We had a very nice stay. Good service, nice breakfast, very clean. Staff extremely friendly. We highly recommend this hotel well located!.Ask a room with view on the mountain .We did not use the spa but it he swimming pool is of decent size. Also nearly no cars around a very peaceful place

Good hotel, excellent service, no complaints. The only thing not entirely clear is the participation of the hotel in the Accor loyalty program. After staying at Panorama, there are no changes in the member's balance in the "reward points" and "status points" sections. Perhaps this is due to the sanctions, I do not know. There was the same question about the Moscow Mercure at the beginning of August. But it seems to me that the client should be warned about this before booking. But in general everything is fine, thank you.

The hotel is located at 960m at 10min from the cable car n There is a ski rental inside the hotel. Check in was smooth and our room was already ready 3 hours before official check in time. The room was spacious and comfortable. We booked room with mountain view which did not disappoint, very nice to wake up with blue sky and white mountains. We did take away at restaurant Roma which was tasty. European vaccination certificate (Pfizer) was accepted for check-in, as well at all restaurants in Krasnaya Polyana Room for improvement: you are required to take and wear a mask when entering breakfast (the hotel staff says to you to take a mask and wear it when entering breakfast). Reality is that all (Russian) guests immediately take it off or put it under the chin. The hotel staff is doing nothing… it’s kind of nonsense rule, all gusts have to take a mask when entering but that’s it… Secondly, there is a sauna and steambath which were very busy but especially crowded with loud children. Not a relaxing atmosphere but the hotel mentioned us that they are a family hotel… just that you know Overall highly recommended and I would come here again!

Отдыхали перед новым годом, атмосфера просто волшебная. Каждый день в зимней сказке! Очень удобное расположение, вышел и сразу подъем на трассы, не надо никуда ехать. Вид из номера на все вершины открывается, покоряет конечно невероятно

Добрый день! Отдыхали в Панораме с 12.02 по 18.02. Это был уже 5й или даже 6й раз, когда я останавливался в этом отеле. Это было лучшее место на КП до текущего года. Что стало не так: 1. Потрепанность отеля. Нужно все-таки делать косметический ремонт. Стоимость отеля не бюджетная, а состояние дефолтное. 2. Уборка. Не убирались в номере совсем. 3 дня никто не приходил, хотя табличку оставляли, пока не позвонили и не попросили убраться в номере. 3. Как уже писал выше, останавливался не в первый раз, но всё ещё спрашивают отдыхал ли я ранее в отеле. Можно уже наверное поставить отметку, что это постоянный клиент. Но вместо этого, не то чтобы upgrade номера, но даже раннее заселение не предложили. Большое спасибо ребятам, кто работает на кухне к ним претензий нет, все молодцы. Вывод такой, что больше в этом отеле не останемся!

Были здесь по работе. Для нас было организовано полное питание, вечерние фуршеты. Плюс отеля, что есть бассейн, сауна. Еда была хорошая, полноценная. Не хватало только ягод в разгар сезона, хотя все фрукты были в разных вариациях (нас возили в другой отель на мероприятие, так там была клубника). Также интересно организованный детский стол, откуда могут детки брать еду себе.

Были в отеле с 09.12.23 по 11.12.23. Приехали из другого города заселяться , забронировали и оплатили за три месяца вперед , не имели при себе паспорта по личным обстоятельствам , но имели водительские удостоверения , удостоверения сотрудников мвд, а также могли предоставить справки, заверенные мвд , подтверждающие личность , а также подтвержденную биометрию на госуслугах - в итоге не заселили , тыкали своими правилами, прописанными на сайте, деньги не вернули , пришлось 10 часов потратить в чужом городе , чтобы привезти паспорта. Со справками с мвд людям билеты на самолеты и поезда продают, но отель заселять не захотел, хотя мы обещали через два дня донести паспорта , когда нам их привезут. В номере паутина с потолка свисает, ржавый полотенце-сушитель в ванной , пропаленные шторы, номер бронировали за три месяца вперед , а дали номер с видом на асфальт , просто смотришь в окно, видишь асфальт и можно его потрогать рукой , так как у окон цокольное расположение, а напротив другое здание.
