Outstanding! So far the best hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Breakfast is well prepared with decent variety of food. The dining area view is superb. The room is very well maintained and housekeeping is well done. The mattress quality was great and no backache after waking up 👍 The staff are very polite and always greeted guest with warm welcome. The service is excellent. Definitely will come again and again.

So far the best customer service I’ve experienced in a KL hotel. Concierge and reception particularly were just exceptional. Wet Bar, Woodbar and Willow staff were equally fantastic. The food at Willow and Wet Bar were excellent and Woodbar had Ramadan food which looked very nice. Gym and pool had good views and well laid out. I will definitely be returning. Brenna at reception, you made me feel like a well loved guest. In addition the location was great.

This place is one the place the place to go to when in KL because of its close proximity to Bt Bintang and yet being private enough from the busy streets giving you peace and quiet. The breakfast here is scrumptious with local and international food being presented. The room is to die for cause its super huge and comfy! It really feels like home.I will definitely stays here again for sure just for the room n some privacy.And don’t expect a nice view cos’ its located amongst other hotels and apartments.

We came to EQ Kuala Lumpa for our honeymoon. The room looked great and was very big, we had an amazing view and you could even see the Petronas towers peeking out from the bed. Unfortunately we were let down because on the first night of arrival, after a lengthy flight, we got into bed and found blood stains on the duvet and bed cover. We were highly disappointed to see this at such a prestigious hotel. They did come and fix this the same night, and the following day they provided a plate of fruit as an apology but still disappointed given it was our honeymoon. I think we are the exception rather than the rule in terms of coming across this issue. In terms of location, I felt like it was TOO central, right along a major high street, however you are close to EVERYTHING. The hotel itself is used a lot by corporate businesses so expect a lot of business events during your stay (we stayed in December so probably the busiest then)
