Al Diar Mina Hotel

Great value for money stay near the city. The room was clean, with strong water pressure and good amenities. Would highly recommend for anyone needing to be near the center. The greenery around the property is awesome, and the staff is well-trained. Hospitality is at its peak—one of the best places for families and couples.

The hotel is in a decent location, convenient enough for getting around the city. The staff were particularly helpful — they explained where I could get a bus card and kindly arranged a taxi to the airport for me. The room amenities were satisfactory: there was a fridge, kettle, tea and coffee provided, as well as shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. However, no toothbrush or toothpaste was supplied, so you may want to bring your own. Breakfast was somewhat inconsistent. On the first day it was fine, but on the second day the options were limited mainly to fried, pre-packaged items (nuggets, hash browns, meat rings, but no fried eggs, for one). Overall, a reasonable stay with friendly service, though breakfast could be improved.

This is one of the most unusual hotels I have ever stayed at. It is extremely old and it’s situated between newer hotels which makes it look even more old. The location is a little awkward because it is far from all the tourist areas and if you plan on taking the bus then you have to walk for about 10-15 minutes to a bus stop which can be annoying in the heat. The room was large and clean but a lot of the amenities were missing and I had to request them. Also, the balcony, which looks nice, is inaccessible because it has the AC unit. There are multiple “nightclubs” in the hotel which are open until 4AM and play loud music which I could hear in my room on the 9th floor. Also, the nightclubs are a little sketchy and super awkward but they seem safe. The breakfast is not great, in fact, it’s probably one of the worst breakfasts I have ever had at any hotel. I would recommend eating at nearby restaurants, which are much better. Despite saying all of this, the staff are extremely nice, friendly, and supportive.

the lights super dim, maybe make it a bit brighter or add more light. food so so but its fine worth the payment i paid. staff very helpful.

This hotel is extremely shady. It has multiple nightclubs that play very loud music until around 3.30 am, making it impossible to rest. They also rent rooms on an hourly basis. To make matters worse, the reception staff mistakenly allotted us a room that was already occupied. When we opened the door, there were two people inside. The room itself was in poor condition. The bedsheets looked used, and the carpets and bathrooms were dirty. With the nonstop loud music continuing till early morning, sleeping was out of the question. Definitely not recommended for families. Food is bad.

Staff is really caprative

The location is good, near the Corniche area. There are quite a few bars inside the hotel. Breakfast is basic. But overall value for money. Only problem I had is the A/C makes noises at the whole night. Need fix it.

Nice hotel for its price for 1 night stay. Location is quite close to Louvre, which was my point of interest in Abu Dhabi. Though it's far from airport & Grand Mosque (1 h by bus). There is a supermarket nearby. My room was quite spacious, but windows dirty & impossible to open (only air conditioning to cool down the room), also very strange window in the bathroom with pigeon (see photo)) but overall clean (except the curtains and hole on the blacket). Fridge & teapot working, though a bit old. Shower gel, etc provided. Hot water without problems. I had breakfast, there were omlette, vegetables, fruit, desserts, smth fried - ok to eat & go. Quick wifi. But it seems like there is a nightclub in the hotel, I heard a bit of music late at night & sound of the road in front (though my room was on 11 floor). I was very tired so it didn't stop me from sleeping well)
