Top 10 Decca Hotels

We booked a 1 bedroom suite for 4 nights. There were some nice things about this property, but in general it was just average. The suite faced Main St and the noise from outside was quite loud at times. If you are noise sensitive, this hotel might not be the best fit for you. We used a sound machine for sleeping that we brought, and that helped. Perhaps it would have been better had we been on a higher floor as we had requested, The furniture ( especially the sofa) was uncomfortable, the bed a little hard for our liking. The staff was friendly and tried their best, we appreciated that. The restaurant staff was friendly and did a good job, we only used the restaurant for breakfast. The food was good but the selection could have been better. The cleaning staff did an excellent job keeping our room looking good and well stocked. One down side was the valet parking. It often took a long time to get our car from Valet, and a couple of times when we texted for our car they”forgot” to get it. Perhaps more staffing would help in that matter. Free bourbon shots in the lobby in the evening is a nice touch for those who drink. All in all, the location is good for people who want to be where the action is, but the hotel is nothing special and it did not suit us all that well.

Residence Inn is the perfect clean place to stay for one day or long stay because you can cook in your room with a suite to entertain a guest, go swimming, exercise and enjoy the nearby restaurants, along with a wonderful continental breakfast with great customer service . The manager, Mark does an excellent job . I will stay there again and again when needed. Thank you staff for the smiles!

This hotel is beautiful, rooms clean and full of amenities and the staff go out of their way to help from management to groundskeeper and maintenance. Everyone is so friendly! I am a loyalty member and appreciate the lounge had plenty of beverages ( non alcoholic) and great breakfast. Given the opportunity I would return!

Service attitude is very good, because the hotel is late, did not eat anything, the driver driver specially drove us to the supermarket to shop! Like 👍

This was a stay that ”exceeded expectations”. The staff was friendly, efficient and very professional. My regret is that I didn't get the names of all of the staff that helped us so I could mention them individually. We were in Louisville for our first Kentucky Derby and being Diamond with Hilton booked this hotel with points. We will return to Louisville to see more of the sights as there are many things to do. Management certainly has created a team that is truly ”Top Shelf”. On a last note, housekeeping was outstanding. Don't forget to tip them as they work hard and do an excellent job.

The rooms are large and well appointed. We loved walking to the playground, restaurants and walking bridge. The pool was clean and had a nice courtyard. The staff was stellar. Mia was friendly and helped with restaurant recommendations. The gentleman monitoring breakfast service was amazing… told us the history of the area and gave me pointers on how to make the best chocolate chip waffles. A few kinks… No one told us how to get in and out of the courtyard so we thought we were locked out of the hotel in our swimsuits… luckily we had brought our key and found the gate that led out of the courtyard into a different door. The other thing to know is that they claim to have a restaurant and bar but they don’t. We didn’t really care but if you are expecting it, that’s kind of a downer. The breakfast is basic but we are grab and go people so we were happy with yogurt and fruit. I’d definitely return.

The 21cHotel in Louisville is an amazing new concept in Hotel stay! Not only were the rooms spotless and well appointed, but the staff was helpful and truly a pleasure to converse with! Thank you Jason! The various art work around the Hotel is innovative, thought provoking and interesting. Pity none were for sale! Make your reservations quickly while in Louisville to spend a few days in this well located, beautifully planned Hotel. Although we did not dine in the Hotel restaurant, other travelers were quick to say how wonderful the food was! Enjoy!

It is a pet friendly hotel however there’s no grass area on the property. You have to walk across the street and down half a block to a spot in front of a white castle. Was a little strange. The bed was comfortable and bathroom is spacious. Parking across the street was easy but the one-way streets made it time-consuming to drive around the block with 3 stop lights after unloading.  neighborhood was a little sketchy and a homeless man 1 block away was pressuring me for money.
