We were privileged to be guests of the Taj Falaknuma Palace for three nights and were welcomed by the staff with a service orientation, friendliness and attentiveness that is hard to beat. Arrival by horse-drawn carriage in front of the palace, reception with Indian sparkling wine in a historic library, briefing in a charming room with garden view that left nothing to be desired. Both of the Palace's restaurants offer outstanding cuisine. The breakfast buffet in the morning left nothing to be desired with three live cooking stations. The live entertainment by musicians in the evening in the garden as well as palace tours and tea ceremony gave us the feeling of being the center of interest and attention of the hotel staff at all times. Best Westin ever! Fantastic service from Housekeeping team. Real customer service ever! Out of expectation. The team put a mouse pad beside my lap top and even tight up loss wire! Had never experienced such such in Marriott group before!

Need to better maintain plant. Dusty atmosphere. Small and poorly designed standard rooms. Great location and relaxing fountains. Pool is large but cold water. They made us wear shower caps and take shower with super chilled water before entering the pool. Only 4 pool beds in entire resort.

The location is very good, in the central area of Hyderabad, there is a lot to eat around. The hotel environment is also very good, and the service is very attentive.

The front desk service is good and efficient. Hotel location is good, convenient transportation, not too many facilities. The room is not big, but the design is very practical, good health, and stayed in praise. Very clean! The buffet is especially delicious! The quality of the service staff is very high! The room was in very good condition, the quilt was very comfortable and the double bed was wide. Not bad, business meeting, good location

We hosted our baby shower last month at B+L and honestly I'm taken aback by the way it all came together. The banquet hall was a perfect fit for our requirement of hosting a small gathering of 60-70 guests. The stage backdrop, the entrance décor and every minute detail that we requested was catered to by Mr Sunil, the event ***ager… in fact they turned out better than we expected. We were offered food trials at every visit during the decision phase and I must say, they were as delicious at the event as they were during trials. Mr Sunil, the hotel ***ager, ensured that every possible request that we made for the event, was taken care of to the maximum extent, even if it meant going beyond his limits. We are really grateful to him for his cooperation at every step. The venue definitely added a lot of vibe, be it indoor or outdoor, serving as a perfect set for some cool photography and we are more than satisfied with the outcome. Will definitely return for hosting more such small events and recommend others too.

Having stayed in Hyderabad on ***y occasions I can stay without contradiction that the Taj Krishna is the best hotel in which I have stayed.
