I had a change in travel plans and had another hotel before I could get my room at the Four Points. I was never so happy that even though I had trudged across the French Quarter and got there just after noon, my room was ready!!! I thought I would have to check my bag until the 4pm checkin time but the front desk professionals understood my plight and I loved my room, especially the location! Bed was amazing, TV as well bottled water in the little frig and such wonderful cleanliness that many other New Orleans hotels do NOT have. Their bedding and towels stink!

The location was perfect, so close to the French Quarter, great food, and the water. Great welcoming service started when we arrived in the rental car. Bell hop was very attentive and full of answers for our questions of the area. We visited the pool and it was nicely arranged with several seating options. We did not order food but it was available along with your choice of beverage. Service at the pool was very friendly. We were also visited at our room asking if we need any water, room service, or anything else. We did use the concierge for dinner suggestions, and the food was great! The Windsor
Court Hotel does offer a few restaurant choices however being in New Orleans for one night we wanted to experience its culture.

Good location, just on the French street, 5 minutes walk from each red store. The hotel is beautiful and the small indoor garden is perfect for afternoon tea. The local Jumbo soup is also available for free at the hotel lobby, similar to the black pepper seafood soup, which tastes good. At the time of check-in, the front desk asked me if I would upgrade the room type, I agreed, but the upgraded room was charge100 knife in the club room, but the room was small, only half a window, so I decided to change back to the original garden interior room, I think The room is bigger and more comfortable.

Needless to say, the location and service of the hotel, I really like the fragrance in the lobby. It is very comfortable when I enter the hotel. It is so cool to go to the swimming pool at night to charter. There are always police cars at the door of the hotel, I feel safe, mainly because I didn’t dare to walk out at night. I went to a restaurant for 7 minutes on the first night. There was a smell of cannabis all the way. There were tramps everywhere on the road, which scared us to death. Decisively choose to eat at the hotel the next night.

We had a wonderful experience. We only did a 1 night stay to attend a wedding reception. The location is within walking distance of Cathedral, Cafe Du Mone and Bourbon Street.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The interior of the room was ok. You can eat breakfast quite a bit. The surrounding area is very convenient. I think that it is a good hotel among the surrounding hotels.

Great value for money, much better than staying on Bourbon Street. The rooms are spacious, and it's right across the street from the casino. There are three hotels connected to the casino, and this one requires crossing the road; there's another, better option located upstairs. The breakfast restaurant was good, but unfortunately, all three of us experienced some stomach issues afterward.

I think you were at home and comfortable. It was completely different from the image, and it was a beautiful town. I got the impression that it was a reliable hotel.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hôtel Peter and Paul in New Orleans and overall, it was a delightful experience. The interior of the hotel exudes a captivating charm, blending historic architecture with modern comfort seamlessly. The attention to detail in the design adds a unique touch to the ambiance.
The service at Hôtel Peter and Paul was exceptional, with a staff that was attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether it was providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any concerns, the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident.
While the overall experience was positive, I did encounter a minor hiccup with the housekeeping service. It wasn't as thorough as I would have expected, and some details were overlooked. However, this didn't overshadow the other positive aspects of the stay.
In conclusion, Hôtel Peter and Paul offers a charming and unique retreat in the heart of New Orleans. The impressive interior and outstanding service make it a memorable choice for those seeking a distinctive and comfortable stay in this vibrant city.

Advantages: The hotel converted as a Catholic church is very distinctive, the bar and restaurant style is obvious, the environment and staff are very elegant; the location is good, in a quiet and elegant neighborhood, there are very local bars on the main street, not far from the French Quarter.
Disadvantages: The room I assigned was too small, and the space felt that there was actually a gap with the picture; the dining experience in the restaurant was not the most pleasant. I waited for the service at the door. The result was that I received the answer ”can i help you?” As a curious tourist, I was a little uncomfortable. Then the table assignment also made me uncomfortable, I was led to the kitchen table next to the entrance, but there was a better table for me, and I sat down in a quiet place at my request.

Great location at the garden district. Easy access to the tram ride.
Staffs were friendly. If you like the old new orleans flares this would be the perfect hotel for you
We had the suite. Beds were very comfortable. Extra living room was perfect.
Don't miss out on their amazing rooftop bar view.
However the hotel needs some remodeling.
Carpet is old, bathroom outlet isn't working. Bathroom overall needs update. Needs more light fixture. 1 elevator is not operating. Another one was down for half a day.

Clean, very clean, bed sheets and mattresses are very comfortable, the hotel is not big, cost-effective, parking spaces near the road are pretty good, no need for valet parking

The hotel is very special, the surrounding environment is beautiful, the tram stop is at the door, the traffic is very convenient, the American breakfast can also eat boiled eggs is not easy, the only fly in the ointment is that there is no laundry room, you must find a self-service laundry around

The Hotel is beautiful the restraints were a complex JOKE, the food was horrible, extremely overcharged for terrible tasting food. We couldn’t be more disappointed in a Hight Class Hotel having such low class restraints affiliated on there premises. We will never book a reservation with you again. Shame on you!!! BOOO,
