Room keys didnt work had to get them reprogrammed. The light didn’t work only 1 lamp out of 5. Upon checking in the attendant didn’t mention that room service was only upon request. There was a sign in the restroom that they provide clean towels and linens daily. We had to requested clean towels and linens but they came when we were sleep which was late. There was no fridge, or soda vending machines. The bed was very comfortable, they had big holes in the middle. They need to replace the mattress.

My bathroom in room 406 was substandard. The bathtub was damaged and the shower curtain hanger is broken. There was a large stain on the floor beneath the sink. The security lock had been ripped off the jamb and replaced, leaving a rather amateurish repair job in its place. All in all I was disappointed in the general feeling of the hotel. I didnt feel that it was La Quinta that I was expecting. It is aging and no one seems to care.

Beware of people talking all night long. Especially if it has a door to next room. I should have contacted the front desk but we were sure they would go to sleep by midnight. But come 4:30am and they were still yapping. Just saying

The staff were very helpful. I had problems with my tv and my heater was extremely noisy so it was difficult to sleep. Surrounding area had large groups of homeless people

Room was nice and clean. Right next to I40 so lots of traffic noise. A gentleman on the elevator let us know we were in a bad part of town and there were many homeless in the area. Staff was friendly and breakfast was adequate. Lady serving the breakfast was very busy keeping things stocked and fresh. I have never stayed at a hotel with no hair dryer but this is the first. Price was reasonable.

The TV was broken and the phone didn’t work. The staff was very nice and helpful with my problems but they weren’t resolved. We didn’t care that much about the TV no refrigerator

The room was comfortable & bed was great. It was a bit old. Check in was pleasant. However, our tv most likely needed a Dish remote which it didn’t have. We could not get any channels. The desk clerk assured us 3 times that help was on the way. No one ever came. It certainly soured our outlook for this place. We did talk to the manager in the morning. Breakfast was very good with scrambled eggs, greasy sausage and good waffles. I'm certain we would not stay here again.

Booked 3 nights. My stay here affected my sleep and work output. Its December and the heater was not working. 2 nights I bundled up but I could not sleep it was so cold! First nigh only a sheet on the bed but thought it would be ok because of the heater, but seems like it was not workinging. I asked the staff in the morning if they cap the heater they said no, that I could turn it up to 78 ot 80, that it was just cold outside. 2nd night I asked for covers. It was still bad. 3rd night I requested maintenance man, seemed furnce was blowing cold air. Staff said they did not know when he would get there, was too busy. Went to lobby to get more covers, and asked for the maintenance person again.
Third night I realized the heater was blowing cold air. Staff misled me. The Maintenace man was very nice. Got me a different room the third night. Staff at la Quinta would not give me any credits or refunds because I booked through *******.
