Grand Hotel Telese

"Passing through" with our team, just to eat, we stopped at this "MAGIC" Hotel of an Extraordinary beauty!! It seems to relive the sumptuousness of the past, I am "lost" in the beauty of the paintings, mirrors, furniture , all kept VERY WELL !! The park outside, the pools, the spa!! We ate well in a beautiful room, overlooking the park. An IDEAL place to relax!!! MAGNIFICENT!!!

We arrived at the property on an afternoon of pouring rain... we stopped in the car in front of the main entrance for at least ten minutes, it was practically impossible to get out of the car, I would have actually expected that in a hotel of this level, someone would have joined us with an umbrella... but finally we enter the hall, where the gentleman at the reception tells us that the car needed to be moved as soon as possible. I explained to him that it was pouring and that I would have complied as soon as possible and with absolute coldness and detachment, he replied that it was fine and that at most he would have called me to my room. We go up to the second floor, where in the corridor there was a large group of boys, I think Indians, some of them bare-chested, intent on chatting loudly ... we finally enter the room assigned to us, not bad, perhaps a little dated and in need of renovation , but very very clean... overall the hotel has its own reason, you could also breathe in the external park, an extraordinary a**osphere. We used the spa, paying an additional €24 each. At seven the next morning, after a good sleep, we were unfortunately woken up by female voices, I think the cleaning ladies, who were talking without worrying in the slightest that the hotel guests were asleep at that time... we then went down to have breakfast, a huge room and well taken care of, with a very abundant and varied breakfast... coffee and cappuccino served at the table... Recommended... I plan to return and hopefully better next time...

The grand hotel telese amazes you with its history and classicism but makes you feel like a unique guest for the welcome and attention it reserves for you. The staff, reception, room and management, was ready to listen and satisfy our requests. The spa with swimming pool, sauna, massage and relaxation room was a wonderful experience. We felt truly pampered

Siamo stati al Grand Hotel Telese nei giorni 30 e 31 dicembre 2023 partecipando al cenone di capodanno. La struttura, in stile neoclassico dei primi del ‘900, è immersa nel verde ed è dotata di una SPA con piscina d’acqua termale, sauna, ecc. molto rilassante ed accogliente. Il personale dell’hotel è gentile e disponibile. Posto ideale per chi vuole trascorrere giornate in tranquillità , lontano dallo stress quotidiano.

Accoglienza pessima con atteggiamento di sofferenza nei confronti dei clienti...mai capitato una cosa del genere soprattutto un hotel a 4 stelle! Stanze stile retró e bagno cieco senza ventola di aspirazione! È sembrato di tornare negli anno '80

Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso una giornata di relax alla Spa del Grand Hotel Telese. Molto professionale e gentile Cristiana alla reception. Notevoli i benefici dell'acqua sulfurea nella quale ci si può immergere nella vasca interna. Bella la piscina esterna. Ma soprattutto 10 e lode alla signora Monica che ha le mani d'oro: mi ha fatto un massaggio rilassante eccezionale! Consigliatissimo.
