One of the reviews prior to my booking described it as quaint. Yes, A little bit of that. All of the staff I encountered (6) were extremely polite and willing to please. A turn off for me was that the facility needs a lot of attention to maintenance. Also the location was not easily found for someone visiting from out of town.

The hotel has a good location. The room is spacious and clean. Check-in at the front desk is very slow. Don't stay in room 332. The window cannot be closed. There is a lot of noise. The breakfast is very simple.

The hotel was clean, the staff very friendly but they kind of need a little more staff because we had so many people in line to check in. Otherwise, all good.

It is so heartwarming to see genuine Customer Care in this day and age. We got to town around noon... 3:00 check in. Took the chance... "Of course you can check in early. We just happen to have a room ready." That doesn't happen everywhere !
During our evening, we noticed the water kept running after a flush. Looking inside, the valve flapper just wasn't seating correctly. I turned off the supply for the night. Couldn't hand loosen it at 6:00am. The young man brought me a pair of pliers within 4 minutes. His boss was there to check the problem, withing the next few.
These little things happen at hotels, old and new. It's the people that solve these problems, with a smile, that make us want to come back.

The staff were amazing!
Although a women came in with an unreasonable request Yelling because she wanted a refund because she could not “See the Room.”
The staff handled it well, and respectfully.
Although it was quite unfortunate they have to go through this, they handled it well and still got me checked in respectfully.

The staff were nice and eager to help. The room was warm and clean. The pool was great size with a great hot tub. I recommend stay for future tenants

I’ve stayed here 3 times in the last year, because it was the in between spot for my destinations. I’ve kept going back because it’s clean snd comfy. Plus my son enjoys their pancakes for breakfast!
