Place is beautiful. Service staff is amazing. Pool service, drinks and breakfast great. Love the location has two great restaurants nearby walking distance. Rooms are clean and cozy. Has a bus stop right in front if you decide not to rent a car. I highly recommend renting car, has lots of space to park car right in front.

That's one of my bucket list ticked off! I didn't get my little table by the gently lapping waves and unfortunately the hotel itself no longer bares any resemblance to the famous 'Shirley Valentine' hotel, but it is still a stunning, modern hotel in great location. High luxury, stunning pool and views. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Very clean everywhere. Our room was poolside with it's own little terrace. Loved everything about this hotel and will definitely stay again when in Mykonos.

Second visit to this hotel, but having rated 5 last year, dropped to 3 this year. (Not sure why all trip advisor reviews prior to this summer have disappeared!?) We booked 2 superior sea view rooms (one for me self and husband and one for our son) based on our previous experience at this hotel. I emailed the hotel in advance and requested the rooms close yo each other if possible and on the higher floors as we knew these had the best views across the pool towards the sea. To our knowledge all these superior sea view rooms are bright and spacious with views over the pool towards the sea. Unfortunately when we arrived late in the evening we were led down the steps to our rooms below the pool area (ie the lowest possible area of the hotel). These rooms were previously the standard room category and because they had been refurbished were now classed as superior sea view. They are nicely furnished with a lovely terrace looking out to sea, but smaller and darker than the previous room we had stayed in and the Wi-Fi didn’t work in one of the rooms (124). I did tell the lady at reception that we were disappointed with our rooms and that I had made the booking for 2 Superior sea view rooms based on our previous experience. She said that the rooms we were given had been refurbished and were now classified as superior rooms and there was no way we could be moved as the hotel was full. I was made to feel that we had inconvenienced them by requesting 2 rooms close to each other. On our 3rd day the air con stopped functioning; having reported this late in the evening we were told someone would sort it out the following day. No-one came. After 2 days without air con they finally found the air con unit was faulty and offered to move us to a sea view suite with jacuzzi for our last 2 nights. This was a beautiful large, bright room with fully functioning air con but the jacuzzi had no water in it! The breakfast was not as good as we remembered from last year and on some mornings the selection was not as wide on the hot breakfast. The menu for lunch is good, but there was a really long wait (even the waiter apologized for the delay). The music around the pool was really relaxing in the morning but by mid afternoon it was almost deafening club music. We did hear one couple complain and asked for the music to be turned down or changed to something else which they did. Staff around pool/breakfast area were always smiling, friendly and welcoming. On a positive note, the beds are really comfortable both in the room and around the pool. The cleaners do a great job of cleaning the rooms and public areas are very clean. The location, just a few steps from Agios Ioannis beach is superb and with a bus stop directly outside there is easy access into Mykonos town just 10 mins away for just €1.80. (Taxis are very expensive…€40 one way to airport..15 mins journey). We will probably return to Mykonos and would definitely stay in Agios Ioannis in the future, but sorry to say we w

After island hopping we decided to splash out on the accommodation for the last night and we’re glad we did. The pool is the stunning feature of this hotel, glass façade with sunbeds floating in the water making it easy for you to dip your toe Unlike most other hotels in the middle of summer there was no fight for a sunbed and it never felt crowded. The pure white exterior and minimal interior decorating added to this hotel’s luxe feel. Upon opening the door to our room we were greeted with one of the best balcony’s and views I have ever experienced. Extended views of the blue sea and bijou seating to enjoy it from. It’s the added extras such as “romantic” lighting and a separate toilet to shower/wash area that make the difference here. Breakfast was buffet style but belied the style and class of the hotel. Very mediocre. Lunch more than made up for it (great burgers and platters) Port is 20mins away and it’s best to organise a taxi from the hotel. The island has limited taxi’s so most of the hotels hire private drivers. Airport is only 10mins away but the taxi price is still €35-40 There is a bus stop outside the hotel which takes you directly into the Old Town in 10mins. The beach is local, stoney and not easy to get into the water. There is a lifeguard and a floating deck to help.

Hotel clean and in nice position over looking the sea. Pool area ruled by a group of inattentive, surly young waiters - who also have control of the music, and questionable taste given the dated Ibiza clubbing tracks (also played far too loud to create any form of atmosphere).

We stayed a couple of nights in this hotel. The room was large and comfortably furnished. The balcony with the sea view was fantastic. To our surprise the WC also had a faucet which is so important to us Indians !! The swimming pool was very nice. The poolside bar was also very good. We got walnuts and cookies with the coffee we ordered. Breakfast was served at the poolside bar. The spread was quite adequate if not lavish. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel did not provide tea/coffee in the room. When we spoke to the Reception, they gave us a kettle, and a bottle of water, but no tea or coffee !! We were told to contact the pool bar, but they do not provide that service. Also, the hotel did not provide complimentary drinking water bottles in the room. The hotel did not have a proper restaurant. We were referred to Pili Beach Restaurant on the beachside. They gave us a complimentary glass of wine, but otherwise was very expensive. The food also wasn’t great, and we didn’t go back there. Fortunately there were a few good restaurants not far from the hotel. As a beach hotel, the biggest drawback was that the hotel did not provide sun loungers by the beach. The sun loungers were owned by the two beachside restaurants who charged an exorbitant sum of 50 euros!!! Quite disappointing.

Lovely hotel and room. Went to celebrate a friend, however in the room there was no water , yes water which was a necessity and we asked for water only to be told at the end water was €10. Come on , no kettle or tea in room the least the room can provide is WATER because the rooms are NOT CHEAP.

This hotel is a dream come true! Everything from the location, location and cleanliness to the best part of this hotel - the staff was exceptional and exceeded my very high expectations. Want to thank all of the staff members, but especially Kostas, for providing an amazing experience which neither I nor my partner will forget for the rest of our lives! You guys are the best. Thanks again.

Very beautiful rooms and impressive swimming pool. What I noticed most is the high professionalism of the staff. Everybody, very polite, was ready to assist the client in the best way. I will certainly choose this hotel for another stay.

Customer service was amazing - which was icing on the cake for a truly wonderful hotel! Thoroughly enjoyed every second. One thing I would recommend - a vending machine for access to snacks as room service closes pretty early.

Misleading pictures on the website led me to book this hotel for my Mykonos trip. I stayed in a „Standard Sea View Room“.. let the pictures speak for themself..unbelievable. The breakfast is a joke, bad quality ingredients, only one coffee machine for all guests which is self service although the staff is around, you have to wait in line like in a hostel to get some coffee. No parasols by the pool, never seen anything like this, how can you not offer parasols? You only get towels in exchange for some „towel cards“ which would make sense if they were super nice but they feel like they are 10 years old. The service by the pool is very choppy, some are really helpful and some are just lazy like the one bartender with prada shades who was just very rude and too cool to work. The pictures on the website also suggest that you have a hotel beach included, which is not the case. It belongs to an external beach bar and charges extra fees. The location is good, close to Oldtown and Ornos. Would not recommend to go there again, spend some extra money and get something decent…350€ a night for hostel feeling not worth it.

No complaints at all. We had a wonderful welcome from the reception staff; fabulous staff at breakfast and at the poolside bar. Great cocktails and a great relaxed atmosphere around the pool. We stayed in a superior sea view room, lots of space, very comfortable bed and soft pillows. Great view across to Delos. Pili restaurant just below the hotel had a delicious menu with very reasonable prices and sunbed sets for €25 (a bargain in Mykonos). Definitely staying here on future visits. Highly recommend to anyone.
