The staff was very polite and prompt with the hospitality. We were not expecting a higher level room because of our last moment booking but, we were offered a room on the 31st floor which had a breathtaking view of the city and it was beautiful to sit by the window during sunsets and sunrise as you can see both the city and the national park on the opposite side. The rooms are huge and well planned with adequate furniture to work and relax. The room service was quick and nice, and the food quality is top-notch! A great experience overall and I would highly recommend booking with them for your stay!

Good hotel clean good staff great food . Near a mall lots of food choices. Good size rooms . Only problem they will check u out early so Ur key will stop working But the ***agers are very responsive. Close to the airport. 20 mins to get to the hotel

Best service provid by aniket all time best and classy perfect everything and wonderful as we need always this july in mumbai so heavy rain in that movment we didnt get cabs in ola uber we need to go out for attended function after a bit wait i just ask them for help us then they will book for us at night very good and thankful too him also for help us

Close to the airport, with good quality food, room and service.. This is a perfect value for money business hotel. I've stayed here at least 15 times in the last 12 years. No complaints or bad experience so far.
It doesn't serve as a pure luxury hotel but is very comfortable place to stay.

Hotel facilities are old, and the various switch settings are quite different. The toilet pulls the door and does not move. The curtains and blinds were pulled up and put down for 5 minutes... The restaurant service was garbage. I ordered two dishes with the guests. After 40 minutes, the guests complained that the food was slow, and the waiter did not accept the account, causing the guests to be unhappy. Breakfast is not rich.

Not bad, the hotel service is very good, but the Indian hotel entrance will be more scented and need to adapt. The surrounding area is a bit far from the supermarket, and the traffic at the hotel entrance is heavy.

Everything about this slightly dated business hotel is great for short stay business trips. i would not recommend families stay here are the facilities is not suitable.
