We were in town for a bourbon tasting trip. Hotel had excellent location to local tours/tastings. Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Mark and Melanie were excellent. Food was very good.
However, we received snow--hotel was cold/had heating issues. They were kind enough to let us use space heaters in the room. Rooms have very high ceilings and they just weren't equipped for 0 degree weather (wind chill was -15 below)--which we completely understood. Hotel lobby is beautiful--however people tracked in dirt/ice etc so the lobby got dirty and stayed dirty over the weekend.
We would stay there again-friends travelling with us also agree.

It’s absolutely sad the service you receive in this foyer at night. The valet guy is literally eating 2 separate times with no urgency to assist customers. The front desk young lady was kind but only came out of her hidden office if someone came in. For such a nice hotel, you should really invest in 24 hours of great service. No wonder it was so dead…

Loved loved loved it! This place is fantastic in every way. Can’t wait to go back as it’s our new hideout! You will love the fireplace and the bar in the lower level!!

Cute place. Loved the lobby and furnishings. Room was smaller and not as soundproofed as we expected. Very clean and comfortable. The shower design leaks water directly onto the bathroom floor. Be careful for the flood when you get out. Very friendly staff at check in.

This is really a beautiful hotel. Our room was great. The young lady that was at the front desk during the days was sweet, helpful and friendly, however the thing lady that was there at night, just didn't seem to care too much. My biggest issue is that when the maids come to clean adjacent rooms, they take zero care to try not to bother others in their room. I've never heard someone slam a vacuum up against a wall like they did. There are just small annoyances and we would still recommend to anyone!

Front end staff during checkin not friendly
Breakfast at the Wild Swan could be better.
Hotel was beautiful. River view room was wonderful.
The pillows are horrible. Gave me a headache. As pretty as the hotel room was, the pillows need improvement

Loved the decor, ceiling height of the room, felt cozy, luxurious, and contemporary. Didn't try the restaurant, but only spent one. Convenient for whiskey tours/tastings, quiet, clean. Bars closed at hotel and most places nearby by 1030pm, wish there was minibar or way to get a bottle of wine to the room. I would def go back for the ambience and central location.
