This is an iconic hotel that is in the prime location. I had the best Palm Beach experience! I highly recommend the Colony and their signature restaurant Swiftys. The rooms are adorable and the bar scene is fabulous! I love the Pop up shops as well!

Good location. We used the lounge well during our stay. The employees were well trained and comfortable.

I have some nice things to say about this resort but there is room for improvement. The property is well maintained and we were happy with our 2 bed, 2 bath unit with an ocean view villa. Daily activities were fun and enjoyable. The live music was great and added to the vacation vibe. Restaurant food was prepared well and there were several choices. I especially enjoyed the Mediterranean Salad. It would have been nice if there were more umbrellas at the pool and new deck areas. Also a few dining tables with some shade next to the pool would be a nice addition. The pools aren't very large and can get crowded. Luckily we were there during a non-peak time. Parking can be a challenge inside the parking garage and the parking spots are very small. Two levels are reserved for staff. We had a problem with getting the correct amount of resort credits with the concierge staff, which I have mentioned in my Marriott survey for management to address, but it was an major inconvenience with several conversations to get the situation resolved and it affected our impression of this resort. The area off property is a bit sketchy especially if you want to drive to the downtown area. We drove about 10-15 minutes to the Publix in Palm Beach Gardens because the closest one didn't look inviting.

Wow! What a nice surprise. In town for a celebration and randomly picked this place from my AMEX hotels. Pros: 1. HUGE Rooms: it’s really a condo with the largest shower room I’ve seen. I can fit 12 people in the shower and throw a football. 2. Nice kitchen with a nice sized island 3. Beach and pool were clean 4. Drinks are well priced Cons: 1. Away from other shops/downtown: Yes but is that really a con or a plus? I loved it that it was away. I wish they installed a cell phone jammer and my life would be complete . 2. Parking: Limited especially if you come later at night. But the front desk was nice and asked me to park in the employee lot for the night. Def coming back.

I was concerned with all reviews but decided to chance it since we wanted to stay on the beach in that location. We were in town for event so we spent a lot of time off site. We always found parking. Start off to say we knew it was vacation club which is different than a Marriott resort. There is tiki pool bar but no full service restaurant. But the Tiki bar has enough options for lunch and drinks. There is no room service or housekeeping. However they will bring you what you need if you ask. Be patient the staff works hard to serve everyone. “This is more bring food and make it at Resort.” We enjoyed our studio room. I am pretty sure they just had painted it. It worked for us. We stayed in Corbia building which was perfect. We had pool outside our building and easy access to the beach. The room has kitchenette including toaster, microwave, coffee maker. A fridge that was bigger than mini fridge. There was couch. But my favorite spot was patio. We swam at the pool closest to our building and always found a chair. We tried the main pool but couldn’t find chairs and kids were screaming all over so wanted to stay at one closest to us. So many activities for kids to do each day. They have list and lots going on. Each day there are specials at Tiki Bar but they do run out. There is area that has miniature golf course, corn hole, and shuffle board to play. Beach- two entrances and both have broken entry ways and broken showers. So needs to be fixed. I’m sure from storms but easy fix. Chair rentals is from 3rd party service $60 day or $100/two day. There is some sea**** on beach but that is from all the storms. The water is pretty and temperature was nice. We saw lots of families and it was busy time. For eating bring food to eat at hotel. There are few restaurants around but not many. They have grill area we saw guests using. I would come back as family with no doubt. My only feedback is they need more towels. They were always out quickly.

I booked the following room type: Guest room, 1 King, Sofa bed, Oceanfront, Balcony thinking we would be oceanfront however beware that oceanfront does not mean seeing the ocean. We arrived around 7 pm tired from driving to find our room located in the Dolphin building. The view was of the pavilion and pool bar rooftops with a parking lot to the right. We would have been ok with at least seeing a portion of the ocean but the rooftops? Upon calling the front desk I was handed over to the manager when asking for another room. I was told by the manager that they were fully booked and could not move us to another room. And that they are a low-lying property and not all oceanfront rooms can view the ocean. I explained to the manager that in my opinion, their marketing was misleading and if there were no other rooms could they provide a discount I was told Marriott does not give discounts. After ending the call, I went on the website to see if I could book a room that night, and sure enough, it showed availability. I called the front desk and asked to speak to the manager. I was then told that she could move me to another building, sailfish but the view would be of the pool. The manager did kindly text me a pic of the view and I said we would like to move to that room, at least we didn't have to look at rooftops. The room was a bit smaller and we could see the ocean just over the vegetation it was quieter in this area, didn't see the parking lot. There were other hotels that had availability but did not have an oceanfront room available so I paid an extra $150 for this property, it was our 25th wedding anniversary when booking, thought it would be worth the extra cost. We do visit this area for work and play periodically, sadly we will not book with this property again. I'm thankful we were moved to another room however the manager should be honest about availability from the beginning. Marriott should consider renaming the room type as it is not oceanfront. In my line of work, if we market a property as oceanfront it better be oceanfront or else we could be sued or worse yet be *****ped of a license. I'm pretty sure this method of marketing is not legal in the state of FL for property managers as well, and this facility is a vacation club facility. They are pushing the limits here.

Property is very nice and close to restaurants...within a little walk and the area is very safe and quiet. Nice pool area although pool bar wasn't open so couldn't enjoy drinks by the pool. Views from balcony were amazing when we were in the 2 bedroom Room 601 we could see the ocean and the canal so the best of both worlds. View from 1 bedroom 916 was overlooking the pool and it too was equally pretty. Each unit has a full kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit. The only downfall to Room 916 is it is apparently privately owned and when we arrived the washer was broken. I contacted the front desk and they let me know to contact the owner. I did and they apparently knew about it but didn't let me know even though they texted me to give me the wifi password. This was only a let down as we are scuba divers and needed to wash towels for our blue heron bridge dive the following day. Parking is only valet and $35 a night, nice bakery/coffee shop on site with a boutique and upscale restaurant in resort. Staff are extremely helpful and make sure to accommodate anytime they can. Highly recommend this is resort just wish this was a way to know if the room you are booking is privately owned or resort owned in case you have an issue. Spa on site lols amazing and they even have a blow out salon!! Optional daily resort fee to include beach chairs and other amenities if you choose.

My BFF and I had a 2 bedroom condo st the Singer Island Marriott. We booked a intercoastal view with a wrap around balcony We were on 14 floor with an amazing view not only of intercoastal but to our surprise the ocean. The entire staff from check in, especially Hanks( not correct spelling) to restaurant, the Valet guys, Bellmen, pool service were all exceptional. The entire hotel was very clean. Our room was perfect, both bedrooms had a king bed, separate bathroom, tv, night stands and closet. A kitchenette, full refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, stove top and microwave. A washer/dryer in unit and a relaxing seating area with sofa, two chairs, round coffee table and tv. Two pools, one by ocean and the other had a waterfall and slide I highly recommend the Singer Island Marriott. The only thing I wish was an option is the daily resort fee. Two chairs, umbrella and two bottles of water. The chairs and umbrella are for the ocean/beach area which we never used. We used both pools each day instead, but that was our choice.

The hotel can use some maintenance upgrades. Has the benefit of an airport shuttle which was nice. But I did notice a few things that can use attention. The staff is always nice here; After all, with 80 degree weather in early January, there's not much to complain about in the dead of winter. The gardens are not much to admire. restaurants and entertainment in the city. In fact, one can safely walk to this place or take the shuttle from the hotel.

Great location, very close to downtown within waking distance. Each encounter with employee was pleasant. Look forward to the next stay.
