Srushti Farms Resort

1. Room Conditions: - The Super Deluxe Room was damaged by broken lights, badly damaged floor tiles, and a leaky bathroom. - Even after requesting a change, a hidden door in subsequent rooms felt unsafe and also had similar issues. - Our room lock is busted, and we asked the ***ager to fix it, but he's been ignoring us. We tried to sort it ourselves, but he hasn't shown up or bothered to check on it. The ***agement at Srushti Farm isn't on top of things, and for safety reasons, especially for women, it's not a place you want to be. 2. Hygiene and Safety Concerns: A leakage stain and broken fixtures could be seen in the bathrooms due to poor maintenance. Security concerns arose from the hidden door in one room, especially for women. 3. Food Experience: I and a friend fell sick with upset stomachs after eating unhygienic food at the buffet A Sprite bottle that costs 60 rupees was overcharged, which was felt to be unfair. 4. Recreational Facilities: - Swimming pool and rain dance were enjoyable, but slides were not well maintained. - Limited pool hours till 6 pm restricted evening activities for guests. 5. Property Maintenance: It was difficult to see at night due to broken lights throughout the property. Overall, the farm required proper upkeep and maintenance, which negatively impacted the overall experience. 6. Conclusion: The overall experience at Srushti Farms was disappointing as the rooms were dirty, hygiene was poor, safety concerns existed, and maintenance was substandard. While there were some recreational aspects that were enjoyable, they were overshadowed by the overall disappointing experience.

Don't do Shrushti Farm online booking. Confirmed is not guaranteed. When I made the booking myself 2 months before, even after making advance payment, when I went to the resort, I found that there is no record of my booking at that place. The resort was already booked for a wedding. They told me that my advance payment will be refunded. It has been 2 months and still no cash refund.

Do read this before planning your stay. I regret to share that my recent stay at Srushti Farms was one of the worst experiences I've encountered. The poor service and the deplorable condition of the property left me thoroughly dissatisfied. From broken cupboards and room walls with significant cracks to non-functional AC and a lack of hooks for clothes, the room conditions were unacceptable. The presence of dirty fungus on pillows, a non-wall-mounted television, and the absence of Wi-Fi services only added to the disappointment. The indoor game room was poorly maintained, featuring broken table tennis bats, an inoperable billiards table, and limited equipment for other games. Despite the request for Badminton or cricket equipment, the reception claimed everything was broken, and no effort was made to provide alternatives. Additionally, restrictions on playing cricket after 6 pm due to lack of lights further da****ed the experience. Attempts to address issues with the reception, such as requesting a clothes drying stand, were met with unresponsiveness. Plastic chairs were eventually provided, showcasing a lack of concern for guest comfort. The poorly built bathroom with water logging added another layer of discomfort. Furthermore, the misleading menu, promising a non-vegetarian starter but delivering boiled chicken, ***** with the absence of any starters at night, highlighted a significant lapse in service quality. The receptionist's rudeness and insistence on charging deposits for sports kits in poor condition further contributed to the overall negative impression. In conclusion, my stay at Srushti Farms was a regrettable experience, and I strongly advise others to reconsider choosing this resort for their accommodation needs.

Had great fun there. There is great place to visit had lot of fun. Great place to enjoy. Get all stress away. Rooms are nice and atmosphere and nature is beautiful we enjoyed a lot. Live orchestra DJ is best part of it. Great food and great breakfasts and dinner as well. Nice arrangement of everything. Staff is very friendly and overall very nice experience.

Poor quality room in name of suite, they call them 3 star property and don't know what a suite is. Be ready for ants insects spider web dust mosquitoes, flush not working, smelly room n toilets, kid area broken, swimming pool dirty, your kid can get hurt.lunch and breakfast pathetic, dinner was good. High charges , took 12k for 2 of us and we couldn't stay only bcoz of poor quality room

Best place to hangout with family and friends. Yummy Food and nice place to spend quality time. Enjoyed stargazing experience. Enjoyed Swimming pool and water slides Very hygienic place and clean place 👌

Pathetic service, non working conditions of amenities inside the room. The ***agement is so poor that they don’t even recharge the DTH for guest they do it on daily basis, i have found frogs inside my room that means they don’t even pest control their premises regularly. Toilet’s ventilation windows glass were broke, and it was risky that any one could see you from outside. I genuinely don’t recommend this place. Very poor hospitality

Had visited this facility with my spouse and daughter last weekend. They don't do any website selling but rather depend on other portals for all the bookings. That's where the issue is. The person while trying to sell it explains that you ha e this facilty and swimming pool a d boating (at additional cost) etc etc. But fails to mention that this camping is done far from the lake/river. It's actually done in a garden area of this resort where in there are resort guests also enjoying their day. Point is, they could ha e just been clear that this camping is in a different location that camps are usually in. Had a bad experience with an individual known as Bindresh. I even called him and expressed my disappotment. In return he said that if you check the voucher it's mentioned that it's a poolside camping and so on and so on. Suggest the property owners to be careful of such people who spoil the name of the facility. I decided not to wait back after all the replies that I received. Instead, i booked another facility and shifted there with my family. Terrible experience

Sharing our horrible experience :- 1. It was the worst & horrible stay ever in our whole traveling life as we keep on go for outing every other week. 2. Attitude of the reception team at the time of arrival was very rude and non-cooperative. 3. Food Quality - The Worst quality I had ever had in any resort. 4. Co-ordination between sales team and Site Team was very poor due which we had to waste our whole day arguing with the Site Team and due to which we have to pay Rs. 6000 extra. 5. Overall hygiene was very much poor. 6. Swimming Pool is not cleaned and is not maintained properly. The water is smelly We wasted Rs. 12000/- to visit such PATHETIC PLACE & PATHETIC STAFF at Shrushti Farms. I will not recommend visiting this Shrushti Farms, Vashind for anyone.
