I can't pick words how great it is.. but I want to provide details. First and foremost. we stayed 1 night on May 18, we got room 328, this is a suite with fantastic location and it is very very quiet. I and my wife celebrated 22 years of our first date and initially we wanted to pick Ritz in Half Moon bay but we decided to give this place a try.. and oh boy - we will never go back to Ritz. 1. Hospitality. staff is awesome. reception is the most welcome and I want to say - naturally welcome. Very smiley. 2. Valley Kitchen restaurant is fantastic and I can't find another word. it is probably the best restaurant in Carmel. it has a European charm I absolutely love. We dined and had a breakfast. both were great. 3. ”Little things matter the most”. you know what I do not like? it is a extra charge for cappuccino if you take buffet breakfast. I love to run this test, we travel to Hawaii often - 90% of restaurants do it. they say ”drip coffee is included but cappuccino is not”. Valley Kitchen waiter just said ”Oh. I will bring you a cappuccino and it will be on us.” . I love it. 4. room is great by the most highest standards. it has a soaking bathtub on balcony and we spent an hour inside sipping champagne. 5. fireplace with automatic timer - fantastic. you just click ”30 min” and it will go down in 30 min. 6. large bathroom with a toilet inside separated by the extra door. 7. cocktails at the bar - they have a special in house receipts - I tried one on whiskey and my wife got a lavender one. we repeated them. both are just awesome. 8. We tried to book Spa, but it was full.. I assume it is very good because I called them for 2 days in advance and they always apologized that all is booked, and could not find a spot for facial. you should book in advance . on a scale from 1 to 10 it is 11. there is only one hotel in my life I would put on the same level of excellence - it is Four seasons on Maui.. nothing else is better. Thank you, we will return back for sure !

The environment, location, facilities, including the front desk service are very good, especially the environment, but today's dinner experience is really disappointing. First of all, after we ordered the meal, the first pre-feast was quite fast, but we did not prepare a plate for us. We beckoned to send it over after we called, and there was no such normal restaurant error of due apology, and secondly, after serving the pre-order, we waited for nearly 30 minutes. No dish came up, no one explained, the restaurant manager skipped us several times on the tour, there were not many people in the restaurant at that time, (there were two of us who were Asian faces) was not a peak meal time, waiting for us to call a waiter over, The waiter (the Indian woman) said very bluntly, I think they're doing, and then left. Too angry, when we went to the front desk to complain, their manager appeared in front of us like a wind (before turning a blind eye to us in the restaurant), and apologized and said that the meal was delivered to the room. Exemption from dinner costs). Apologizing for the apology, the attitude is not sincere at all, the inferior service attitude of the evening restaurant directly lowers the level of Hyatt, this kind of restaurant (hotel) that sees people ordering, directly pulls black. [Weak] [weak] [weak]. (Breakfast service was good, we asked and learned that dinner was not the same team).

One of the most gorgeous Hyatt properties that I’ve been to. Beautiful ocean view, quaint yet modern rooms, lots of plants, close by to point lobos state park, Carmel, Monterey, Big Sur. 2 bedroom units are spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 adult kids. Heated swimming pool during the winter is a plus. Gym is good more for aerobic exercises than weight training but weights and machines are available. BBQ grill available to use, and Safeway is only a mile away. Highly recommended.

Stayed at the hotel for my 80th birthday. Am disabled. Room old but OK. not really clean no housekeeping. Main issue- facilities not geared to people with mobility issues. Had difficulty getting to the restaurant. Many, many stairs. Wes told there was an elevator. It was a freifgt one. Not clean. A team member had to escort us. We had to go through the kitchen and long corridors. I was in agony. Celebration -ruined!!! Hotel manager Aaron promised a refund which hasn't arrived. Called him and Hyatt center 6 times. This is the 7th. To no avail. Ignoring me and my plight. Frustrated, infuriated and disappointed.

There is no dedicated parking lot, all parked on both sides of the road. If you don't pay attention, don't leave it in someone else's home. Catch up with the Pebble Beach Auto Show, parking is particularly problematic... There are no elevators on the third floor of the hotel, and the luggage depends on the bell***. There are also many advantages, breakfast is OK, the room is large, the scenery is good, and the baby cot can be added free of charge.
- SIQI
The service is very good and it is worth staying for one more night. The hotel has a parking lot and the breakfast is very good. There may be elk on the way to the hotel. In short, it is a hotel worth remembering.

The hotel is located 7 or 8 minutes east of the town of Carmel. The rooms are concise in American wood style and the twin beds are large Queen size. The rooms are spacious and clean with shower and bathtub. Parking is free. Compared with the hotels in the town, the hotel's new hardware is better, and the price of the hotel at the same level is 1400.

Beautiful lovely boutique in carmel! The room was perfect, my first time staying in carmel and I will definitely be returning! The whole staff was great and very stylish! They recommended the best restaurants and beautiful locations that are a must see! Thank you Jasline, for taking great care of me and assisting in my every need and request!

The house has a sense of culture and history, the service is very good, and the breakfast is very simple; because it is an old house of nearly a hundred years, the rooms on the second floor have to go up through narrow stairs, which will be difficult for the disabled and the elderly; the room facilities are average, but The overall ambience is nice.

Hotel location is excellent. Located in the center of the town, not far from the sea, you can see the sea on the balcony of the room. It is convenient to go shopping. It takes only ten minutes to drive to the bay of 17 miles. Breakfast is not rich, but the taste is OK. There is an underground car park, but there are not many parking spaces.

If you are want to visit the downtown Carmel area and plan to park your car and walk everywhere, you are in luck with this hotel. We booked a king room for a two night stay and did plenty of research so we knew both the negatives and the positives. We had a very nice quiet room with covered parking, so helpful. It seemed to be unseasonably warm in the afternoon hours, especially in the sun with the high humidity, so the lack of A/C in the room was felt, but opening the windows and using the old fan did help. Maybe they could consider a ceiling fan in the future. We left the door open several times to get extra ventilation in the room, but we found that the bugs wanted to enter the room as well. As previously mentioned, there is no elevator, just stairs. If you have mobility issues, be aware of this. The lady that checked us in was very kind, welcoming and friendly. Appreciated her helpfulness. Just a quick reminder that everything in the downtown Carmel area is ”smallish,” meaning that shops, restaurants and sometimes local inns and hotels, are not big on space. If you feel the need to spread out, this is not the place for you, but it is in a great location and reasonably priced for an expensive area.

This is a 3 star inn with a 5 star price just because of location. Small rooms and bath, but they were clean. Towels in a cubby hole not near shower. No air conditioning. Person who checked us in was nice though. Breakfast was hot and cold items which was nice but breakfast area so small only 4 tables to sit. Parking lot was a nightmare because of the size of it but could have parked on street if you you could find a spot.

The hotel in itself was very nice. I was however very surprised and disappointed in how the staff handled our stay. This trip was meant to be a gift from a family member who had arranged this type of gift already three times with the hotel in the past month. At time of checkout the staff had us pay for our gift and I only hope we didn't double pay and they took advantage of an elderly person. It was a horribly embarrassing and uncomfortable situation as this hotel was out of our budget. The three staff members I talked to did nothing to try and correct this and I was not about to call my family member to confirm they would pay. That's just an awkward way to get a gift.

The hotel is very good. It is very convenient to drive for half an hour from 17mils to the hotel

The town of Carmel is very nice and very casual. The hotel has a Chinese taste, and the plants in the courtyard are furnished in a southern Chinese style with a statue of Buddha in the garden. The service was very good, the room also presented a small snack, registered the room, the handsome guy took us to the room to explain the layout and facilities of the room, also sent a flower. Not too far from the beach, strolling through the past and admiring the town. Not bad!

The garden is beautiful, the breakfast is simple, the eggs are cold, not so used

The room is small and complete, this is the first hotel in the town, not open on weekends, so good luck. Twin room, the bed is a bit small, but the baby sleeps in a small bed with a sofa, just fine. Breakfast is delivered by the hotel, but the tip is not rich, but the miscellaneous fruits are pineapple, cantaloupe, cucumber and so on. Next to the hotel is lush, smelling a scent, can not help but buy. Carmel Beach should be visible across the bed.
- FEIJIE
Very good hotel, will have a chance to stay next time. It is worth mentioning that the hotel also has its own parking lot for in-house guests to park, although the location is limited, but as a value-added service, it is still very important.
