Due to overbooking, several of our group's pre-made bookings were shifted, causing significant inconvenience and disrupting our plans. Confirmed reservations should mean exactly that — confirmed. Overbooking is a poor business practice that shows a lack of respect for guests who plan ahead. Management needs to address this issue before it damages their reputation further.

A beautiful hospitality host, but at the same time without excessive impulse, for introverts it is an unconditional plus. Excellent location - in Medina, but very close to the parking or gate, so long with suitcases won't have to be confused. There is an elevator in the Riyadh! It is just 10⭐️ at once. In the room, an authentic furniture, closer to the antique. This unique style is a full dive into culture. In the bathroom, good pressure and water temperature are important for Medina. Excellent full breakfasts, enough to eat deliciously. And terrace! Such views at dawn that you won't need any viewing. A perfect place in the walking availability from all the main sights. The huge patio and garden are wonderful with lots of space - nice change from riads and medinas. Rooms are very small for a 5* in modern part of Morocco. Closest 5* to the medina/downtown. Breakfast was too expensive at twеnty fivе еuro each and wasn’t really 5*.

酒店很漂亮 作為riad 設定還是很現代化的 房間裏給提供了歡迎點心 reception也很熱情 位置很好 離烏達雅堡和老城比較近 很滿意 美中不足的是比較小 沒有院子 泳池在樓頂，不如其他城市能找到的riad有漂亮的花園和泳池，但這是從rabat酒店列表裡找到的最喜歡的一個 .

The courtyard hotel is beautifully decorated and modern, the environment is elegant and quiet, the service attitude is warm, considerate, breakfast 🥣 is also rich, and more eggs are added, every time I come back, there is Moroccan mint tea 🍵, I feel at home. Really good, stayed for two nights, came by fun, and returned with satisfaction.

I stayed expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately my stay was disappointing in several aspects. The furniture and overall room condition felt outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, especially the bed sheets, which did not appear clean upon arrival.. Breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were very average and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel presenting itself as luxury  What surprised me most was that the hotel seemed more focused on management presence, security teams, and formalities than on improving the actual guest experience and comfort. Overall, I did not feel this hotel delivers the standard or value of a true 5-star property, and I would personally not choose to stay here agai

This hotel was unexpeted, great location easy to walk to Agdal and alot to do there. the hotel facilities sare nice and clean. the pool is so nice and the staff are very helpful. it was a bit expensive to stay in there but due to the brand and the location i think the pricewas fair. i highly recommend
