We had a poolside room, but the pool was not open while we stayed there. We paid for a poolside room when we booked it, but they did adjust the price to a regular room after not having a pool available to us. We thought that was a fair trade.

You have to pay for breakfast but then they run out of everything such as specific food or juice and they don’t make more.

The hotel room itself was very clean and nice. The hallways were gross. Not gonna lie. The pool areas were decent. All in all a fairly good place. But definitely too expensive for the quality. Also I bought a birthday package which included 2 large pizzas and 2, 2liters of soda. There was literally only coke, Diet Coke, and sprite for the options for drinks. Then the pizzas were very small and they only give you only like 5 tiny cups and plates. So bring your own.

This hotel is not well cared for. There is garbage everywhere outside - its obvious there is no outside maintenance or grounds keepers. The inside is not much better. The hallway carpets are disgusting, looks like they have never been cleaned let alone vacuumed. The room was less than mediocre. Sinks didn't drain well. You can tell they were made with cheap furnishings as they don't hold up well near moisture (seems like being poolside rooms they would use something a little more water resistant). Spoke to a cleaning staff member and they were less than friendly. Hot tub was gross. Wouldn't consider staying again.

Amy was a big help. She was patient even though she had a line 3 miles long. She was patient and cared about everything that was going on.

our family had a lot of fun with three pools and arcade. They swim up bar was a really cool additive, but very pricey, so just a heads up. The drinks are really good and they have alcohol free drinks for the kiddos. The life guards and staff at the swim up bar were wonderful. The worst part of our stay was that all hours of the day and night there were children running up and down the halls and banging on walls. The room next to us was also extremely loud until about one a.m and started back at 6 am. The adults and kids were screaming, yelling, talking loud and banging/jumping. It kept my kiddos up all night as well as us. The hotel did give us all free breakfast from due to our neighboring room being this way. Overall we had a fun time.

As someone who frequents hotels as often as 3 days a week, i rarely give poor reviews but I wasn't impressed. The check-in process is lengthy but that is to be expected at 4pm when a hotel is sold out. After making it through the line, we went to our room that was supposed to sleep 5, and have 2 queen beds, I assumed this meant there would be a couch. The first thing I noticed walking into the room was that it smelled like a hamster cage. The 2nd thing I noticed is that there were 2 double beds and no couch. That's not enough room for 5 guests. The smell never did go away and couldnt be covered by air freshener. Not the best but we made it work.

Some parts of the room and balcony were dirty. The pull out couch bed was not working properly. Only 2 jets were working in the hot tub of the east courtyard. Food all over tables by the pool. No signs saying the correct pool time closing. Said 9:30 but they had everyone leave at 9. No clock anywhere to see a time. My nephew started coughing really bad and broke out in chlorine rash. The humidity and chlorine smell was so strong my lungs hurt. Staff were nice and food at the restaurant was good. But just wasn't a good time. Needs some improvement.

Took a bit for someone to show up at the front desk for checkin/checkout. The bathtub was very slow to drain. The pools were nice and had towels readily available.

The carpets in hallways were stained terribly. The room was clean, but some places had missing paint. The arcade was a expensive.. Other then that it was great, kids loved it.

They did not have our room ready at the check in time. I was told I would get a call/text when it was ready. An hour and a half later, I went back to the desk to discover a room was finally ready. No apologies or anything. There were at least 5 dirty bandaids in the hallways and pool areas. One of which had a bloody tissue next to it in the hallway the entire stay. Staff doesn’t seems to care to pick up the trash in the hallways, just walks by it.

We rented three poolside rooms for a family of 5 adults and 4 children ranging in age from 2 - 4 for New Year Eve. Early check in was from 12 pm to 4pm. We completed the early check in at 12:30 pm and received the resort wrist bands and signed the necessary paperwork. Did this proactively in anticipation of a busy checked process at 4 p m given was told the property was sold out for the night. Was told our rooms weren’t ready yet but we should receive a text message when they were available. We didn’t receive the text message for any of the three rooms until about 5:15 pm that afternoon. We had arrived at the hotel at 4 pm since that was the beginning of the check in period. We waited in line all that time. When I asked the receptionist why we didn’t have a text yet, the receptionsaid that housekeeping was behind. There were many guests in the lobby in the same situation, told their rooms were not cleaned. When I, among others, requested to speak with the manager we were told they had stepped out and we were given a business card so to be able to email them the next day. Once we could get in the rooms, they were clean. The rooms have been updated. Beds aren’t the most comfortable, on the firm side, but for one night, doable. The pools were clean but the water was chilly. The little kids got too cold to really enjoy the pools as much as they would have if they would have been warmer. The hotel hallways were very worn out, dirty carpet and marked up wood work and walls.

We stayed for new year. 4 pm check in 3 lanes open and the line was clear back the souvenir shop. Went with a large group out of 10 rooms 2 were ready. Our room looked to have been updated but was in very poor condition. Had tile lifting throughout the room. We had pool side and the room was VERY loud. 1/2 the games in the arcade were out of order. I wouldn’t stay again…

We attempted to check in at 3:30 and they told us it would be 10 more minutes to get our room key they were still cleaning our room. Checked numerous times and it still wasn't available. Finally went up at 6:30 p.m., and they said our room still was not ready but they would put us in a different room if that was okay with us. Then the pool was only open until 9:30 p.m. because they wouldn't have a lifeguard. This is a hotel, post a sign to watch your children or close the baby pool. I understand it's busy and people are short-staffed, but I have never had it to this extreme before. Never even offered a refund, or a free night another time. Was only given a $50 coupon for the Spectators restaurant to use that night only. Do better.

Frustrating that the zero entry pool was only open for a small portion or our stay as that was why we choose this hotel to stay at. No compensation or anything given.
