我訂的阿爾山六幅人家度假灑店，兩張1.5米三人間，由於昨天晚上下雨到店很晚，告訴我沒有房間了，老闆説她們家還有三家酒店，我想都是一家人開的也無所謂，過去告訴我就一間房子，而不是兩張雙人床的房間，房間無法行容，請問老闆娘你這樣掙錢對的起自己良心嗎！人在做，天在看！當時帶小孩天冷，颳大風！無奈一家穿着衣服躺一夜，最可氣和一位冋住吉達灑店的客人聊天人家訂房170元，你良心讓狗了！美的阿爾山最糟糕一次定！在這裡在次感謝白玉蘭店灑所以服務員！熱情，服務員！向大家推薦白玉蘭灑店！感謝興城白玉蘭灑店所有工作人員！

衞生馬馬虎虎，到處有死蒼蠅蟲子屍體，位置還算不錯，距離天池服務區很近，步行即可，安全問題，有待解決，門要麼上鎖了，你出不來，要不不能上鎖，或者門把手一碰就掉，暖氣有的房間有有的房間沒有，10月1來暖氣也不怎麼熱，但是外面很冷，沒有任何的一次性物品，什麼牙膏牙刷，你就自己帶吧，沒有吹風機的
