The SPA is not per the expectation and the maintenance of the spa is very bad. Food is above average. The buffet breakfast is fine but lacks variety for those staying longer. Overall it was a good experience. The attender at the pool Mr. Babu is very good, he should be awarded for his fine service. Self, wife and one year old kid had a two day stay. It was an ethereal experience mainly because of the ambience and the location of the resort which was right on the beach. The staff were friendly and very helpful (even with requirements of the baby. The food is homely and sea food is fresh. Travel facilities like rickshaw and taxi are booked by the staff. we had booked the ground floor room but due to rain there were too many mosquitoes. After complaining the host was kind enough to shift us to the 2nd floor room. The room has all the amenities, if you are looking for a long stay. As it is an apartment it doesn't have a restaurant/cafe and there is none nearby. The hotel is new and clean. There is no point in posting photos, because all the photos on tripcom are true. All the furniture is new and in excellent condition. Air conditioners, fans - everything works. There is also hot water, you need to wait a little until it drains. There is a refrigerator (new, odorless), an electric kettle, a TV (we did not turn it on, we do not know if it works or not). Soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, shampoo are provided upon check-in. All this in small format. The service in the hotel is no worse than in Europe. They helped with any issue that arose. We have not seen such an attitude towards tourists for a long time. We have been traveling around Asia for 8 years, we have something to compare with. This hotel is the best of those we have been to. It is far from the beaches. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the nearest beach. But if you take a moped, there should be no problems. The hotel has a parking lot. And 24-hour security. We arrived at the hotel very early, check-in was done without extra charge for early check-in. Breakfast: vegetarian buffet. Our rating for the hotel and its staff is 10 out of 10!

The SPA is not per the expectation and the maintenance of the spa is very bad. Food is above average. The buffet breakfast is fine but lacks variety for those staying longer. Overall it was a good experience. The attender at the pool Mr. Babu is very good, he should be awarded for his fine service. Overall the hotel staff are polite and well ***nered and hear to our concerns.

Pool was very well maintained and staffs were very friendly and good supported with all the things like towels and umbrella. We order some starters, instructed to make it spicy and as we expected starters was so spicy and delicious dragon chicken, egg chilly and chilly chicken they cooked very well and served near pool though it was raining staffs are very good enough to serve all the foods near pool as per our requirements. Starting from Manager Vinu till house keeping all are so good. No one expect single pie from anyone if you like to pay tips there is a tips box u can put it. Coming to breakfast they hve good varieties and loved breakfast to and ordered biryani and fish for dinner everything was delicious over all I stayed 2 nights worth for money, stay everting. The black sand beach is 5 min walk away.
Initially felt suffocated & washroom/toilet was smelling bad, but apart from that everything was good.

Location is the right spot on the beach. Clean rooms. Very welcoming staff. Specially ms. Krishna. She was very forthcoming, gave us all the details and all the briefing. Breakfast was very good spread. Hotel restaurant was on level 5, giving amazing sea view while you enjoy the breakfast. We didn't eat dinner or lunch here. Recommended

Homestay was good. Nice clean rooms, good staffs. Very close to cliff and beach
some problem occurred during check out regarding room availability and light was out for 30 min, which they repaired.
