Location is the right spot on the beach. Clean rooms. Very welcoming staff. Specially ms. Krishna. She was very forthcoming, gave us all the details and all the briefing. Breakfast was very good spread. Hotel restaurant was on level 5, giving amazing sea view while you enjoy the breakfast. We didn't eat dinner or lunch here. RecommendedSOLD OUT

The location is good and the hotel is just fine. Need some renovation around the path leading to beach. ***y opt for this location for ease of access to beaches, if that is not maintained it will lead to disappointment.
The SPA is not per the expectation and the maintenance of the spa is very bad. Food is above average. The buffet breakfast is fine but lacks variety for those staying longer. Overall it was a good experience. The attender at the pool Mr. Babu is very good, he should be awarded for his fine service. Locating the hotel and the check in experience was pretty smooth.
Rooms- We had the sea facing rooms which was an amazing experience. The room was adjacent to the pool and had an amazing view overall. Basic amenities and fridge were present. TV was not there.
The adjacency of the property to the North Cliff beach is the highlight. The steps to the beach were right in front of the property which was the very reason why we booked this resort.

Self, wife and one year old kid had a two day stay. It was an ethereal experience mainly because of the ambience and the location of the resort which was right on the beach. The staff were friendly and very helpful (even with requirements of the baby. The food is homely and sea food is fresh. Travel facilities like rickshaw and taxi are booked by the staff. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible homestay, and i can't recommend it enough! from the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel like part of the family. The space itself was immaculate, with every detail thoughtfully considered to ensure ultimate comfort. The room was spacious, with a cozy bed, soft linens, and plenty of natural light, creating a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The homestay's location was ideal, offering a serene environment while still being conveniently close to local attractions and shops. we had booked the ground floor room but due to rain there were too many mosquitoes. After complaining the host was kind enough to shift us to the 2nd floor room. The room has all the amenities, if you are looking for a long stay. As it is an apartment it doesn't have a restaurant/cafe and there is none nearby. Very good location, only 5 mins away from the main cliff. Clean rooms, and bathroom was decently maintained. There are not a lot of amenities considering that it's a homestay, so bring those items with you. But basic soap and shampoo was available. A kettle was there ***** with tea bags, etc. Breakfast was fine, for the price we paid. The caretaker jishu was available throughout our stay for any help. Extra bed was not available, but an extra mattress was given upon request. Don't expect an exquisite customer service because there are no trained hotel staff here. Only one caretaker is available for the full property. The main usp has to the proximity to the beach.SOLD OUT

The SPA is not per the expectation and the maintenance of the spa is very bad. Food is above average. The buffet breakfast is fine but lacks variety for those staying longer. Overall it was a good experience. The attender at the pool Mr. Babu is very good, he should be awarded for his fine service. Overall the hotel staff are polite and well ***nered and hear to our concerns.
