Spent three days at the Vibe. Could not have been happier with the place. The room was large and bright new and spotlessly clean. The bed very comfortable slept well every night. The work station desk and chair better than most work stations in hotels, it was just more comfortable than most to sit and work on computer at. Being able to use pass card to go from car park straight to room floor was great no trekking past reception. Parking is undercover and behind a secure roller door and costs $15 a night which is great value and safe. To access the parking area you need to use a pass card in the elevator or at the roller door. Reception was great. I like the sit down and book in. The check in is run by the hotel manager who is always present or very near by. The managers are great people friendly, polite and accessible, and full of knowledge on the surrounding restaurants. On places to eat the hotels own restaurant is great place to visit. Prices on par with neighboring eateries and the quality of the food we could not fault. The wait staff were magnificent friendly and helpful. We visited during Perths lock down so masks worn by staff. Being a bit deaf really do use lip reading a fair bit. Our lovely waitress JOSIE took the extra time to write out the answers to our questions. So a big thank you to her for her effort and time doing so. The restaurant is on the top floor and has an open air part where it is lovely to sit in the evening breeze and enjoy the view. Granted its a view of roof tops and the city but we found it a pleasant spot to just sit an have a leisurely drink. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants of every style and type so there is no shortage of other venues to have a meal with in easy walking distance only 5 mins or less. The waffle shop would only be a minutes walk away. The train station is also just a few minutes walk away and takes you into Perth city proper and the coast at Fremantle. And the TV has the ability for your mobile device to cast to it. So take your favorite show or movies with you. We will be staying here again in the future when we have reasons to go to the city.

The location is perfect, walking distance to Target, Cole’s, Woolworths and a lot of restaurants and bars. Staff is very friendly and flexible, allowed us to check in earlier so we are able to catch a rest. The room is very spacious, 2 queen size bed with one extra bed still feeling spacious. The only improvement needed is on the housekeeping, no vacuum was done daily and one of the day the trash was not even cleared. Other than that all is good.

Staff all great and rooms of high standard. Shame the offer for $20 breakfast was not every day. Bad luck the day we chose it was not available. Hotel in great location and rooms clean. Stayed on 23rd floor with great views

Imagine our surprise at arriving from a three hour flight at midnight to be told that our wheelchair accessible room was not available. We had booked this room and paid a deposit three months before and re confirmed multiple times including the day before.our arrival. As a person with MS I need a wheelchair accessible accommodation with roll in shower And grab rails on the toilet. I needed to go to the toilet and was told to use the toilet on the second level. The hotel offered to find us another hotel, but this is not what we wanted. We stayed in a hotel room for the first night that was not accessible, and was very uncomfortable and dangerous. The hotel moved us to an accessible room, the next day, and paid for our room the night before. We didn’t want the hotel to pay for our room We were grateful for them, offering us a meal s well We just wanted what we had booked.. The accessible room on the second night whilst being wheelchair accessible overlooked a black concrete wall. Why is it that disabled rooms are next to lift wells, overlook Carparks Or on service, arrivals or garbage delivery. Can you imagine the next guest being told that they couldn’t have a shower or go to the toilet?

The river view room can see the city from a distance. The hotel is newly renovated. It can be seen that the room design is relatively sophisticated and the materials are very good. The thick doors, copper-looking hardware, and Japanese tea sets and tableware. Although the room is not It's quite big, but it's equipped with storage shelves, so the space seems to be ample. The waiters and front desk are friendly and considerate. Overall, it's good. It's very cost-effective in Perth. Disadvantages: The sink is too small, and you have to wash your face next to the faucet; the corridor is open-plan, and the wind was particularly strong one night, and it was difficult to sleep with the door blowing all night long; there are not many choices for breakfast and the quality of the food needs to be improved.

The environment is very good, very close to the university. Kings Park is a bit far to walk, but the scenery along the way is very good and worth a walk. The facilities and services are also good, but the windows are closed and the road noise is too loud...

The hotel is in a great location with ocean views, close to the city, shops and restaurant. The staff is extraordinary friendly and helpful, however, the hotel could do with a bit of a face-lift, a bit worn and I wrongly assumed it would provide basic facilities such as a toothbrush. The restaurant staff was equally friendly and breakfast was great and ample, but dinner was a bit of a disaster, could not eat the pork belly, it was one greasy lump, very disappointing. The pool was fantastic, quite unusual and beautifully lit at night, 5 stars. I was shocked by the state of the gym that used to be efficiently equipped and clean in the past. The equipment is at least 20 years old now, rusty and noisy.

This hotel should be better than it is due to what seems like a staff shortage. The beds and the room was fine but a minimum of staff was evident so service struggled. If the intention is to economise then they will not survive. I was instructed to leave the car in the adjacent carpark and was left to struggle with our luggage to the hotel where we loaded our own carriage to take to our room, all this in clear view of other staff. Where was the concierge. We had a drink at the quite busy bar and while waiting for service, we could clearly see that there was no concierge on duty. The carriage we used was left in the hall way until we checked out. Now, if you like Indian food you'll love this place. Trouble is if you don't, go elsewhere. I think a restaurant should be more flexible with their menu.

WOW! We stayed at 3 different places in Perth and 1 place in Busselton. This place was up there in the top 3 hotels we have ever stayed! Quiet, luxurious, very friendly service, daily housekeeping, speedy lifts, super easy valet parking, great location and all for an incredible price. Cannot speak highly enough of the 3 nights we stayed here except - wish it was longer.

Check in was quick and easier, you do have to pay 100 dollars a night for security which is a bit annoying but it is what it is, you can use for to pay hotel services which a reduce at the moment so not alot you can use it for, you can pay via cash, debit or credit card i suggest cash or debit card that way you get it back right away We stayed in the deluxe premier room which was amazing with it king size bed and over sized pilows which both very comfortable, the room has nice and long curtains and blind behind them wich help block out most the sunlight except for the end where it doesn't quiet reach the wall properly near the bed. The a small window which can be opened to let some air in the room wich is nice. The bathroom is a great size with plenty of room to move around. With the bath been the highlight. Nice and deep enough to fit a couple for them movie style romantic couple baths 😄. The bath has a wooden plank sitting across it for the glass if wine or food if you wish. Aslo has little bath bomb which was a nice treat. Shower was good except couldn't figure how to change it from rain shower to the the hand held one 🤷‍♂️. The room is provided with T2 teas and drip filter coffee sachets and two bottles of complimentary water which is not common in alot of hotels. Didn't use room services as they have removed this service and are using the tavern restaurant menu instead with limited hours. We ate at the Ramen place which is now in my top in Ramen places in Perth with Nao make up the other. The Ramen was a thicker style broth but was full of flavour and come with complimentary hard boil eggs We couldn't use the roof top bar as it only open on Fridays at the moment which was disappointing only found out cause I overheard another patrons being told it would of been nice to see it be put on the hotel website so people know before hand All in all a great place to stay will stay again

There are a lot of street parking available outside the hotel. The room is comfortable and bed is super comfortable as well. Clean and new. Will come back and stay again as the price is also reasonable.

Great location - close enough to the centre of Northbridge (about 5-10min walk) but away enough for a quiet night's sleep. Check-in and check-out was simple and brief. Reception staff were efficient and friendly. We stayed in a Deluxe King room with a spa. Room was spacious and clean (bed linen had some small black stains but that didn't bother us). Loved that the window opened for fresh air. Shower was over spa which was fine for us (if you have mobility issues I wouldn't recommend this room type). Toilet pipe was leaking which kept leaving a pool of water on the floor. Reception was great with handling this though - they said they'd get someone to look at it and offered to move us to another room. Breakfast was confusing - it was supposed to be included in our stay, but when we went down to the restaurant we found it was closed (due to COVID I believe, which is understandable). On our way down we noticed people receiving room service. This breakfast service wasn't explained to us upon check-in so we felt we missed out in this regard. Thankfully the cafes in central Northbridge were only a short walk away! All in all it was a great stay that certainly didn't break the bank. Would happily stay here again - just remember to ask about breakfast at check-in!

Great location, front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious, a little dated but clean. Breakfast was a lovely surprise also. Definitely recommend as close to Northbridge night life pubs and restaurants.

Stayed at Four points as it is directly across the road from the RAC arena as I was going to a show. The staff are all so friendly from arrival to departure. The room was very clean and comfortable. The all you can eat breakfast catered for anything you might want. It didn't matter who I spoke to everyone was there to help. I would definitely stay there again and recommend them.

Would definitely want to stay again. The hotel room has almost everything I needed. Would be a bonus if microwave was more easily accessible. Staffs were friendly too.

We upgraded to an executive room, which was very comfortable. We could not get near enough to the hotel on arrival to park and check in. There is a small very narrow lane way that runs from Wellington St to Murray St with no indication of which way the traffic flows. We parked up eventually on Murray St in a multi storey and fortunately our one suit case was easily wheeled the 100 metres or so to the hotel. The hotel info was all available on the room tv screen. I checked breakfast times and saw it was served up to 10-30 am on a weekend. Next morning we arrived at breakfast at 9-45 am. The waiter looked somewhat taken aback. There was only enough orange juice for 1 person, the tank on the tea maker was dry, there was no butter or bacon. The water tank was refilled, butter produced. The chef lifted the lid of the scrambled eggs and they looked disgusting. I asked the waiter if we could have a fried egg. He had to go find the chef. He cooked the eggs, burnt on the bottom runny white on the top. My breakfast at a cost of $30 consisted of one slice of toast 3 mushrooms, half a scoop of congealed baked beans and half of a very sad looking tomato, plus the delicious burnt egg, one cup of black tea. I heard the waiter and chef grumbling together about breakfast times and their attitude prevented me from complaining and asking for fresh food. It transpired that breakfast time had been changed to finish at 10am. The receptionist enlightened me as we checked out next day. There was still a sign on reception saying that breakfast on a weekend lasted until 10 -30am. Needless to say we breakfasted elsewhere next day. It's a soul less hotel, with about as much vibe as a grave yard. We used the fantastic bar of the new Novotel directly behind Rydges. I also found we could have stayed there at a cheaper rate! Will not be returning.

We wanted to try out some restaurants and bars in this part of the city so took advantage of the location of this hotel. The size and finish of the rooms was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed our view to the north from a high floor and would be happy to stay again. Our room was very quiet.
