The location is good, close to supermarkets, shopping malls, and ATMs. There is an open space at the door for free parking. However, there is no gym, and breakfast is only open for self-service after a certain number of rooms are occupied (there are also few dishes to choose from), otherwise it is egg pancakes + three small pancakes. Upon my arrival at the hotel, I discovered the error and spoke with the hotel staff to change and bring the reservation forward. However, they refused and asked me to contact you and make a new reservation directly with them.

The hotel is new and located about 8 km outside of Taif on the bypass. My room was excellent and clean. The bed was comfortable and the Wi-Fi was fast. There is free parking in front of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Due to the location on the six-lane bypass, there was a lot of traffic noise in my side-facing room, despite the double-glazed windows, which I managed to mask somewhat with the air conditioning on full blast. Due to a mistake, the hotel reservation was made for a date later than the required one.
Upon my arrival at the hotel, I discovered the error and spoke with the hotel staff to change and bring the reservation forward. However, they refused and asked me to contact you and make a new reservation directly with them.

Health is OK, but the experience at check-in is really bad. The three of us are in the room booked in Trip.com . Someone needs to pay a deposit. Someone does not need to pay a deposit. It feels random. The hotel is old, but maybe this is the case here, although it depends on the mall, But there really isn't anything good in the mall

The wireless network signal above the second floor is not good. It is still okay if you only stay for three or two days, and you can try another hotel if you stay longer.
