The hockey kids running and screaming in the hallways for 2 days made it a poor experience! The management and staff did nothing to prevent the inconvenience to any of the guests and we heard 10 other guests complaining during breakfast both days. Won’t stay here again

Clean room tv remote is well used and some buttons were hit and miss, tv could use and upgrade, comfortable bed, quiet, close to restaurants

The room was very clean, quiet, lots of towels. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was good as well. No complaints...will definitely stay again.

I would like to share my experience with the manager, Lisa at the Airdrie Comfort Inn and Suites. Her customer service went above and beyond any service we have encountered. When we arrived at the hotel we were told that there were no rooms, it was full. I was on the phone to ******* and Lisa approached me telling me she would get us a room. She was at home on her day off and was working on the hotel computer and saw what was going on. She came to work on a Saturday night and found us a room that had a few maintenance issues, nothing that affected our stay whatsoever!! It’s not very often that someone cares so much about their job and other people. Her exceptional customer service should not go unnoticed!! We were so grateful for what she did for us.
