We are vegatarian and they had worst offering for us. Least options at breakfast and things getting mixed up, staff adamentally non cooperative for our vegetarian need. Please do not stay if you are vegetarian. Overall staff is not supportive.

This is the most satisfying hotel I stayed in Kazakhstan. It was worth the 800+ yuan! The room was super big. Floor-to-ceiling windows, beautiful scenery outside, new facilities, very clean!
Unfortunately, I had to catch a flight very early in the morning, so I didn't have breakfast!

The rooms are arranged in different sizes, and the space is too small. The house is too poor. I communicated with the customer service at that time but there was no result. I don’t recommend choosing it for my next stay.

In general, the hotel itself is not bad enough, the rooms are newly renovated and the equipment in them is normal (everything is there).
Everything else is, of course, quiet horror: upon check-in there was no CARD to open the room! A shame! We were asked if it was possible for you to open the door to your room and leave you until the door without a key, like you won’t go out anywhere? :) THE STAFF IS HORROR!!!
Further, the room had ONE towel, ONE slippers, etc., how is this possible when management sees that the reservation was PAID for TWO???
The staff constantly rides the elevator, it is simply impossible to wait for the elevator in the hotel (we walked!)
In general, there is NO attitude towards the client!
In the end, the most important and terrible thing is, of course, THEFT in the hotel, BOSE headphones were stolen right from the bag with all the adapters, I noticed this already on the plane when I decided to watch a movie, but there were no headphones in the bag!
Breakfast, like the food itself, at the hotel - COMPLETELY SUCKS!
In the end, we simply regretted that we checked in and chose Grand Mildom, no recommendation for future visitors!
