The K Tower is a Tower inside the Lucerna Hotel. Lucerna Hotel is great, but the K tower is luxury. Easy fast check in. Bell man was very attentive and on top of it. He offered us drinks as we were checking in and helped us to our room.Then he gave us a tour of the rooftop. We thought it looked so cool we ended up staying up there from 4pm- 8pm just eating sushi, taking tequilla shots, drinking beer and lastly wine to watch the sunset. The service at this rooftop restaurant was so great and the food is very well done. It was delicious. The rooftop feels modern, luxurious, hip and new. In the morning we had the breakfast in the lobby where the bar is and enjoyed chilaquiles , pancakes, green juice and fresh coconut water. Its great place for young adults that enjoy luxury. The room is large and spacious. I love that they have a modern big screen tv with netflix and cable. The bed and sheets were amazing. It got pretty loud at night while I was sleeping with the partiers. So if you need complete silence you may not want to book here. It was okay for me but some people need complete silence. The service was wonderful. Everyone had great attitudes and there to please. I would definatley recommend it

Near the airport, the surrounding traffic is convenient, all are good hotels, the service is OK.

Breakfast included, fruit diced, toast, scrambled eggs, milk, usually vegetable soup, or hairy soup, or beef soup. The lobby is equivalent to a bar and restaurant and has a gym.

Traveling with my service dog, and this lovely hotel was one of a few that accepted dogs. There was some confusion when dinning at their restaurants as I was not allowed in/or on the patio with my animal. The food and beverage boss was kind enough to accommodate me at the tables by the pool…near the patio area to the restaurant. He checked on me multiple times to ensure I was “todo bien” and it was perfect! I would highly recommend this hotel for solo female travelers with a certified service animal. Be prepared to show documentation of the certification along with immunizations. I always travel with those, so no problema! Muchas Gracias Amigos! Hasta Luego!! Oh bartenders were awesome! All staff was really. And the margaritas…muy buen!!

Although breakfast is included, it costs nearly $30 for two people. interesting. As long as you eat in the cafeteria, you have to attach it. I don't understand how the Mexicans counted. The breakfast included in the hotel is only 2 slices of bread, coffee and fruit.

Quarantined right now after visiting this hotel. I’m vaccinated,but my kid is not. I was in room #34* (June 2021) 1. Bed had an underwear lying around. So this place was not well kept by the housekeeping. Bed sheets were not washed , looks like. Unfortunately I saw this only in the morning after waking up from the bed. ( I was very tired and slept late due to my travel from SD to Tijuana whole afternoon and then visiting Revolucion Ave. ) 2. Bathtub was clogged and was getting filled with water and soap while taking shower. 3. Phone to reach front desk was not working. They sent a Technician at 10.30PM — NO MASK. I asked him to leave immediately since I have a kid, who is not vaccinated (not eligible). 4. Internet signal was poor. As an international traveler, I was cut off totally. My Sprint network was 3G and was very slow for anything. Laptop internet was non-functional. Manager was rude - wearing a red flashy shirt, small stature, he would not answer anything and tried delegating to the “subordinates”. He would keep walking off while answering. When asked for an alternate room - “no room , sorry. “ and walked off. When I pleaded and ‘begged’ due to family - with a very stern look - “no room “. Next morning I mentioned about all the issues. His reply - “ You email him” (handed an card), and walked away. Photo of the card is attached. :) Front desk guy who was very humble and helpful. He gave me a breakfast voucher. :(But when I went and presented that - guys at kitchen said that I need to pay for the breakfast. I was losing patience and felt i will burst out on these simple folks and walked off. One more regret is that I did not Tip the people who carried my luggage. I was angry on management but showed it on these simple people who had nothing to do with the red-tape guys. God Bless.
