老酒店，設施用品都差。當然一分錢，一分貨。被迎賓館這個名字吸引，以為迎賓館再差也可以，實在太差，有煙味、毛巾舊，乾濕不分。
不推薦。

房間的這個衞生間的花灑下面有頭髮沒有打掃乾淨。早餐呢樣式比較少，不過這個可以理解，但是很奇怪的，就是煎雞蛋幾乎沒有放油，不知道怎麼煎出來，但是炒蔬菜呢，卻放的油過多讓人無法下嚥。

早歺很好，停車場大，賓館大堂大，環境好！房間新裝修，乾淨，攴廳飯菜可口，南北風味都有，地點在市中心，出行十分方便，附近各種歺飲都有，市政府廣場，博物館，文化館都在100內！十分方便！
