Viva Eden Lago

It is a very nice hotel, nice and helpfull team. Every night there is a disco for kids and then a show for the adults. You can eat at the buffet restaurant or at the 'a la carte' which is very good! We had a big balcony with hottub and it was amazing!!

I stayed at the hotel with my 2 year old daughter. She loved the mini club and pirate mini disco every night. Especially a big thanks to Clara from the mini cub. The hotel was nice and clean, nice and friendly staff in the reception and housekeeping. A good pool, close to a smaller city and the beach. We recommend this place to everybody especially if you're a travelling with kids ( and actually wants vacation as there are a lot activities all day)

Our room was comfortable, with a microwave and kettle, however there were no tea and coffee sachets so we had to buy a jar of coffee and milk from a supermarket. Normally this would be provided in the room. There was no room service on 2 of our 7 day stay, which was apparently the policy, but unusual in a 4* hotel. The selection of food at breakfast was extensive with a good selection of breads, pastries, fruit and cooked breakfast. Dinner had a good choice of meals, but these were kept on a counter under hot lamps, which unfortunately meant the food was usually lukewarm at best. The salad starters and desserts were exceptional though. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with a large pool and plenty of sunbeds, but the outside area is quite enclosed on 3 sides by the building. There was no garden area to wander in. It does hav the advantage of being sited right by the lake, which was scenic. The location is good in that the fabulous beach is only 5 min walk away, and it is possible to walk into Alcudia port in about 40 min. There are not many bars and restaurants in the nearby vicinity, but the bus stop for the bus into Alcudia is only 200 mtrs from the hotel.

The hotel was amazing, couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our week! We ate at the hotel a few times and Kiko was incredible, extremely professional but still made us feel comfortable. The daily activities were so much fun and really broke up for the day for us.

What a miss guided hotel very very enclosed . Its never been a 4 star ever unless folk that reviewed it live in tips . Rooms tiny corridors dirty like a dogs scraped his behind along them with his legs up . Food bland and dull my dog wouldnt eat it . The entertainment would be thrown out of blackpool its that bad . The so called lake is a man made hloe that dirty rivers run into that stinks and riddled wi mozziz . Its so far out af alcudia its area is rundown . If you want a cheap frills break hol this is the place . Its not a four star

Room was lovely- we booked a lake facing one bedroom apar**ent - very clean and housekeeping were great. Just beware that lake facing rooms all also seem to face part of the pools so was a little noisy during the day with kids pool music etc. Breakfast choice was very good and AI lunch was chosen from pool bar menu, evening buffets were fine but we ate out a few times due to lack of options we wanted and one wet lunchtime we were unable to get seated inside so went out for lunch instead. Service was a little slow at times in the bar and restaurant, Adults only bar/ dining areas would have been nice. Just take bite cream and antihistamines.. bitten to bits and saw lots of others with legs covered in bites!

Wonderful location between lake and see The best breakfast buffet I have ever seen in 50 years travelling One source of possible improvement : the quality of the pastry for the dinner desserts… Very large and quiet room Kindness of the employees In conclusion : beautiful holiday at a reasonable price. Really to be advised !

Absolutely fantastic!!!! Our first holiday together as a family and it was perfect. Everything was comfortable and easy. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Great pool with plenty of sun beds…amazing food every day…. top class entertainment-we cannot wait to visit again!

The Third time here. Amazing food, rooms, beds, cleaning and staff. The animation team are so good with both kids and adults, and the waiters are the most polite and proffesional! Kiko has been taking good Care of us again this week! All the best for this hotel and staff. We Will be back again next year
