閑德酒店在阿爾山興安服務區入口路邊，好評是給前台的李女士和王經理，他們熱情真誠，令人暖心！酒店是自家燒鍋爐，地暖供暖，目前，可能控制了地暖温度，防止顧客受冷，床上還配了電熱毯，王經理熱情幫旅客早早插上電熱毯，遇到問題及時幫我們處理，因此，在他們遇到問題時，我們也配合解決了！酒店有自己的餐館，提供免費早餐，7：30準時開餐！酒店門口停車場也蠻大。缺點是酒店衞生間設計不合理，洗澡水會返流到房間，另外地漏返味也需處理，特別是電熱毯插頭接線，有點老舊該換了，以防漏電！

房間很棒 乾淨整潔沒有異味 還有電褥子 老闆娘特別熱情好客。而且我們五個人就含兩個早餐 免費給我們升級五個早餐 天特別冷還能吃個熱乎早飯 特別值得推薦

我衹能説阿爾山景區的整體配套都太拉垮了，平均農家樂水平。不是説農家樂多不好，以前去過其他景區，比如哈爾濱雪村和雪鄉的農家樂雖然樸實但也温暖整潔。但阿爾山景區實在一言難盡，我還選了家外觀看起來最大氣有兩層樓的，房間也大，就是一進去就看到地上、窗台上都有死蒼蠅……另外我9月底去的，沒有暖氣衹有電熱毯，效果不大，非旺季一到晚上伸手不見五指，感覺整個景區民宿都沒營業似的很可怕，而且早上起來還遇到停水停電……算了，第二天直接逃去了阿爾山市區，住得舒服。阿爾山景區還是好好維護一下餐飲住宿配套吧，真是對不起景區的美景。
