The roads around the hotel are narrow and public transportation is very convenient. The sound of the heater in the room is a bit loud. No free drinking water.

The hotel people were very nice and easy to get to. Recommend it to anyone who goes to Boston.

The hotel with low price/performance ratio may have poor lighting due to the small floor of the hotel itself. Maybe because there is a room that looks like a tall building, so there is no sunshine.

Great location, convenient to go anywhere! There is a popular lobster pavilion on the opposite side!

It's an 8/10 level four seasons. The doormen were very nice and welcoming, check-in was fast and they gave all the necessary info about this hotel. The room was not prepared as requested but this got fixed soon after we enjoyed dinner outside. The breakfast was amazing, lobster scrambled eggs and bakery were all very tasty. The swimming pool is large enough, without kids. But the water circulating system was not well-designed, so you might feel the cold and warm alternatively. The lounge at the lobby level was used to serve afternoon tea and happy hours. By the time we were there, it was a noisy party. Luckily, the floor was high enough, so I never felt bothered. The location of this hotel is very close to the prudential center, as well as Newbury Street. It's easy to get everywhere in Boston. Before the reopening of Fourseasons Boston, One Dalton would still be the ideal place to stay in the city. Chantal, if spelled correctly, is the warmest and best waitress. Thanks for your service.

Jacqui, Jaye and Deanna all helped me plan my proposal to my girlfriend, now fiancé! They were extremely helpful and had great recommendations. They even had a back up plan incase the weather was bad. Thank god we did have that plan because it ended up raining. We brought the proposal inside and they still made it beautiful. Leading up to the proposal I was emailing with them and they frequently followed up, asked questions and did everything they could to ensure that I was happy with what we were planning. Truly impeccable service. My fiancé and I were blown away, every interaction we had with the staff were kind and helpful. We will definitely be coming back.

Brand hotel service is more attentive, the rooms are very clean and tidy, the surrounding environment is relatively quiet, the transportation is very convenient, and the hotel rooms are well equipped.

You can take a 2 minute walk from this hotel to SilverLine. There is no tourist spot around the hotel, so go to south station in 15 minutes by silverline! Cospa is better than other hotels, so it will be wasted only 15 minutes, but I don't care. Breakfast is not changed to other hotels in the form of Vikings such as coffee and toast. The hotel lounge and gym are also corona countermeasures and are very beautiful. The gym is in a rental state because almost no people come. There is also a laundry. Only 25 cents for $4 a time. The room has a big TV and it is very easy to connect with a smartphone or PC. I feel like a very nice hotel when I think about the Cospa and location.

#Praise# for the room lighting, bedding comfort, location, room size satisfaction; the air conditioner is too loud, noisy to sleep at night

Warm attitude! Relatively worthy of the brand, breakfast is very rich! Coffee is free ... there are free fruits to pick up! On the left side of the doorway, it can be taken away and there is still water!

This hotel is good in all aspects, the front desk service is good, we have a few friends staying together, it feels like this, the room and other facilities are OK, it is very convenient to drive from the airport and follow the navigation.

At the beach, it’s not bad to see the sea. The environment is OK all day, breakfast is not as good as domestic hotels, and the service level needs to be improved. There is a parking lot. Overall is OK.

I am a Marriott Ambassador level member and have stayed at the Liberty several times. Took the family to spend labor day long weekend. While most others have dropped the ball and use Pandemic as excuse for reduced or even zero service, the Liberty remains tops on my list of Boston hotels. Service is flawless, food is amazing and this hip hotel gives you many reasons to stay in-house in the evenings. Fun lobby DJ, and great bars within hotel make it truly stand out. The front desk is amazing and did and incredible job with pre-stay communications. Special shout out to the one and only Mirko (chief concierge) who is super knowledgeable and singlehandedly makes the stays at the hotel, world class. You can't go wrong with this hotel

I have only good things to say about this hotel. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. If we ever needed something or had a request, it was met in a very prompt manner. Whether it was a maintenance issue, housekeeping or bell services. If you need to be close to Mass General, this is the place for you. The hospital is literally next door and is only a short walk. Our room was clean and everything was in working order. It faced the emergency room but noise was not an issue. We were at the hotel during the week and it was very quiet. Unfortunately only got to experience the food one time but my burger was outrageous. I would return here and recommend to anyone.

Did I spend roughly $50 (pre-tax & tip) on a lobster roll and a glass of prosecco? Yes. Was it worth it? Yes. I'm going to touch on other aspects of my stay, but I can't believe how many fresh tasting, big, succulent chunks of lobster were in this hotel lounge lobster roll. It's cold & mayo based, which I know isn't for everyone (I see you got buttered lobster roll people and I understand completely; I'm just an equal opportunist when it comes to lobster rolls), but it was really good - like, not good for a hotel lounge, but good good. Yum! Ok, so why 4 stars? If it were based on the hospitality of the staff alone, I'd give it 6. Every staff member I encountered was genuinely affable - some were more outgoing than others, sure, but I appreciate mellow kindness. Also, this might be the first time I've remembered to pack all of my extra little charging stations, and I didn't even need them. So many conveniently placed outlets and USB ports - and the main room light was warm toned and welcoming, which is also a little treat :) I had to take away a star because of the general noise. My sleep wasn't disturbed, because I always travel with hardcore ear plugs and a sleep mask, but I couldn't close the curtains all the way (even with the pants hanger clip trick) so there was light coming in, and I could hear everything in the hall. Also plumbing noises (like pipes pinging and gurgling - nothing alarming, just...mildly intrusive). I was also disappointed that there wasn't a laundry bag or dry cleaning service like there are in the other Marriotts I've stayed in; I want to call myself out on not going to the front desk to ask specifically for this, but every other Marriott I've been in has a laundry bag with a dry cleaning order form in the closet. There also weren't any extra blankets in the closet; again, I didn't ask the front for one (and I'm sure they would have given one to me) but I wish there had been one in the room as it was super comfortable until I woke up at 2 am - which is really late and inconvenient to realize you need extra blankets. Ok, so that's why I took away a star. The other 4 are for the friendly staff, incredibly convenient location (anywhere I didn't walk, I took a Bluebike from the stand right outside), gorgeous fitness center (Pelotons?! What?!), and general cleanliness. If I come back to Boston/Cambridge for work, I'm 100% staying here. (If I come for pleasure, I'd probably try a quaint inn or something, but honestly I'd likely stay here the final night of my trip because it is also FIFTEEN MINUTES from the airport. But with a great river view, and no plane noises.) More on the location: walk to the river, and across the Harvard bridge. You're literally right there, and it's a great way to see the city (and while there's a CVS across the street, the one over the bridge is in a historic building. I'm from California, so to me that is very special 😂). It also takes 15 minutes to walk to the Cambridgeside Galleria if you n

Shows every sign of positive associate morale. Everyone I have interacted at this hotel has been so very positive. This assessment also applies to the breakfast room. Special note of thanks to Alan (who was SO pleasant on the phone prior to my arrival when I had to make a minor adjustment to my room and when I arrived) and Kate for help and pleasant attitude. I kind of hate to leave here. Thanks to all for a nice time.
