I had an excellent stay at Impiana Hotel Senai. The cleanliness was outstanding, the location was very convenient, and the service from the staff was professional and welcoming. The amenities provided were also impressive and well maintained, making my stay very comfortable. Overall, it is a great hotel for business travellers and I would highly recommend it.

1. The hotel is well-equipped with a swimming pool, gym, kids' club, bar, meeting rooms, and a restaurant. 2. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. 3. The location isn't ideal; we had to make a long U-turn every time we drove out. 4. My only complaints are that the air conditioning temperature couldn't be adjusted, and the swimming pool faces a cemetery.

1. It’s a good hotel to stay however their room is not new, nor any form of refurbishment was done, so it is a bit old. 2. However they have bathtub to relax and cool down after long day. 3. Bed are comfortable enough. Since we always stay here, we always requested the same room for convenience. 4. The best thing is they have laundry so we can wash our clothes during the stay here. 5. However don’t expect so much on their breakfast and coffee.

For around 200rm a night, I get a decent room with a king bed, nice view, hot shower and a decent buffet breakfast for 2. They have a gym, pool and facilities like the bowling, squash, table tennis etc. Location is a bit far from everywhere but easy to go around johor with Grab. Nothing to complain about. I WILL stay again no doubt.

No toothbrush or mineral water inside the room.. And air-conditioning without remote control. Hard to adjust the temperature.. The towel is not nice... Even the blankets is also a bit thin... Anyway the place is very clean.. And make the price not so expensive for twin beds...

The room is old, the door is difficult to open and close, and the WIFI signal is very bad. But the front desk service is very good, friendly communication
