This place is amazing. We got in late due to a malfunctioning GPS. Daniella and Valentina were awesome, and let us in after hours. The rooms are well appointed and good sized. The grounds are meticulous and we enjoyed the flamingos. Two pools, plenty of places to sit and have a drink. The restaurant is excellent as well. The bar manager Marco was super nice and helpful. He got us drinks when the bar should have been open, was a fountain of wine info, and just a pleasant person to visit with. Now keep in mind we arrived a few days after the heavy rains and flooding in town and the region. Most reservations were cancelled as they were full. We stayed an extra night here because of it. Overall, a wonderful place to kick back and relax. We will stay again, but for longer than two nights.

Hotel options are somewhat limited in Faenza… Hotel Vittoria is certainly appealing with its eccentric decor! The welcome was friendly, reception area is nicely decorated.. however the bedroom (104) was not overly clean with hairs in the bathroom and paintwork marked everywhere.. the bed linen is poor quality and the room was very very cold also with the air con on highest warm setting not resolving the temperature! The bathroom amenities are lacking (shower/shampoo mix was the only item provided), hairdryer is old (not powerful enough) and should be upgraded. The shower drain is also blocked… no in room kettle (available at reception). No iron/ironing board available which was a big issue for me! Walking through the hotel there is a real chill in the air so bring you coat when going for breakfast as most guests do. Waitress at breakfast was not friendly, provided no service, did not even get a coffee… chewing gum not very professional. She rushed around to clear tables before guests had fully finished. The breakfast buffet is basic - continental spread.. a fresh fruit salad would be nice as fruit not fresh. Lots of room for improvement!

I would give this a hotel a 4-star normally, can't complain about something, the only thing is that I guess the public areas need a bit of renovation. I don't consider myself to be fussy about things though and don't mind about bits and pieces that could be better in my opinion wherever I go. I gave it 5-stars though because: * The room was spatious and renovated * The staff were really friendly If I could give it a 10star I would.. for the restaurant. We ordered at almost 11pm, as soon as we went up to room and I will only say that the food was FANTASTIC by all means. Certainly worth the money! (Could tell from the smell) The next morning a really friendly lady was waiting for us in the breakfast room (one of the best breakfast I've ever had in a hotel). Thank you all! We hope to visit again!

The quilt in the hotel room is a single sheet + blanket. It is estimated that the Chinese are not used to it. The breakfast is relatively simple. There is a medium-sized supermarket nearby, which is convenient for shopping. The surrounding environment is also good and quiet.

Sono stata ospite del Tati Hotel dal 16/1 al 27/1. Non proprio una vacanza, perchè ero di supporto a mio marito, paziente del vicino Maria Cecilia Hospital. Tutto lo staff (particolare menzione alla Sig.ra Bruna) è stato sempre super disponibile dandomi il massimo supporto. La mia camera era ampia, e anche le Sig.re delle pulizie sono state super gentili, permettendomi di lavorare in smart working e riassettando la mia camera solo durante le mie brevi uscite per andare in visita a mio marito. Il periodo è stato duro e difficile ma il Tati Hotel lo ha reso più semplice vista la grande empatia dimostrata. Grazie a tutti voi!

Ho soggiornato all' Ala d'oro 2 notti ed è stata nuovamente una splendida esperienza. Il livello è sempre alto! Materassi super comodi, camera pulita e ordinata, le lenzuola sono stirate meglio di quelle di casa! Abbiamo utilizzato i servizi della colazione e della cena , tutto molto curato e di ottima qualità. Una cosa che abbiamo apprezzato è lo staff, sempre cordiale e disponibile per ogni esigenza! grazie a tutti
