This hotel has been around for over twenty years, and it's still well-maintained. All the facilities and equipment are in good working order. 👍 The only thing is, the decor now feels a bit outdated, with a mix of red, blue, and gold – giving off a rather gaudy, 'nouveau riche' vibe. I have to complain about the breakfast though; both the restaurant setup and the food quality don't live up to the 'luxury' price tag. I wouldn't recommend staying here just for the experience.

An experience beyond imagination! Staying at this hotel grants you access to all Jumeirah Group facilities, including a private beach, discounts on certain attractions, and complimentary buggy service throughout your stay. Each room and floor has a dedicated butler, and there are even Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk. A truly excellent experience.

A truly perfect stay! It's cut from the same cloth as Atlantis but with a more artistic vibe. The fire and water fountain show is definitely worth seeing! Breakfast was abundant and varied. Due to a flight change, we had to check out a day early, and the hotel surprised us by delivering our ordered breakfast items right before we left. It was beautifully presented and far from a perfunctory gesture, which was a delightful surprise!

A standard resort hotel with new facilities. We booked a Club Room with a palm view, and all three meals could be enjoyed in the lounge. Guests also have access to the amenities at the old Atlantis.

Service: From the moment the waiter opened the car door, the service was impeccable, and every staff member was proactive in offering assistance. A Chinese-speaking butler was also available. Environment: The hotel has its own beach, indoor and outdoor pools, and even shallow water for children to play. Very satisfied, and I'll be back next time.

Overall, the Bulgari in Dubai is very good. The surroundings are very quiet and suitable for vacation. The front desk ”siqi” is very enthusiastic. Since we don't understand English, siqi enthusiastically helped us order food. If I come to Dubai again in the future, I will definitely choose the Bulgari Hotel!

The most perfect hotel in Dubai. The location is very good. The beach is beautiful. The hotel is very big and beautiful. The beach has a beautiful view of the Burj Al Arab. The service is also very good. There are many luxury cars in the hotel. I will stay here again in the future. It is so comfortable.

The room balcony is super large, the bedding is very comfortable, and the swimming pool has a great view. Later, I met a Chinese housekeeper March who provided very good service and gave me a leather perfume bottle and many small things, all of which were very textured. The hotel arranged birthday cakes and desserts, and each tasted very good. However, there were really many people in the hotel, almost all of them were locals, and I didn't see a single Chinese person, haha. Every restaurant in the hotel was full at night, and the atmosphere was very good. You might not get a seat without a reservation. I especially like the VIP swimming pool. The breakfast was extremely rich, with lobsters and oysters to eat as you like. Thanks again to the Chinese housekeeper March, who also called a business car for us when we left.

This hotel is really not overrated! When checking in, a white guy who can speak Chinese came to receive us. According to him, his mother is from Sichuan 😂, which was quite a surprise. The hotel rooms are distributed in villas (mansions), ensuring a quiet and elegant environment. The rooms are not as old as I worried before coming. Instead, they are well maintained, clean, tidy, comfortable and atmospheric. The beach is a completely private beach, and there will be no tourists to disturb, ensuring privacy. The swimming pool is very suitable for lying down and playing, if it is not too hot at noon, you can lie there all day. Geographically, although the hotel is on Palm Island, it is very close to the Marina skyline on the coast, so it has both island and urban landscapes. Dinner needs to be reserved, starting at 6 o'clock at the earliest. I recommend 101 Restaurant. The candlelight dinner with sea view is amazing. The most worth mentioning is the service attitude. Every staff member you meet in the hotel will take the initiative to greet you with a smile and be ready to serve you at any time. No one will ignore you. Buggy responds quickly, and even if you ask them to wait after the buggy comes, they will wait respectfully. In addition, the minibar in our room cost 30 dirhams, which was waived when checking out. This kind of small details will make guests very comfortable. Overall, this hotel is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.

Facilities: The room is spacious, well-equipped, hygienic and quiet. The bed is very comfortable and the quilt cover and sheets are of good quality. Service: A home away from home experience. Every staff member responds with a warm smile and can recognize you and greet you by name. He is very professional in dealing with people, maintains just the right sense of boundaries and distance, and pays attention to the needs of guests without intrusion. Environment: So beautiful. It feels like you are in a southern French wine estate. Every step is romantic. The trees and flowers are lush, the birds are singing happily, and the little rabbits are eating grass cutely. You can overlook the landscape of the modern city in the distance. The quality of the food is also great. The restaurant deserves its two Michelin stars. The resort is run with great care and provides an unforgettable and satisfying stay.

The hotel boasts world-class facilities and aesthetics. However, the services around the rooftop bar and pool could be more flexible. Some staff members were slightly curt. It's advisable for guests to make reservations in advance for anything related to the rooftop, as it gets very busy with visitors.

The hotel was great; they upgraded our room and even gave us a complimentary cake when they knew we were on Honeymoon! The rooftop restaurant had a fantastic view.

This is a massive resort, located at the very tip of the Palm Jumeirah. The architecture is grand, stately, and very well-designed. There are pools, a beach, a water park, various activities like ping pong and a golf practice range, and an abundance of facilities for children. Our room was a high-floor, sea-view room, and standing by the window, the view outside was simply breathtaking. Even though the resort has been operating for 18 years, it's incredibly well-maintained. Despite the large number of guests, especially children, everything runs smoothly and is very well-managed. All the glass doors and windows are immaculately clean, not a single fingerprint, because staff are constantly wiping them down. We discreetly counted several swimming pools, and one of them alone had eight lifeguards on duty. There's a great variety of dining options, including Michelin three-star and one-star restaurants, as well as two buffets. Breakfast was generally good. A special shout-out to our dinner at the Michelin one-star Hakkasan – the food was delicious, the quality was excellent, and the ambiance was very elegant and upscale. Next door, the new Atlantis The Royal has opened, and guests staying here can take a shuttle to visit it. The staff are all incredibly proactive, enthusiastic, and super patient. They always make sure to diligently complete whatever you ask of them before moving on.

Hotel Amenities and Environment: The 7-star hotel environment is impeccable, boasting a water park and an aquarium. I saw on Xiaohongshu that beach slippers were complimentary, but unfortunately, they weren't – only a beach bag was provided. The room itself was decent. Dining: The most satisfying part of this trip was the Club Lounge. It's actually a Michelin-starred restaurant! Breakfast starts at 7 AM, and the afternoon tea selection is also very rich. You can even order drinks during happy hour. Choosing a club room that grants access to the lounge is absolutely worth it. Service: The service was very enthusiastic. I arrived at the hotel quite early, and after my third inquiry, they finally arranged a room for me just before 12 PM.

Reviews From Real Travelers
After staying last year, I recommended booking a 2nd-floor beachfront villa in the first row. The view was expansive, and it was convenient to get to the beach. This year, I went again, and by chance (due to a full house, the hotel upgraded us to a suite, but we could only check in at night, and for our subsequent plans, we couldn't enjoy late check-out from the suite), I unexpectedly discovered that villas in the back rows also offer good value for money; you don't always need the top-tier option. However, for the back-row rooms, I still recommend the 2nd floor for the expansive view. On the 1st floor, with buggies passing by, privacy is always a bit compromised. Also, you can check a map or notes to see which villa/room you're getting. Rooms facing the inner canal are quite good, while those facing the lawn have a slightly less appealing view. A 60-square-meter room is very spacious for two people. I believe all 2nd-floor rooms come with a balcony. The bathroom is quite large, almost half the size of the room. The price for the most basic room without breakfast is only one-third of the sea-view suite. Plus, Wild Wadi Waterpark tickets are included (if you go early, you can get free large towels, but they run out later. No need to rent a locker if you don't have valuables). Breakfast is 250 RMB per person, half price for children. You can book with breakfast or add it on-site if you decide to go. Dining at the hotel is quite expensive. A bowl of plain rice is 80 RMB, and spring rolls at 150 RMB are just ridiculous. The hotel claims to have 20 restaurants, but honestly, there isn't much to eat. A taxi ride to the nearby Mall of the Emirates costs 100 RMB round trip, and there's a food court downstairs with burgers, pizza, and Chinese food. But this doesn't compensate for the expensive/limited hotel dining options. The breakfast in the main building is good; the egg chef is very skilled, making sunny-side-up eggs tender but not undercooked. Fruits and bread are plentiful, though Chinese-style options are limited to some steamed dim sum. The cleanliness and housekeeping of the room are impeccable. During this stay, the butler service improved; there were no more unanswered calls, and they were generally very enthusiastic. The buggies and abra boats usually arrived quickly. The only frustrating part was the local staff's math during checkout. We had one night upgraded to a suite, then for the next three nights, all upgrades and breakfast were canceled, and we paid separately for breakfast for 4 days (2 people for 2 days, 3 people for 2 days). The entire checkout process, the butler (the only one I had to complain about this time, a Caucasian person who seemed unenthusiastic), upon seeing I had an issue with the bill, actually said she couldn't handle it and told me to go to the front desk to check out. The front desk recalculated several times and finally found that one day's meal charges were incorrect, and one transaction was misallocated... it took 4 recalculations in total. Of course, the front desk ladies were very patient, and the gentleman at the front desk during check-in was also very patient. We arrived quite late, and he still explained the upgrade costs. After the first night's upgrade, he even arranged a late check-out for the room change the next day. Although he mistakenly upgraded us to a 1st-floor sea-facing suite instead of the room type I wanted, his attitude was very good, which prevented me from getting angry.

The best part of our Dubai trip was staying at Jumeirah Al Qasr; it completely exceeded expectations. Especially with the off-season pricing, it was definitely excellent value for money. My only regret is only staying for one day. The Wild Wadi Waterpark is fantastic and easily rivals Atlantis; for a family trip, I'd even say it's better. The entire resort complex of Jumeirah Al Qasr is interconnected by both land and waterways, so whether you prefer the buggy or an abra (boat), they're always readily available. The service is incredibly efficient and makes you feel right at home. You can find almost everything you need for a perfect vacation right within the hotel. Next time I'm in Dubai, I'll definitely stay longer. Highly recommended!
