The hotel is stylish and the staff is friendly. Room hygiene is excellent. The highlight is that the size of the twin beds is more comfortable, which makes me comfortable given that the beds at the Four Seasons Hotel Lisbon are small size single beds in Europe. But the breakfast was not good, and the overall price/performance ratio was not as good as Wyndham, which stayed a week later.

Quiet, beautiful and pleasant Vila ... Pools with good atmosphere, excellent

An amazing 1 week stay at the Quinta do Marco. This beautiful villa style hotel is located in the midst of an orange/lemon grove (amazing scent at this time of the year) surrounded by lush, mature fruit trees and garden. Our room was large, light, clean and airy with a balcony with an amazing view of the surrounding areas. Breakfast choices was adequate, freshly baked bread, fruits, eggs cooked to our preference were available, thanks Manuela! Staff were very nice and hospitable, shoutout to Sofia, Thiago, Pedro who all provided us with great service. There's a heated pool and spa although we didn't use these. Sufficient parking spaces available on site. As an additional bonus, there's a small holding of donkeys, chickens, geese, sheep and peacocks within the hotel grounds

Lovely hotel, with staff that really go out of their way to make your stay special. Free shuttle to beach but remember to book and then we got the ferry back. It was my husbands birthday and they had left a bottle of bubbly on ice and a room with a partial Sea view. The bed was super comfy. The room very clean. Nice hotel decor. The roof top terrace was a must and we used this for drinks before we went out and then for breakfast the following morning which was great. The views are lovely. Hotel is perfectly positioned for restaurants and shops. We used the pool on the roof top terrace and had no problem getting a sunbed. Towels you could either ask for at reception if you needed to take to beach or a towel rack was by the pool (small pool). The lovely reception staff then arranged for our transfer back to airport. Which arrived promptly and was 5 star. Thank you Hotel Faro we will be back!

The AP Eva Senses hotel was easily accessible from the airport on the local bus (16). Conveniently placed near the marina/harbour, its centrally located to local cafes, a mcdonalds and a convenience store. The hotel itself has a large entrance hall with self-check-in available to guests. You’ll also find a bar and restaurant on the ground floor. I was assigned to a twin room which was a decent size offering a private shower room and balcony. Unfortunately I discovered multiple cleaning issues which I raised with reception – this included a cigarette filled ashtray, used glasses, stained bedsheets, dusty lampshades and towel rail, however they assisted me promptly and re-allocated me to another room which was a welcomed improvement. Although a 3-star hotel, I did expect the cleaning levels to be slightly better than my experience, but the staff were very helpful with addressing my concerns. Dinner at the Eva restaurant was warm and pleasant, the staff were very attentive, and the food was prepared and served within good time. The continental breakfast was pleasant with pastries, deli meats, fresh fruit, tea and juices. The view from the rooftop was amazing! As a solo traveller, I felt safe and accommodated. Cleanliness was a let-down but my interaction with the staff was positive.
