It was truly a refreshing and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the resort manager, Mr Chong, made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Despite it being peak season with high occupancy, and our arrival late in the evening, he took great pride in personally showing us around the resort and its beautiful surroundings, including the Raja Brooke butterfly habitat. He also shared fascinating stories about the property and even kept us in suspense about why there were virtually no mosquitoes around the resort despite the presence of large fish ponds—a mystery that was only revealed to us the following morning at breakfast! The resort itself is beautifully maintained—clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed to blend with nature. I especially enjoyed soaking in the hot spring pools, swimming in the refreshing mountain spring water pool, and spending quiet moments feeding the fish with complimentary fish food provided by the resort. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a tranquil retreat. It is an excellent and peaceful escape from the city, offering a chance to reconnect with nature and unwind completely. The only minor drawback is that the access road can be challenging, but the experience is well worth the journey.

The location is super convenient, with lots of food options within walking distance. The hotel also provides breakfast. I stayed in a triple room, which was very clean and new, unlike some online reviews suggested. The shower had great water pressure and the air conditioning was very cold. They even have a water dispenser with hot and cold water, so you can refill your bottles. I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely come back.

A decent and comfortable stay overall. The hotel is quite average but not bad, clean, convenient, and suitable for a short stay. Its location near UTAR Kampar makes it a good choice!

It was a great stay. Comfortable room within the town area of Kampar, all within a limited hotel budget. Although the corridor was a bit narrow, it was understandable as it allowed for more rooms to be accommodated. The ambient lighting in the room was bright, making it suitable for work, study, or relaxation. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable experience throughout the stay. Roadside public parking, where parking coupon is needed.

Except for the sound insulation problem, everything else is very good, including the service attitude, but the facilities are relatively small. I hope to add some facilities, such as hair dryers, refrigerators, etc. Others are very good, and I will stay again.

A budget hotel for the night either for solo or family. Basic amenities. Water heater switch ON but not functioning. My toilet floor retaining some water. TV no remote control. Overall just okay.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Kampar. Even though it's in an older area, the location is quite convenient for me. The rooms are clean, and the staff are very friendly. Most importantly, there are plenty of food options nearby. I usually take an e-hailing ride to Kampar railway station and then walk to the hotel, and I do the same on my way back. It's such a short distance, I doubt any drivers would pick up the fare anyway, right? But I wouldn't encourage walking, as safety always comes first. It would be even better if the hotel could offer a shuttle service.
