I recently stayed at this 5-star hotel, drawn in by its impressive amenities and stunning beachfront location. The hotel boasts a range of activities, including mini golf, a ping pong table, a small game room, a well-equipped gym, and a relaxing sauna. The view of the beach was breathtaking, and the in-room experience was modern, featuring a high-resolution TV with Chromecast and quality Antipodes shampoo and lotion. However, despite these positives, my experience was overshadowed by several issues with cleanliness and service. The room service was disappointing—while the bed was made and toiletries were refilled, basic hygiene standards were overlooked. My used orange juice cup was merely rinsed and placed back on the tray. The bathroom was covered in construction dust, and, shockingly, the bedsheets had an unpleasant odour. These are unacceptable oversights for a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, while the hotel promoted a swimming pool, it was too small and constantly crowded with children, making it far from the relaxing retreat I had anticipated. Overall, while the amenities and dining experience were impressive, the poor housekeeping and lack of attention to cleanliness significantly diminished my stay. Given these issues, I wouldn’t choose to return.

My studio apartment was clean and cozy, with stylish furniture and a comfy bed (Landing promises a “luxurious sleep experience”). The small kitchenette was stocked well enough with cookware and utensils that I was able to make some of my meals at home rather than overspending on Terrigal’s amazing food scene—yes, it’s really as good as you’ve heard. Extra bonus was the free replenishments of breakfast cereal milk, coffee, tea and bottle water. Daily cleaning service and laundry was 2nd to none!

Generally good value in quite a nice setting compared to other accommodation in Terrigal and well located with 8 min walk to shops and patrolled beach. 2 cons were linen, while not dirty, was spotty and no regular reception times. The manager, reachable by mobile, was friendly and nice

A brilliant holiday destination for families . Brilliant pool that is heated . Kids can swim for hours, while parents can relax . Highly recommend a BBQ as they have an area by pool and also one on the roof top. Great short walk to the main part of town and beach.
