"Reservations during the Spring Festival, the price is too expensive, it is the most expensive of the few hotels in New Zealand to live in, the price is average, the rooms are relatively small, the bathroom has a washing machine and a dryer, very convenient. However, the kitchen facilities only have refrigerators and microwave ovens and cannot cook. When I checked in, I saw the crew of Singapore Airlines staying in this hotel. It should be Dunedin. The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance from the church and the train station, and close to a street with a Chinese supermarket. The hotel parking lot is opposite, $ 20 a night. If you leave before 9am, you can park by the roadside for free"
"The hotel environment is good, the service is also very good, the room is fully equipped, there are washing machines and dryers, the key is also a microwave oven, eating habits abroad are different, with a microwave oven you can go to the supermarket to buy something to warm up It would be more perfect if there is an induction cooker. This is for our foreigners."
"Nice southern city in New Zealand, the hotel is very new, the house facilities are very complete, the washing machine dryer embedded in the bathroom can be said to be very intimate. You can cook a noodle or a light meal at the simple console at the door. After all, after driving around, New Zealand’s Chinese food is above and below the standard."

"The location is very good, George Street is the main street of Dunedin, and there are also motels around, named George Street**. The hotel also delivered a bottle of milk and a two-pack cereal breakfast. It is the most cost-effective hotel in my travel booking."
"The hotel kitchen kitchen utensils are readily available, not far from the attractions and supermarkets, the boss is very friendly, warmly introduce the local shooting spots, so that we have a warm night."
"No breakfast, the room is very clean, just on the side of the road, but still very quiet, with basic kitchenware, can take a simple breakfast, the room is suitable for 3 people, not far from the city center"

"It is an old-fashioned Ying's hotel. It is very small in the lobby. The room is not small. The elevators and the floors are also carrying the upper and lower floors of the luggage. This is the most inconvenient. Besides everything else, the location and service are very good. it is good. It is very close to the octagonal square and several famous attractions. It is also easy to find food. The corner is the famous beer factory. The price is also very good, I will stay here again next time in Dunedin. Although there is no free parking, the lobby attendant is very eager to tell us about the free parking street nearby, and it is very close to the stop. The bed was very comfortable and it was the most comfortable two days I had spent playing in New Zealand for so long. Downstairs cafe breakfast buffet 17 New Zealand dollars, afternoon tea 6 yuan a cup of coffee a muffin, very cheap, but most tourists like to go to the octagonal square. I really like this hotel."
"My daughter goes to school in Dunedin and booked this hotel. Location-the city center, it is convenient to go anywhere; room-although the room is compact, there are everything needed for travel, especially the capsule coffee machine 👍; the service-it is perfect, the luggage is delivered to the room, helping guests to park and check in And check out the various services immaculate 👍 On the side of the lobby downstairs is the bar and dining area. My daughter ordered white wine. I ordered dark beer. It was delicious and the environment was good 👍 The breakfast is a western breakfast, including croissants, milk, cereals, fruits, coffee or tea; if you are particular about it, you can also order for an extra charge; the price—rmb1100/night, compared with the service you enjoy, this price is me I think it’s worth it, it will make people feel good 👍👍👍"
"The entrance of the hotel is being renovated and it is very difficult to find. At 11 o'clock in the evening, it was found in the light rain around the block twice. The guy at the front desk was very nice, and took the initiative to introduce parking information. Free parking on the street at Christmas is still very convenient. The hotel is an old building renovation, and the elevator is the kind of two doors that need to be pulled by hand, which is super sensational. The indoor facilities are a bit old, but it doesn't matter just staying for one night. Before leaving the front desk, the little Muslim brother offered his children Christmas candy, like one."

842 George Street, Dunedin, Otago, New Zealand
"Our pre-booked accommodation with an AirBnB at Irvine Road, Cove was cancelled with short notice due to the owners concerns about Covid-19 leaving us with little opportunity to get an alternative place to stay. Fortunately after some quick research we discovered this motel (and were provided with a refund promptly by AirBnB). We had stayed previously at Bluestone on George so were familiar with the area which is near the University of Otago. It’s over 20 minutes on foot to the Octagon area however there are plenty of fast food places nearby, we found the superb Bracken Restaurant within 15 minutes walking distance and there are easy links by car to get to Baldwin Street, the Railway Station and the Peninsula which were all on our “To Do List“. There is free parking onsite and although it may be a little tricky to manoeuvre if the place is at full capacity we were lucky and it wasn’t. On arrival we followed instructions to cut through next door to 858 George Street Motel where our host Michael was manning the desk (he and fellow host Sally operate both places). Michael took us back across to Beechwood, organised check-in and gave us tips for getting to the Peninsula which we planned to do after dropping our bags. The one-bedroom apartment was at ground level and was set-up for accessibility. It had clearly been renovated in recent times and was modern and spotlessly clean. We paid $257 per night for a 2 night stay. There was a large lounge area with a well equipped kitchenette, a separate bedroom and an ensuite with a walk-in shower. The lounge had a comfortable settee and chair, satellite television and a small table and chairs which was ideal for having breakfast. The kitchenette had a hob & oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and was fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, glasses, etc. Although it would have been possible to self cater we dined out during our visit. The bedroom had a comfortable king sized bed, and some wardrobe space and we found we slept well in what turned out to be a quiet location. The ensuite was spacious with a large walk-in shower with good water pressure. An added feature here was the underfloor heating, ideal for avoiding cold feet. The decoration and furnishings all had a contemporary look and were of a good quality. Overall whilst we’d been looking forward to a staying in a stylish looking house on the road to the Peninsula, we ended up staying in stylish accommodation here instead. Covid-19 concerns prior to lockdown may have changed our plans but it turned out fine. Both Michael & Sally were pleasant, informative and welcoming hosts. It is easy to recommend a stay."
"This was one of the best places we stayed during a 3 week trip to New Zealand. We enjoyed 3 nights in an upstairs Executive King Studio and loved the clean, bright, spacious room. The bed was comfy, large sofa for watching TV, and nice modern kitchen and bathroom. The area was very quiet during our stay. Being able to park near our room (free!) was great. We really appreciated the warm welcome and help with local site-seeing, restaurants, etc from the awesome hosts Sally & Michael. We would definitely stay here again."
"We spent 2 nights here in a 1 bedroom apartment - it has been renovated beautifully and was spotlessly clean. There is everything you need where you need it, and we really enjoyed our stay. We had to change our booking and they were so friendly and helpful, really easing our stress and going above and beyond what they had to do. We hope to stay here next time we are in Dunedin, and highly recommend it."

588 Great King Street, Dunedin, Otago, New Zealand
"Motel is very close to Otago University. It’s okay to go to a new university in New Zealand. The historic clock tower is pretty and majestic. Turn right at the hotel crossroads and eat at the restaurant. Walk to Dunedin Railway Station. 20 minutes. The interior of the Motel is the normal level in New Zealand. The boss is very enthusiastic. The ice cream is given in the room. The room size is not large with a microwave oven. The parking door is a one-way street and can only turn left."
"There is a lawn in the OTAGo University, there is a parking space in the hotel, but there is no breakfast, and it is close to McDonald's KFC Domino Pizza and Pizza Hut Pizza."
"Very close to Otago University, the bed is soft and soft"
