This is a great hotel. Although it may not be as fancy as other Disney Resort Hotels, it is definitely the most affordable one. The rooms are huge, the breakfast buffets are free for some room bookings and if you are lucky, you can even see Mt. Fuji from the balcony! There are four breakfast buffet restaurants in Sheraton, and Galleria will be the best for kids. With cotton candy machines and nice jellies, the kids will love this buffet. It is even recommended for adults—the selection of food there is great. There is all types of food, from miso soup to pasta to salads and fruits. If you have a sweet tooth, you can get the delicious pastries or even the cotton candy! There also many drinks and a wide array of food items!There are also connecting rooms for families of four and above. If you want to stay in the Disney area, this is the most affordable hotel you will find!

Stayed in this hotel coz of esports tournament. Organiser booked for all teams. Price was a bit steep and there’s not much I can do unless I’m going to Disneyland. 1 hour traveling time if you wanna go to town. Service staffs are trained very well. Cleanliness is very good. 1 of those hotels that really check on cleanliness and room cleaning superb 👍🏻Staffs were very well mannered and helpful. Hotel uses Crabtree & Evelyn products. You don’t need to bring your own. Enjoyed my stay thoroughly.

Close to the station, the apartment is tidy and neat. Can hear some noise (i.e. opening/closing the door) during the night. More than enough space for a couple.

I stayed with my family using the Chiba Toku Travel Campaign. The parking lot was parked before going to the park because you can park at 0:00 ～ on the check-in day. Check-in came back from the park and it was around 20:30, but I was able to check in with a waiting time of about 20 minutes. The front desk guided me carefully. It was a short stay plan at check-in 19:00 and check-out 10:00, but the reservation was made from the official site two weeks ago. With the use of travel discount, the accommodation fee per person was about 8000 yen + 3000 yen coupon. The room was larger than I expected and the bath was large. There was a little pink mold (?) On the wash basin, but that's what I was interested in. I used the spa without using the bath in the guest room. It's usually 2200 yen, but it was 1100 yen because I got a half-price ticket at check-in. For women, there was a mist sauna and a face care steamer in the changing room. Because it is large, I didn't care much about the congestion. It's about the degree that the dryer will be crowded. It wasn't a plan with breakfast, but there was a word of mouth that the bread was delicious, so I went to eat breakfast around 8 o'clock. Many people were waiting and entered the restaurant in about 20 minutes. There were many kinds of bread and it was difficult to choose, but the croissants and pie dough bread were especially delicious. Access is available, but buses run between Bayside Station and Hotel, Maihama Station and Hotel. The hotel is well located coming from HND. We took the Airport Limousine bus from Haneda to Kasai Station and walked from the station to the hotel (about 3 blocks). It would be easy to get from Narita as well by taking the NEX (Narita Express) from NRT to Tokyo Station and transferring to the Tozai Line at Nihonbashi station, then walking from Kasai station to the hotel. The neighborhood has a suburb feel and there is lots around the hotel. A discount grocery store is directly next door. Several convenience stores are close, and the 100-Yen Lawson is across the street. Many restaurants are also within walking distance of the hotel. Kasai Station is a very easy 5-minute walk from the hotel and is on the Tozai Line that goes directly into central Tokyo (Nihonbashi) from there, it's easy to go anywhere in Tokyo. The room was small for three people, but manageable. The beds are high enough to tuck suitcases underneath. There is not closet, but if you are creative, you can have three people and 6-suitcases in the room and still walk around! Large bottles of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are in the bathroom and a large bottle of foaming hand/face wash on the sink. Our room had a washer/dryer and a large fridge/freezer for convenience. A/C worked well. My only complaint about the room is that even after their major refresh last year, there aren't a lot of electrical plugs to charge 21-century devices. When I counted there was 4 USB outlets and 4 electrical outlets. More outlets would have been nice. Breakfast is served every day in the breakfast area on the ground floor. Croissants, filled croissants, pullman loaf slices, scrambled eggs, sausages, potato salad, cabbage/lettuce salad are currently on the menu. It's ample and filling until your next meal in Tokyo. A decent breakfast. Housekeeping for the room was daily and well done. All in all, a great choice for your next trip to Tokyo. I would stay again. Highly recommended. Service is great.
