The hotel was a great hotel for my daughter, we did not choose it. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. Our superior room had a fantastic view directly across of the royal palace. The bed was comfortable, the room spacious, good amenities, though we did have to request the robes and slippers that had not been placed in the room. All of the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was wonderful, with fresh omelettes etc brought to your table. We did not need to pay to park the car as there was ample free on street parking on the road at the side of the hotel.

Very modern hotel. Very comfortable. And in very good location. We picked it to be able to go to Warner Park, is 15 minutes, it is very easy and comfortable to get from there. Very friendly staff. All was perfect. To repeat.

La idea es buenísima. Tienen una superficie estupenda para hacer un complejo de lujo de verdad. Pero ahora mismo no es así. Las cabañas son grandes pero apestan, apenas tienen luz ( tienen lámparas pero están fundidas), y la limpieza escasea. Hay manchas por suelo, paredes, mamparas...vamos, que no es suciedad de un día. Además, se ve que están muy trotadas y las falta mucho mantenimiento. No hay cobertura en las cabañas y su wifi no funciona. No puedo opinar de la piscina, estaba cerrada. En el restaurante se come muy bien. El personal es muy agradable. La ubicación es muy buena para desconectar y para ir a la warner. Si este no es tu plan, estás vendido.

The hotel is very good, the rooms are impeccable, the staff are very professional, always ready to help, the restaurant and the people who work there are 5 stars, an excellent breakfast, I will be back soon.

Fantastic location for Warner, rooms are clean and well equipped. A little small for 4 people but we hardly spent any time in the room so it was fine. Free parking always an added bonus. Lovely fresh breakfast. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Being right next to the shopping centre was also great as restaurants stay open late so we could eat there after a day in the park. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was good, large and comfortable beds, the couchs were not good, but that's good, the TV is quite big for the hotel category, a nice, and the clean and collected bathroom. The staff were very well and varied, and the staff were very educated, careful and working, from l@s recepcionist@s, through the kitchen staff and ended by the kelis. The hotel is located near the motorway and is quite central, the inconvenience, the parking, which was complicated.
