Staff courteous room overlooked pool and beach and was very clean. Thank you! Staff in restaurant very busy and it was difficult to get attention sometimes. First meal we had was not a good experience but this was handled well and chef prepared a lovely meal next night and waiter was very attentive. Location and setting cannot be faulted it was very relaxing and beach was deserted! Will go back for longer stay next time and explore surrounding areas.

The location is perfect, close to OMR, ECR, and easy access to city. The hotel is immaculate with beautiful aroma while entering. The rooms are really large 484ft². If you are smokers, you would need to upgrade to a balcony room as the property is a non-smoking environment. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the sheets are perfect. Each room has a comfortable couch for a work station. The kitchenette is available to use at an additional 3000 inr extra. The dishwasher is available for use. Bathroom is very spacious, and not to mention TAJ Soaps.. Pool, Gymnasium, steam and sauna are complimentary.

Over crowded on weekends, waiting 30 min for breakfast. Even the food quality affected due to the crowd . Felt a burnt flavour eating bread, when I looked back it was burnt. No one taking care of the food kept outside in the waiting hall for breakfast.

Great location for the airport and a very authentic Indian location where you can witness the real India. Although it’s in a very poor area it’s completely safe to walk around. The ***ager and reception team were great very welcoming and professional -we arrived around 6.00pm . Sadly on leaving this morning at 7.00 am the *** on reception was not friendly and had no customer service skills - this was a first in India where everyone has been so helpful and professional

The reception people when checking in on the suite rooms where about to spoil our day , it was a close family celebration on a suite room , after checking things prior a day , they where about to spoil our moments was about cancel and book in another hotel , at the final moment they changed.

We have always enjoyed staying at Taj Coro***del. All the staff have made us feel at home with their exceptional service. The executive rooms and luxury rooms are extremely comfortable. Special thanks to: Shailesh Giri (***ager - Butler Operations) & Jasmin Siddiqui (***ager - Guest Relationsq) who went above and beyond with their exceptional service to take care of our every need. The entire butler team (Bala, Saravanan and Napolean who made sure they went the extra mile at the lounge. The entire Jiva Spa team who made sure we were well rested and relaxed. The entire restaurant and kitchen at Southern Spice team who enticed us with their superb food. The entire Front Office team who made our check-in and check-out seamless. The entire Door*** and Concierge team who helped us with our endless shopping bags. The entire Housekeeping team who did something small every day to put a smile on our faces when we returned back to the room. The entire In-Room Dining team who accommodated our late night food and coffee orders. We also had the pleasure of being served by Trainees Santak and Shafira, whom we would like to take the opportunity to wish them all the best in their future endeavours and to reach greater heights in this industry. Very nice, I like it very much, the layout of the room is very simple and elegant, I like it very much. The equipment inside is perfect and very good. The waiter's attitude is also very thoughtful, and also give fruit or something, recommended!

Wedding arranged in lemon tree hotel shimona. Hall was good, nice ambiance. Spacious for 100 peoples. Food was excellent. Service was superb. Mr.Raja and team gave wonderful service. Thanks to the team for the hospitality.
