The hotel is very good, but the buffet is not very diverse, everything else is very good, three meals a day. The sea view room has a very beautiful view. It is a good place for vacation, with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea

Our week at this beautiful spa hotel was fabulous. From the reception and guest services staff were very helpful and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The entertainment staff were really good fun and kept us entertained day and night, and treated us as if we were old friends. The waiting staff were all excellent and very friendly, especially Ayten in the main restaurant, she really looked after us. The food was out of this world, the variety was incredible and different every night. How the food was presented was very impressive. Our rooms were clean, modern and spacious and serviced everyday. The spa was also very impressive and had lots to offer. I had a sports massage whilst I was there which was incredible. The outside space and pools is vast and very clean. We also did yoga or Pilates every morning, outside which was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to revisit it.

Beautiful hotel, so much space, modern and amazing food with so many places to eat on site (all inclusive) including its own Patisserie and Starbucks! Lots of bars and some are 24 hr. Branded spirits included too and an extensive cocktail list. The pool scene is excellent with plenty of sunbeds and huge pools with a chilled out vibe. Lots of entertainment and an excellent team including Sunay who spent the time to get to know us. Bonus that this stunning hotel is only 20 minutes away from the airport with shops on our doorstep plus lots of excursions. Love this place ❤️

Visited here for 3 days in May as a couple with an 11 year old boy. Room was lovely however be careful when booking as our room didn’t have a sit on balcony just a door! Pools lovey, food fab on a lunchtime with plenty variety. Pizzas are amazing! Evening food not as good but plenty choice! Entertainment team were great with the darts, boules etc they were all full of fun! Found the spa staff a bit ignorant offered me a free 15 minute massage but once I’d had this they wanted me to book more when i didn’t they were a bit abrupt and wouldn’t speak the next day! Bit full on too when you are around pressuring you! If you have late check out you can use the spa but make sure you keep your beach towel as the spa doesn’t have any for use or toiletries and would entertain me when I asked for them. overall a lovely hotel

A great place for families to go and chill out. The entertainment team were great & keep us busy throughout. Especially Sunay & Suha who were full of enthusiasm, our lad really enjoyed both of them. The Ali Carte restraint is free through the day but you do have to pay on an evening. Excellent burgers.

Amazing hotel entertainment staff are exceptional Sunay Murat and Suha made our holiday made us laugh every da without fail we will be back again in August, good night entertainment and bar and restaurant staff couldn't do enough for us bring plenty of tips

This was the best hotel i have been to in my whole life.The hotel is amazing all around, it is clean,the food is delicious and the staff are lovely.Two staff members that stood out to me were Sunay and Suha they both went out of their way to make everyone welcome.

This hotel is probably one of the best hotels I have been to. The entertainment is amazing all the staff are so kind and get involved with all the games. Especially Sunay,Murat and Suha. The rooms are so clean and the food in the restaurant is amazing.

I just got back from a week-long holiday. The hotel is always very clean, and the rooms are very spacious, which was a big plus for our stay. The food at breakfast and lunchtime is fantastic with loads to choose from. However, the food at dinner becomes a bit boring after a few days. My main negatives are as follows: Lack of Entertainment: There were very few activities during the day, and the night entertainment seemed very short and not exciting. The hotel next door sounded a lot more interesting in terms of activities. Reception Staff: The staff at reception were terrible. During check-in and check-out, we were never informed where any of the facilities were, so we spent the next few days discovering things on our own. When we asked questions, the staff seemed uninterested and unwilling to help. Overall, the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms were great, but the lack of entertainment and poor reception service were disappointing.
