A decent and comfortable stay overall. The hotel is quite average but not bad, clean, convenient, and suitable for a short stay. Its location near UTAR Kampar makes it a good choice!

Superb location. Relatively new hotel. Water pressure is good for showering.However one of the plugs was not functioning.

There was only one trash can, there should have been one in each of the two bathrooms and one in the main room. Overall, everything else was fine.

This might be considered a no-frills hotel in big cities. But in small sleepy Kampar, it's the king of the hotel scene. We've stayed here a few times now. Cleanliness is mostly good, but this trip we found lots of long black hairs on the floor, bed, and even hanging from the drawer. One of the pillow has patches of yellowish brownish stains, we got a replacement which isn't much better. Housekeeping needs to improve. We could hear muffled sounds from our neighbors. Wife also felt that the hot water ran out too quickly while she was taking a shower.
