Check In process was fine. The vending machines have issues, and nothing was posted. For example, one machine the credit card reader was broken, yet no notice was posted. The other vending machine only accepted $1, and again, nothing posted. The hot water barely worked, took a very long time to get warm. Reserved for 2 nights, and on the second day, my room keys were turned off and I had to see the front desk to get them working again. Overall, the experience could have been better.

First of all no hot water in the shower secondly, continental breakfast is supposed to open at six didn’t open until I’m not sure when because it still still wasn’t at 7:20 poor, very poor

It was not a good stay this time. Check in took forerver. The room smelt weird and the ceiling fan in the bathroom was literally falling out of the ceiling

The front desk staff was pleasant & helpful. Was disappointed overall. The Hotel needed to be deep cleaned. During my entire stay my room was not cleaned once, even tho it was stated it would be. Sorry to say will not book this hotel again.

Location was fine and easy to find. Room was dirty stickers from kids were left stuck to the sheets of one of the queen beds I was in. Coins were left on the floor like no one cleaned it. Breakfast was a joke. The only hot item other than the diy waffle station was sausage gravy with hard biscuits. If you’re looking for cheap, mediocre cleanliness, and terrible continental breakfast this is your place.

I stay here frequently. It’s a clean, quiet, moderately-priced alternative to the more expensive chain hotels. Plus, it has a shuttle to the airport and, if it interests you, the nearby ******s. Tip: Pay the extra $5-$7 for a studio room, which are in a wing separate from kids sports teams and ****** fans needing a place to crash.

We stay at this motel often. The staff is always polite. The room is super clean. We did have a loud heater. We told the front desk staff and tgey said they would check into it . The motel is in a great location close to plenty of restaurants and the casinos.

The floors on the first floor were all torn up. There was a horrible stench of pinsol or some other cleaning product. It was overwhelming and we had to open our window. All the ice machines were broke. The fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night. Our toilet in our room ran non stop all night. Just a dirty place and will never stay there again.

Very clean and decent breakfast for this type of hotel. Rooms well appointed. Located off a highway with only fast food nearby. The airport shuttle, which I was counting on, was not functioning when I arrived. The receptionist told me to email my taxi receipt to the management and they would reimburse me. I did so, but after an initial reply no reimbursement has resulted.

The front desk and bar staff are great. Food is good. Some of the cleaning staff should avoid using the F word. Some folks still find it offensive. Airport is just a short walk away or you can take the shuttle.

The room was just what i needed. Basic and clean. A bit on the small size, but i was there to sleep, not to dance around the room. Nice and quiet. Low traffic area makes it easy to get in and out.

The first room we went to had been smoked in. Very strong cigarette smell. Every outside noise came in the room. Old motel. Needs paint and remodeling

Since the website refuses to let me tell everybody exactly what happened and they keep canceling my review, I have to do it in a nutshell. They refuse to cancel my reservation. I've called them numerous times and it have been lied to. This used to be an upstanding hotel and I've stayed there numerous times, I do not know if they were bought out or changed ownership, but it has really gone downhill. It is not about customer service anymore. All it is is about money. I refuse to stay there at this hotel ever again.
