An avg hotel. Rooms comes with very basic amenities. Each guest is given 1 pillow!!. Got to request for additional which was provided promptly. Pillow case was worn out with edges torn.Bathroom does not have a shower screen hence do expect a wet bathroom all over.From€23

Excellent hospitality. I would like to thank the hotel gm for guiding me and arranging all my requirements. The entire kani residency team has given me a warm welcome with their smiles. I was really impressed by the way their hospitality was. The room is very neat and clean. Try a roof top restaurant with yummy taste briyani and non veg items. Thai beach resort in Tiruchendur is located at a comfortable location. Room was big and comfortable. People were very courteous. Parking is also available which is a big issue in Tiruchendur. Rooms are not maintained properly. Bath and toilet are not well kept though the commode is sanitised, which is good . Holes in the roof . Stains all over in the bath … cracked and peeled off furniture . We appreciate that the room size is really big and the staff courteous

Very near to tuticorin old bus stand walkable distance. Morning complimentary break fast is ok not bad. Idly, pongal, dosa, juice coffee etc. Sufficient only. Car parking is available but only 3, 4 car can park inside the compound. Else everything is fine.

Excellent stay with cooperative staff. Food quality was good. Proper car parking available the hotel premises. They are ready to give 24 hrs check-out even though we book through makemytrip provided we check in after 12 noon and if at all there is availability. Over all the stay was comfortable.
