Booked 3 nights. My stay here affected my sleep and work output. Its December and the heater was not working. 2 nights I bundled up but I could not sleep it was so cold! First nigh only a sheet on the bed but thought it would be ok because of the heater, but seems like it was not workinging. I asked the staff in the morning if they cap the heater they said no, that I could turn it up to 78 ot 80, that it was just cold outside. 2nd night I asked for covers. It was still bad. 3rd night I requested maintenance man, seemed furnce was blowing cold air. Staff said they did not know when he would get there, was too busy. Went to lobby to get more covers, and asked for the maintenance person again.
Third night I realized the heater was blowing cold air. Staff misled me. The Maintenace man was very nice. Got me a different room the third night. Staff at la Quinta would not give me any credits or refunds because I booked through *******.
