It is a very budget hotel, the rooms are in good condition very clean the place, recommended for a weekend in Acapulco, has a very nice pool and is close to the beach. The people are very attentive and respect your stay in the place.

Estuvimos en Enero de 2022 y con muy mala suerte: El hotel es deficiente en TODO: La luz de la habitación era menor a la de la linterna del celular. El agua caliente de la ducha NUNCA FUNCIONÓ, a pesar de los constantes reclamos al conserje que nos decía que el hombre de "mantenimiento" lo iba a solucionar, (jamás vino). No hay servicia de desayuno. y el wi-fi NO llegaba a la habitación. Los dos, (2) pedidos de que nos despertaran a tal hora el día siguiente jamás lo leyeron teniéndolos a la VISTA e la conserjería. Muy sucio todo en general. La única ventaja que tiene es que está a una cuadra d la Avda Alemán y frente a la Terminal de Ómnibus Estrella de Oro...todo lo demás es un miseria espantosa...¡...NO VAYAN...!!!... Mejor que se dediquen a vender TACOS...

Tuve una muy mala experiencia con los encargados, me indicaron donde estacionar el auto, y resulta que se lo llevo la grúa, cuando fui por mi auto, resulta que los policías se encuentran de acuerdo con los encargados para llev**** los autos, y los únicos que salen perdiendo somos los huéspedes.

Es peesimo, no tiene estacionamiento, ellos te dicen donde estacionarlo y resulta que llega la grúa y se lo lleva, cuando llegas por tu auto al corralon resulta que tienes suerte porque no lo han ingresado al sistema y te lo puedes llevar sin tanto papeleo por una cuantiosa cantidad, obviamente están coludido los de las grúas con los del hotel, me queje y me quitaron el agua, el gerente nunca apareció y los de tránsito llegaron a amenazarnos para defender a la de recepcion. Horrible experiencia y eran mis vacaciones 🙄

El hotel en malas condiciones, el personal da información errónea de todo y no saben asesorar, son groseros y en general está sucio. No cuenta con estacionamiento el hotel y ni siquiera saben decirte dónde estacionarte. No me gustó nadita!
