The facility is quite old, but the rooms have been nicely renovated. The natural free-flowing hot spring for sale was still satisfying. I entered the public bath three times from the time I checked in at 16:00 to the time I checked out at 10:00 the next day. There is no doubt that being able to take a bath late at night, which is rare these days, will increase your satisfaction with the herbal medicinal bath and the abundant hot water flowing directly from the source. From the receptionist, the person who served the food, and the person who managed the bath, I was able to receive all the pleasant services.

Since the construction is old, there is no way to use the facilities. However, I think that you will be satisfied because the hot spring facilities are very good. The room is very large, and there are Japanese-style rooms, Western-style rooms, and even the floors, and you can eat slowly with room service without worrying about the corona. At the banquet hall, there are free theater shows twice a day, which is also one of the pleasures. By all means, when you go to the hot springs, you should bring an empty PET bottle for take-out.

The service is excellent. The breakfast is delicious. The scenery is extremely beautiful. It should be the best-decorated hotel in Osaka. The service attitude is enthusiastic. It is just too troublesome for minors to check in alone.

Really incredible. Highest quality, very comfortable. Breakfast buffet selection was incredible. The city view from our room and from the lobby is worth the fee in itself.

Although I was not staying at the W, the MIXup cafe is a fun spot in the middle of Osaka to have a tea or coffee and their amazing dessert(s). I was looking to try their seasonal dessert, the strawberry mille feuille, although it was already sold out when I arrived. This gives me another reason to return soon! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, I was swiftly shown to my table that I reserved ahead of time (thanks, Marriott Bonvoy), and was walked through the menu and how their orders work. Many teas to choose from, and the cake I chose was plated so beautifully. The chantilly cream with the berries - out of this world! The entire experience was smooth, and I was delighted with the level of service provided. In a way, this is ”normal” and expected for Japan, but I want to highlight that I really enjoyed this visit and look forward to going back.

Beautiful Hotel! Very nice interior design and amazing rooms. I had the chance to try out their entry level room up to the suite, they are all amazing. Breakfast was huge and lots of options. Dont forget to bring ur camera! Special thank you to Augustin from the Front Desk to helping me arrange some special request. Really appreciated. Hope to see him again next time when i visit, and yes, I will 100% stay in this W Osaka Hotel again. It was such a treat!

We stayed for one night at the St Regis Osaka for my husband’s 60th birthday and were treated like royalty! We were even upgraded to the 2000 sf Royal Suite which was, without a doubt, the most luxurious and beautiful hotel accommodations we have ever had (see pictures!) The concierge was wonderful and helped me plan a small cake, champagne and towel art to be set up in our room for after dinner. My husband loved it! He also enjoyed the Shogun Bloody Mary. We have stayed at many St Regis hotels and he always likes to try the Bloody Mary unique to each location. I think this one is his new favorite! Thank you for a perfect stay and wonderful birthday celebration!!! PS - Also of note, the hotel is a short walk to the upscale shopping area.

Hotel staff are amazing and so helpful. The hotel was extremely organized and clean and the room was spacious. Everything needed was provided for in the room. Great view of Chuo district. Located near a couple of train lines so an easy way to get around. The concierge arranged for us to purchase tickets to the Aquarium. We had breakfast at La Verduta in the St Regis that was so good with many choices. Loved this hotel!

There are 999 bright roses in the hotel, which are very beautiful. There is a park outside the hotel, and it is beautiful to take a walk and enjoy the scenery. There are three types of breakfast - very rich, worthy of the Osaka State Guesthouse! Will come again next time I live in Osaka. There is a shuttle bus to Osaka Station, which is very convenient for shopping and going to the station. I took my family on this trip and everyone was very satisfied!
- Guest User
Satisfied, I will come back next time I come to Osaka. Although it is old-fashioned, it is stylish. Hygiene is average. The meals include set meals and Western-style buffets, both of which taste good, and Western-style food is richer. There is a shuttle bus to the subway station, which is convenient.

Stayed 2 nights at the Ritz Carlton earlier in the week during my first business trip to Japan after Covid. Must confess that was really impressed. Excellent service, great staff and in general hotel very well equipped. Room was spacious, clean, with a great bed allowing for very good night sleep, very good performing wifi, great bathroom very well equipped including a very nice set of salt for the bath. Definitely hotel gives a lot of attention to detail and you can see it during your stay. There was an air purifier in my room, which was a bit noisy, so I had to unplug it during the night. This didn't bother me at all, but maybe something to check by the hotel management. All in all, perfect stay. Will definitely return on my next trip to Osaka.

Just a great experience in every regard. Our room was high grade with a wonderful view of the city. Linen and furnishings are excellent. Staff couldn’t be nicer and more helpful. The gym is high grade and the pool is huge with a hot tub. There are three very, very good restaurants. Prices are up there but in this case you get what you pay for. And a special shout out to Simon Finch, relationship manager. He meet us at the door and while we waited for our room gave us a tour of the facility. He always seem to be there when we had a question or needed assistance. Because of our experience here together with Simon’s attention I’m officially switching allegiance from Hyatt to the Ritz.

My family has a good experience with the service and location. It's unfortunate that they're planning to remove the in-room washing machine, which could be a drawback for future stays. Hopefully, they consider replacing it with an alternative amenity.

Staff was kind to give me a corner room. Great view. Location convenient yet quiet. Price includes breakfast and the right to use the gym, swimming pool, hot bath and steam room. Money well spent.

The open-air bath in the sky was very good to have an open feeling and Osaka was able to see. It is a pity that the man can only enter from 11:45 at night in the men and women replacement system. The room used triple for 2 people, but the bed was made of garland 3 small TV at the end. . . I think it was easy to see if I had a wall hanging. I heard the voice of the corridor and the sound of the next child. I woke up in the morning with the sound of knocking the next door, and I hope you can improve the sound. The view was not a room type or a mountain side. The Viking was so good at night. The venue was large and there were many people, so it was not like eating calmly. The morning is like an ordinary business hotel. I think it is for families and groups. I was able to relax, but I didn't feel calm and slow Check-in and check-out are crowded.

Elevator to the village, incredible meals - “viking style” is a massive buffet. Highly recommend this lovely place, and the night view from the rooftop onsen is perfect. Really well priced considering you get dinner and breakfast and onsen. Super clean simple rooms, but too much to do there to spend time there anyway. Slept well too… Thank you!
