服務太差了 住了好幾次 以前都好好的 因為是新的酒店 我就每次 來了布爾津就選擇這裏 可是這次服務真的讓我無語了 衞生不合格直接就去噁心的一晚上都睡不着，害的我一晚上不敢脱衣服睡 床單床墊上有血 我叫前台過來讓他們處理問題 好像是安保的過來給我送了個床單説讓我墊一下睡 我就不願意讓他進去看怎麼能墊別人的血上睡 也不知道是什麼血 他看了一下把床單床墊拿走了 之後就沒給我送來新床墊 前面送過來的床單也不給我收拾就仍在呢兒走了 氣到我爆炸 本來就很累 遇到這事兒更煩躁了 讓人心裏難受的 衞生服務太差 不推薦

酒店房間好寬敞，乾淨衞生，還為我升級了房型。價格非常優惠，門口停車方便。以後有機會來還會選擇住在這裏。退房後還提供了行李寄存服務。

房間很大，前台給我們免費升級了，所以衞生間也很大。原本是不含早餐的，後來前台小姐姐送了4份早餐，早餐種類還行，服務員大姐很熱情，播放的民族音樂也很好聽。唯一感到氣憤的是前台那個男接待員，從我們辦入住到離店，不管你問什麼，從不正眼看過我們一次，我們諮詢能不能辦兩張房卡，頭都不抬直接拒絕。後來知道這個酒店是私人老闆的，不知道為什麼要招聘這樣的員工
