The breakfast is very rich, there are many fruit designs, and there are milk and coffee drinks. Egg bacon ham is delicious. The suites are large in size and have sofas for children. Be aware that there is a large area of forest near the beach, and children should not go out to run at night. There is free parking and it is suitable for self-driving.

As a transit and rest city from the Gold Coast to Sydney, Coffs Harbour is an excellent choice. This hotel is in the form of a resort, with a beautiful environment and living by the sea. The room facilities are certainly not comparable to those of high-end hotels, but they are all complete. As a transit point is worthy of its name.

Good service, good location, everything all good with late check in or early check out.

Next to the highway, far from the port. The service is very good and welcoming, like his dog.

Overall,  a pleasant stay,  in a beautiful location,  but with a few much needed upgrades, it could be so much better.  The grounds around the resort were lovely.  The check in process was friendly and quick. Directions to room a bit vague.  Told that the wifi was having issues and we were unlikely to be able to get wifi or 5g from the room (on arrival to the room 5G was fine,  but wifi virtually non existent).  Car park was like a rabbit warren and difficult to find the correct lift to go up. Later the under cover car park was full,  over flow car park full.  Had to park over on the dirt with big muddy puddles everywhere. On arrival to room there was a dingy dark little entrance room, and the light was hard to find in there, so we had to use our phone torch to be able to see to open the door.  Very dissapointed in room on arrival.  Photos on the internet of the executive 1 bedroom apartment showed nicely updated kitchen and bathroom,  what we got was old and dated.  An old fashioned beige spa bath and an old fashioned shower over bath set up, and barely high enough to get my head under water.  It was nice and hot with decent pressure though. Bathroom seemed to only have 1 small soap and one small shower gel for 2 guests.   The kitchen was fine,  but had no overhead cupboards, splash back etc like in the photos on the internet.  I messaged reception about my dissatisfaction with the room, but received no reply.  The rest of the room was nice, and very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.  The views to the golf course and lake were nice, and was good to have a balcony.  The TV in the bedroom was extremely tiny, and situated poorly so you have to look down to watch. There was a larger TV in the living area though.  We did not watch TV at all,  as knew Netflix etc would not work with no Wifi.  The fridge was not stocked at all,  apart from 1 tiny bottle of long life milk.  No water,  soft drink or any form of mini bar.  Things that really let down the room were things like the rusty air conditoner external unit, old creaky window in bathroom, window with slatted blinds that are very dusty, and that same window that didn't seem to seal properly. Also a few little cobwebs in the bathroom. With a bit more attention to detail,  this could be an amazing resort,  but at the moment,  I was very let down,  especially since our room didn't match what was on the internet.  Reasonably priced though.

Staying at The Pacific Bay resort Coffs Harbour twice in a short period for a few days at a time for work. I didn't pay for these stays so I don't know if it's dear, cheap or really good value. Located just out of Coffs town (about 5min drive) to the north just off the M1 Highway this is a sprawling resort type hotel. Huge manicured grounds, heaps of sub-tropical plants, a small Golf Course, at least 2 x pools, an (almost) private beach and much more. I've stayed in an apartment in one of the low rise towers and also in a Lagoon Front Apartment. Both check-in's were quick and efficient. Both apartments were very good - bedroom with large (king) bed, lounge room, kitchen, bathroom, shower, decent wardrobe, 2 x TV, 2 x Aircon and large balcony. Decent Wi-Fi available free to guests (with a Log In Code). Normal hotel buffet breakfast available for $24 ish and looks like if you're staying in house there's a 10% discount available. There's also a coffee / snack type place near the start of the golf course that has sandwiches / drinks etc. If you've got kids that like animals there's a bit of wildlife around - ducks, other birds, large Carp in the ponds, Brush Turkeys and we even saw a family of Deer in the grounds when we came back late at night. There's a LOT of rooms and grounds here for them to run and the staff seem to do a great job. I guess due to the number of rooms to service / turn around they are pretty strict about the 10am Check-Out - they were knocking on the door at 10am.... I'd seriously consider staying here with my Wife if I came up this way for a break.

Back to the hotel on the Sydney Road at night, the resort hotel is close to the sea, the rooms are large, the general health, basic facilities are available, but you must check out at 10 in the morning, the hotel is large and there is a swimming pool and gym, it is worth checking in next time.

I got an ocean view room which was great. I could hear ocean call from the room. You can walk to the beach from hotel and the facilities: pool and tenis and golf courts are fantastic. Very satisfied and definitely recommend others.

We were caught up with the M1 closure and spend 6 unexpected....but delightful...nights at Park Beach Resort Motel. Lyn & Arthur were most accommodating and so friendly to help us make the most of our situation. The motel facilities were as good as we could have expected with comfortable queen bed and cleanliness. Nearby dining places included hotel, bowls club, coffee/restaurants and takeaways.... Our misfortune turned into an opportunity to experience Coffs and meet some lovely proprietors ..... We will plan a revisit on our way back home from the Sunshine Coast

Travelling for business, wanted quiet accommodation away from the main road. First time I stayed here, warm welcome from the owners and great advise on local food options and walking tracks along beach. My room was quiet, spotlessly clean with all the amenities I needed. The multi USB charging station next to the bed was a great touch. Will stay here again next time in Coffs.

We stayed here for a night and it was fantastic! The staff at the desk were so nice! We went over to our accommodation, opened the door and the room was so clean and fresh and big! We had a perfect room! A perfect pool that we didn’t want to leave and The restaurant is so cute, I imagine it would of all been a bit flash in the 80’s! We will definitely come back!!!

One of the perfect hotel. Location is convenient for drivers. Resection is super nice they'll do the best for you stay comfortable. You can get free caffe or hot chocolate. Pool is good enough and there is sauna too (you turn on the switch when you use it so it's hard to get warm actually...) Room is tidy and cosy. I want to stay there again.

Reviews From Real Travelers
The hotel room is clean and ok, a typical 3.5 star Aussie motel. My room is towards the front of the complex, the only place I have stayed that is noisier was above a night club in Las Vegas, USA. Sadly the semi-trailers are noisy and destroy the peace. If the noise is constant you get used to it, but you get 2-5 minute slots of peace, then a truck comes along with exhaust brakes and wakes you up all night long. In Sydney most motels near the Pacific Hwy are more sound proof - perhaps they need to ban exhaust brakes in Coffs Harbour??! I have been to many places around the world, this is possibly the worst noise pollution I have ever experienced, it ruins the concept of a peaceful stay in a costal town !!! Feel sorry for the motel, when it was built loud semi-trailers did not exist .. Now days the noise pollution really ruins the coastal town.

The staff were very friendly. This motel, while dated, is very clean and offers all that you need when travelling from one place to another on a long road trip. Ut's location to restaurants is great. We had a pet-friendly room and the outside area was great for our dog to have a little time outside. Many tradies use this motel. You could hear them leaving for work first thing in the morning. We would return.

Wish I’d have read them everything is true. This is not a luxury resort. Tired old dirty rooms. No staff anywhere. No gym access. Unusable internet. No assigned parking and not enough spaces. But best of all many people live here permanently and they do not like visitors. One resident came INSIDE our room as we brought in our cases and told us off for banging the door. We had been here under 2 minutes. Another resident ambushed my daughter parked by lift unloading her cases with a tiny baby and 2 year old told her off too. Within 90 seconds of arrival. Literally they patrol the place looking for chances to discipline visitors for actually being here !! Nice grounds but horrible atmosphere- rudest barmaid in the bar rude to coworkers and guests went for 1 drink and left. Yes we asked for our room to be cleaned to give the place a chance to step up before complaining and someone came and cleaned one window and sprayed a scent to cover up curry smell but couldn’t get rid of it. Staff are hidden and only available via mobile phone. Ghastly. Do not go. It is not a resort experience!

Such an amazing resort, it was truely beautiful and breathtaking! Lovely staff, lovely refurbished room, comfy bed, beautiful beach and beautiful food. The only thing is that there needs to be more car parks in the underground parking.

The hardware is the same as the average Australian hotel, but the health is also OK. The waiter has changed the whole bed to change the towel. It is also a full change. You can walk to the downtown supermarket and shopping mall from the Sydney road trip to the gold coast. Good
