The unit's furniture looks new and comfortable. It is well maintained and looks like the published pictures. It is located at a neighbourhood area and hence it is quiet at night.The friday pasar malam is near the accommodation. However, the quality of the pillows can be improved and will be good if detergent can be provided. No wifi information was provided, but not a big issue. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

The price is cheap, the service staff are friendly, they can communicate in English, the rooms are small, this place in Malaysia is very poor, and the surroundings are like rural areas, but there are places to eat and shops. It is close to the outlets for grab 9 MYR and closer to the airport.

2 night stayed in this hotel, quite old hotel but well maintained, the staffs were friendly, room cleanliness was good and comfortable. The location is just nice, very close to my favorite eatery such as Nasi Lemak Wak Kentut, 21 Corner cafe, Hakka Leicha and etc.

The location is secluded and peaceful. The building, rooms and grounds are a little old and crumbly but clean and green. The sounds of nature are amazing and awesome. We were prepared for simple meals without much of a choice, having read reviews and understanding that the location has a part to play. However, we did not expect the food to be bad. What made it worse was that when we gave feedback on my brother’s dish, which was especially hard, the server said he would talk to the chef, then came back with the receipt saying it is what we ordered. It was also interesting that when we were still hanging around after dinner, we indicated to the server (who was attentive) that we were done and that he could clear the dishes, sensing that he wanted to. He offered the information that yes the chef wants to go home! There are no telephones in the room. The TV turned on by itself 3 times at night, disrupting our sleep. Basically you are on your own if you need assistance at night. The nice part of this stay is the horse riding stables. We had a nice chat with the very friendly trainer the next morning and had fun playing with the horses. If you want to try horse riding, the fees are additional. All in all, I can’t rate this accom highly as we did not get proper rest (good, uninterrupted sleep is a basic expectation), food was not good with no accessible options, and service was nonchalant; almost laughable. Not worth what we paid. However the place has a lovely proposition with its serenity and horses - I hope it does better.

The hotels location is convenient, it is next to KFC and there is a groceries shop nearby. The staff are polite and always do their best in giving their services. The breakfast has not many varieties but very delicious. The Christmas decoration of hotel is awesome. But the mattress in the room is quite hard, not to my liking. The hotel is quite old already, the carpet in the room is old and dirty. The hotel management has to consider to plan a renovation to upgrade the hotel. This hotel is suitable for travellers from Senai airport who want to have a better overnight stay than staying in a budget hotel, but it is not suitable for those who want to enjoy a luxurious hotel experience.
