the Deluxe King Room during a regular weekend (non-public holiday); the room is spacious.
4. Free Wi-Fi is provided and easily accessible, with good connectivity.
5. Complimentary buggy service is available to transfer between the villa and the new building.
6. Check-in and check-out processes are smooth and efficient.
7. The environment is quiet at night.
8. Lift access is available, or guests can use the staircase.
Areas for Improvement:
1. The bedsheets were not clean and had visible dirt and marks.
2. The flooring near the bathroom was damaged.
3. The adult swimming pool is often crowded with children playing rather than swimming, making it less relaxing for adults.

We are a beach goers , this apartment has direct access to the beach and facing the fantastic seaview. Unfortunately, no beach towel or pool towel provided which is very inconvenient for us. This apartment is for the 6 of us but yet only two rolls of toilet papers are provided and only one toilet for sharing.
If you can get Roxy beach resort hotel , I would strongly advise to go for the hotel than renting air b&b via private owned flat.SOLD OUT

We had earlier stayed at Riverview Majestic Hotel from 11th to 13th June. A Fabulous Hotel with Great Breakfast spread for the Rate we paid.
Now at Roxy Beach Resort we had Mountain View but it was fine as most if the time we are indulging in activities. The Room was fine and clean. Front office neeeds to check their in room Safe Box, as it was not operating.
Next in the morning we went down for Breakfast thinking this Hotel knows what it is doing as i have seen many advertisements on Roxy Hotel almost everywhere 😳
To my shock the Breakfast layout was totally out. There was no table setting at 7.45am. Tables didn't have even Salt n Pepper shakers as it stndard. Although they are serving hard boilded eggs. The morning juice was way watered down ” Orange Juice”
The sugar was in a large jar. More like 2 Star Service
The Best part ” Cook” tosses the roti canai into the shaving dish, then he tosses the sausages into another shaving dish. That's how F&B handles food. Next lost of Green Bottle flies in the Restaurant
From this i know that the Hotel Manager, F& B manager and so called Chef don't check the Restaurant Coffee House. We shouldn't be paying such High Rates for a Resort Hotel Operated in this manner. I believe the Owners have put in alot of effort.FromVND 2,473,826
