The room is spacious even we stay for 2 pax. There is sofa in the room and working table and chair. The bed is comfortable. The design of washroom is also special, haha, with 100% transparent glass between bathroom and room 🙃 the convenient shop is just at the opposite, good location!

It was our first time staying at Premiere Pekanbaru, the room was a bit lack of lighting but beside that everything was satisfying, from the time we check-in until check-out, the staffs were all nice, friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the bathroom was pretty good. Toilet wasn’t pretty accessible to kids around 3-6 years old who can already potty on their own because it’s using bidet instead of jet spray, and using bidet is uncomfortable and lots of hassle for kids. We visited the Swimming pool but we noticed that it was very dirty, I don’t know maybe because it was night already? Breakfast was pretty good and delicious, lots of varieties we can choose. Location is good so it’s easy for us to order things via online 👍🏻 overall it was a satisfactory. Thanks premiere, we will come back to stay again next time. Ps : thanks for the thoughtful thing to do like providing small playground area for the kids 😄

This is the second time I stayed here, but turned out bad experience. I was impressed when I was staying here first time at 2016. Clean hotel, nice breakfast, comfy room, and they had Enoki restaurant which served delicious unagi sushi. The second stay experience on February 2023 is the opposite of the first one. I got room with no bathroom doormat, in the shower tube the shower faucet was rusty and there was big crack on the floor, it was dangerous because there was only dim lighting in the bathroom. Next, the breakfast. Need a lot improvement. Please provide premium bread and individual butter, not a can of margarine. The bread toaster didn't give enough heat to toast the bread properly. Bakso was the only one tasted good. I stayed here for 3 nights, means I had 3 breakfast times. The last, the main problem. Now they have club at the ground floor, but my room at the 5th floor is not sound proof at all. When the party goers having their peak dancing time in the mid night, the sound reachs my room during my sleep time. I couldn't sleep for two nights in my business trip. Plus their pillow were too small for a hotel grade pillow, and also deflated. This hotel really need serious improvement to compete with other hotels in the city.

I like this hotel starting from its friendly service, clean and elegant rooms, the lounge with the pool is especially cool, I like to spend time with my family to stay at this hotel especially on weekends. The price is still affordable. Being the advantage of this hotel I like to order the grand deluxe room because apart from the room, there's a huge sofa that makes men move, which is okay.

So far, this is the most comfortable hotel I've ever been to in February. The breakfast is delicious, lots of food menus to choose from, no matter what you're confused about what to eat, hehe. complete with swimming pool and fitness gym. double thumbs up for the prince. :)

It realy pleasure for long stay at The Zuri Pekanbaru. Every friday we got friday refreshment day from TZPku management, our favorite is Kacang Pukul, typical snack from Pekanbaru so yummy, TZPku staff are kind and helpful. Mba Rika...ma new friend since me already a month in TZPku thank you so much for talking to me taking good care of me with this and that, cleaning staff, FO the one who always received my package on behalf, even the scurity who always opened the door for me..thank you. This is the 2nd times stay at Fox Hotel All facility in the room was good About the cleanliness also okay Bathroom hot water is okay Bed is comfortable and clean For some unfortunately not so good arr 1.Only the park for motorbike is unfortunately not too good for hotel guest 2.First day giving shampoo and conditioner instead of bath gel 3. TV not so smooth the network and chanels not much options

The room was nice and clean. Buffet for breakfast and the food were good and had many choices. Also free entry for gym, sauna and swimming pool if you stay in this hotel. The hotel also offer packages for coffee break and events. The price and services is good.
